The next day, Beomgyu started to act just like he wanted. He ignored the older and flirted with everyone. Well everyone except Yeonjun.
And the same day he got his first boyfriend, Jeongin. (Jeongin is my bias wrecker, plus I love his friendship with gyu but I don't ship them. And I don't ship any members ok.)
Jeongin asked him to be his boyfriend out of nowhere, and he accepted without any hesitation.
His attitude and actions shocked his friends, and Yeonjun was literally fuming. He couldn't believe that Beomgyu has a boyfriend now.
Plus the younger told him that he was straight, so why. Yeonjun was sad, heartbroken and mad.
So without thinking twice he decided to ask Yeji to be his girlfriend, and she gladly accepted.
And the day went by just like that. Yeonjun and Beomgyu glaring at each other and show off their partner.
Tae, Kai and Soobin wanted to do something to help them, because this situation is worse than how the used to be before. And they are responsible of the choreography of their music.
So they should fix things asap because they have a performance in only 3 days and they need to have a good chemistry with each other.
But they miserably failed at every attempt. So during practice time, the tension between the two of them was worst.
The next day it was way worst because Yeonjun asked Yeji to be her girlfriend, and they started to officially date each other.
As soon as Beomgyu heard that he became an emotional mess. He even skipped practice that day. And he didn't come to school for 2 days.
The day of the competition finally came, and Beomgyu finally came.
But his eyes and expressions were cold, he didn't looked like his bright and bubbly self.
They did their last rehearsal and it wasn't as great as the last time they did it all together.
And as expected they were ranked #2 by the judges. J-hope said "Guys i don't know what happened to you all, mostly Beomgyu and Yeonjun but you have to fix it. You guys only have a performance left before the big final, so please don't disappoint me because you have the potential."
They all nodded, and the principal started to talk" I would like to congratulate the art and theater unit who won the first place today. They worked really hard to archive this, so please congratulate them properly. And for the other units I'm proud of you all, please keep working hard, you can do it too. And there's one more performance left before the big final, so please do your best and don't forget to work on your final project. Thank you all for coming, se you all Monday, have a wonderful weekend."
Everyone cheered and they left the auditorium. As always they gathered in the dance studio, but this time they weren't celebrating their win, but all of them were sad.
They all sat there in silence, none of them dared to look at each other. Soobin was trying hard not to cry and Yeonjun, Taehyun and Kai faces clearly showed sadness, while Beomgyu look emotionless.
Then Soobin said" Beomgyu and Yeonjun we need to talk."
Beomgyu looked up to Soobin, and Soobin continued" Beomgyu, while you were home all those days all of us tried to call you and even go to your house, but you didn't want to talk to us. Can you please tell us why, we where so worried about you."
Beomgyu smiled and said" Thanks for your concern guys, but I'm fine now so don't worry ok." Taehyun shook his head and said" No hyung, why didn't you let us see you. I know you are hiding something from us, we're your friends you can tell us whenever you want so we'll wait for you hyung."
All of the nodded in agreement and Beomgyu said" Thank you guys, I love you all very much."
All of them got up and did a group hug. Then Taehyun, Beomgyu and Yeonjun decided to head home, while Kai and Soobin decided to go grab some ice cream together.
Beomgyu and Yeonjun were walking home together as always. But they were far from each other, and the silence was too loud and awkward.
So Yeonjun decided to speak first" Gyu, I don't like our relationship now, I miss us so can we talk?"
Beomgyu wanted the same thing, but he was too stubborn so he decided to ignore Yeonjun.
Yeonjun sighed and grabbed his wrist so they could face each other" Talk to me Gyu, I don't know what I did wrong and whatever it is then I'm sorry. But please let's go back to how we were before, I know you miss it too."
Beomgyu was very close to give in, but then he remembered what he saw that day, and how much it hurts him so he snapped" Do you wanna know what you did wrong?"
Yeonjun's eyes light up a little, he thought that maybe they will be friends again, because he was determined to make up for anything wrong he did to the younger. But oh boy, he was soo wrong.
"You are too dumb to understand so nevermind. And you know what Choi Yeonjun, I hate you soo much that it hurts, so please get your hand off me and don't talk to me ever again!!"
Beomgyu regretted everything he said as soon as he saw how broken the older looked. So to prevent himself to cry in front of Yeonjun he just ran to his house as fast as he could.
And as soon as he get home, he cried his heart out. Cuz he loved the older so much and for soo long that it hurts more than anything to see him in pain. So he decided to apologize to his hyung, and avoid him as much as he could. He decided to do it after the week end because it's too early.
So the next Monday he went to Yeonjun and tried to talk to him, but Yeji jump in between them and whenever he approached the older, Yeji would found a way to come between them.
After class they were the first one to enter the dance studio. So Beomgyu tried to start a conversation with the older. But just as he was about to speak, his boyfriend entered the dance studio, and asked him to go on a date with him Friday, and Beomgyu had no other choice than accept.
After Jeongin left, he turned to Yeonjun to try to talk to him again, but the other members entered the dance studio, and they started the rehearsals.
After the practice, they all headed out of school, and Beomgyu decided to talk to him on their way home, but the older suddenly said that he won't go home with them cuz he had a date with his girlfriend.
Beomgyu was really disappointed in himself, but he decided to text the older when he supposed that he was home. But he still didn't receive any answer till the next morning, and even after school in the dance studio, Yeonjun still ignored Beomgyu
They were alone so he just decided to speak first" Yeonjun hyung...I- Can we talk please?" "No we can't." Yeonjun replied without sparing a glance at the younger.
Beomgyu sighed and said" Hyung look, I know that I hurted your feelings, and I'm sorry, I didn't meant-" "Save it Choi, I know that you meant it. I really thought that we were friends, you don't know how much you hurted me."
"Stop acting like the victim hyung, you did way worst to me, and the best part is that you didn't even noticed it. And at least I saw that I hurted you so I tried to apologize, but as always you're being yourself."
"Ok so, now you're trying to make me the bad guy here huh? Yeah you are an angel Beomgyu, and I'm the devil (by the window, sorry I had to do it ;) I get it now, so I'll do as you said yesterday, I'll leave you alone and I hope that you'll do the same."
Soobin, Taehyun and Hueningkai were standing outside the dance studio, they were really shocked, cuz this was the first time that they were talking to each other like that. Even when the were enemies before they weren't acting like that.
They all sighed and decided to enter the dance studio. They were going to cover Candy by nct dream (I'm obsessed with this song,), so they had to work harder on their facial expressions, and Beomgyu was the master of facial expressions.
But he wasn't in the mood to fake happiness, so they just practiced their vocals and dance.
After the dance practice they all headed home. Soobin was walking awkwardly between them, the silence was soo loud that they couldn't even hear their own thoughts.
Soobin took his phone out and wrote to Taehyun and Hueninkai on 'the writer gc' "We need to do something guys, let's meet up tomorrow at (stream) Sugar Rush (Ride) café."
They all arrived home safely, and Beomgyu decided to just sleep everything out. Cuz he didn't have enough energy to cry his heart out again that night.
He wished that everything would go back to normal the next day, and that it all was a dream(nightmare).
But he knew that it was real, he knew that he couldn't do anything to bring back their past relationship.

I'm officially back omg, I'm soo happy rn. Did you guys missed me?
I honestly lose motivation to write, and I was facing the writer block syndrome (the worst thing ever).
But anyways I'm here now. Soo much happened, I'm soo proud of our boys and us, cuz we really did great this time, I was so shocked to see how we were killing it.
I'm also quite busy with school stuff, the assignment are too much. And it's soo difficult to write with my busy schedule.
And please vote and comment, it motivate me to write more, and I'd like to know if you liked it, so that I wouldn't suddenly delete this story, cuz my anxieties...
