"No no no- Y/n... F*CK YOU, HOME!" Y/n sprang awake and let out a gasp, as their eyes adjusted to the lighting. "You alright, dear?" Y/n's glanced at Wally who was in the doorway of the bedroom. "Oh, yeah, I just had a weird dream." Wally nodded, as Y/n stood up and stretched, before grabbing their cane that was leaning against the night stand.
"Do you want anything to eat?" Wally asked, as the two made their way into the kitchen. "That's alright, I think imma head out." Wally nodded and waved goodbye to Y/n. Before they could leave through the door, a knock sounded from the other side of it. Y/n opened the door to see Eddie with mail in his hands. "Hey- oh, hello Y/n! Do you live here now? I swear you're here more than your own home."
Y/n blushed and took the mail from Eddie. "Oh shush, I'm surprised you and Frank haven't moved in together yet." Now it was Eddie's turn to blush. "I- we- I HAVE TO GO DELIVER MORE MAIL-" Y/n watched as Eddie raced away from the door and went to the next house. Y/n let out a laugh, before they walked over to Wally, who was looking inside of the fridge.
"Hey, Eddie stopped by. Here's some mail." Wally glanced back and smiled up at Y/n. "Thanks, love." A light blush dusted Y/n's cheeks at the nickname. "No problem." Y/n waved goodbye and walked out of Home. They were about to head into their home, when they came to a stop at the sound of someone shouting their name.
"Y/N, Y/N, Y/n!!!" Y/n glanced back to see Julie running up to them and waving. "Hey Julie, what's up?" Julie came to a stop and leaned down to catch her breath. "You... *gasp* won't believe... *gasp* what I just found out!" Y/n waited for Julie to calm down and stand up normally. "What did you find out?"
"EDDIE IS GOING TO PROPOSE TO FRANK!!!!!" Y/n's eyes widened as Julie started to jump up and down with excitement. "NO WAY- who told you???" Julie giggled. "Sally heard from Poppy, who heard from Barnaby, who heard from Howdy, who heard Eddie ask if there are any rings available."
"AHH! NO WAY- Do we know where it's going to happen?" Julie nodded happily. "The neighbors and I agreed we were going to set up a surprise party at Eddie's if Frank says yes. That is, if Eddie agrees to the plan. Besides that, the only person that I haven't told yet is Wally. Could you go tell him?"
Y/n nodded with excitement and quickly made their way over to Home. Julie smiled and walked over to Eddie's front door, before knocking. Eddie opened the door and smiled when he saw it was Julie. "Hey Julie, what can I help you with?" Julie smiled brightly. "So, a little birdy told me you were planning on proposing to Frank, is this true?"
Eddie's eyes widened. "Who told you?!" Julie twirled her hair in an innocent manner, before laughing. "Ok, so before you get mad or anything, the neighbors all wanna help." Eddie leaned against the doorframe and sighed. "Alright, what's your idea?" Julie took that as cue to step in. Once she was inside, Eddie shut the door behind her and she began to explain the plan.
