(Authors POV)
Jack: Hey. Hey, buddy. Wake up!
After a long and peaceful slumber in CatNap's room, Y/n slowly woke up, feeling rested and energized as he found himself in CatNap's bed and for some reason, he woke up in the CatNap onesie that he was wearing it during his dream sequence with CatNap and DogDay that felt all too real for him is to why he is still wearing the onesie that CatNap made for him outside of his own dreams. The one who woke him up was the factory's own janitor, Jack as he the one who managed to find Y/n in CatNap's bedroom through the security cameras when he was reported missing since last night.
Jack knew about CatNap treating Y/n like an overprotective parent and CatNap also treats Jack with respect and kind love like how Trinity treated Y/n like an older brother. Out of all of the other adults in Playtime Co., Jack the Janitor is one if not only person that deeply cared about Y/n and Theodore like his own sons.
Y/n then rubbed his eyes to see Jack in the room, but CatNap was nowhere to be found. Probably off to do his job as caretaker for the children at Playcare.
Y/n: (Wakes Up) Huh? What happened? Where am I?
Jack: You were sleeping in CatNap's bed, and I had to wake you up when the caretakers found out that you went missing for some reason until I found you here in that CatNap suit you're wearing.
Y/n: Huh? (Looks at himself) Oh? What this? CatNap actually made it for me.
Jack: He did? Huh. I didn't expect a toy like CatNap to make you something like that. You look like one of those CatNap dolls from the Playhouse.
Y/n: Yeah, I thought so too.
Jack: Well, I better take you back to Home Sweet Home right away. I hate to see the boss when he's in a bad mood and neither should you.
Y/n: Ok.
So, Jack took Y/n back to Home Sweet Home after Y/n got out of his CatNap onesie that the purple feline made for him inside of his own dreams. Y/n clearly doesn't know how or why he was still wearing it, but that dream felt all too weird and real to him.
Once Y/n is back inside Home Sweet Home, he soon found CatNap playing with the kids and she seems to busy playing around with the other orphaned kids until Y/n felt a tap on her shoulder as she turned around to see a familiar face.
DogDay: Hey there, kiddo!
Y/n: DogDay!
DogDay: That's me! You must be Y/n, am I right?
Y/n: Yeah. Are you a friend of CatNap?
DogDay: Of course. Me and CatNap are best friends. The caretakers assigned me to watch over you for a while until the others arrive.
Y/n: The others?
DogDay: Yeah, the rest of the Smiling Critters.
Y/n: Smiling Critters?
DogDay: That's right. You never heard of them, have you?
Y/n: I don't think so.
DogDay: Don't worry, buddy. I'm sure the others will be happy to meet you. Do you want to go outside and play, Y/n?
Y/n: Are you sure about that, DogDay? What if CatNap gets jealous of you playing with me? I mean, she has been a bit overprotective and clingy towards me.
Then DogDay looked at CatNap, which the purple feline looked back and nodded to her that it's all good to let her play with Y/n until she has time to hang out with Y/n.
DogDay: It's all good there, Angel. CatNap is fine with me playing with you.
Y/n: Ok then. Let's go outside and play, girl.
DogDay's happiness was triggered after Y/n called er, "Girl" as her tail started wagging happily as the two of them went outside of Home Sweet Home to play. They started off playing catch with a ball and a stick, which made Y/n giggle when DogDay started acting like an actual Dog, then they played a game of tag and hide and seek and when Y/n started hiding in a very good hiding spot, he was soon grabbed into a hug by DogDay as the scent of vanilla filled his lungs, making him a bit sleepy from the relaxing scent of vanilla.
Y/n tried to get off of DogDay, but DogDay doesn't want to let go of him as she rubbed Y/n's back nice and slow as Y/n suddenly grew more tired by DogDay's rubbing and her vanilla scent as he went out like a candle with his head on DogDay's heart that made him feel more relaxed by the sound of DogDay's pleasant sounding heartbeat.
DogDay's smile grew wider as she kept the boy in her arms and gave him a kiss on the forehead as she suddenly became just as overprotective and clingy as CatNap, not wanting anyone to harm her beloved Angel as she acts like an older sister to Y/n like her best friends, which is why CatNap didn't act all jealous at DogDay for spending time with Y/n and how they both had fun playing outside together.
DogDay: (Thinking) So cute~ ^w^ It's no wonder why CatNap treats him like an older sister and I'm glad I felt the same way. I had a great time playing with my little brother. He's like an angel that should never be treated horribly from those other kids. If those kids ever lay a finger on my precious Angel, I'm gonna show them the side of me when I get so angry whenever my little puppy brother is in pain.
Then as DogDay continued thinking about his Angel, she didn't notice someone coming up to her before a large shadow loomed over her that got her attention as she looked up to see....
Bobby Bearhug.
Bobby Bearhug: DogDay? What are you doing here? (Sees Y/n in her arms) And who is this cute little guy in your arms?!
DogDay: Shhhh~ Keep your voice down, okay? This is Y/n and he's currently sleeping right now.
Bobby Bearhug: (Quietly) Oops, sorry DogDay. I didn't mean to talk so loud like that. Can I hold him? Pleeeeeeeeeeease~
DogDay: (Sighs) Ok, Bobby, but be careful with him. He's sleeping like a true angel in the clouds.
Bobby Bearhug: Ok~
So DogDay gently handed Y/n to Bobby Bearhug as the female red bear cradled the young boy in her arms and she can't stop smiling at the sight of Y/n sleeping peacefully as she gently rocked him in her arms in a slow pace while humming a quiet tune as Y/n suddenly smiled in his sleep as the scent of a fresh rose filled his lungs along with the scent of vanilla that is suddenly sent him back into dreamland as DogDay decided to sit next to Bobby Bearhug while leaning her head onto bobby bearhugs's shoulder as they both began to watch the boy sleep peacefully like a happy married couple while CatNap is busy playing with the other kids at Home Sweet Home.
(In The Dream Realm)
(Authors POV)
After Y/n fell asleep peacefully thanks to both DogDay and Bobby Bearhug's scent of rose and vanilla, Y/n found himself back into the Dream Realm, this time, he woke up in DogDay's house on her bed no less and this time, he's in a DogDay onesie instead of the CatNap onesie he wore before as he got up from the bed and went into the living room to see DogDay cooking up some pancakes and waffles for breakfast, which smelled really good to eat that made his stomach growl.
Then DogDay saw Y/n in his DogDay onesie as her happy smile grew wider to see the boy woke up for breakfast that I made for him.
DogDay: Morning, Angel~ I see that you got a good night sleep last night. You hungry for some pancakes and waffles.
Y/n: Yeah I am! But where's CatNap?
DogDay: Oh, she went out to do her job as a mailmam, but she'll be back eventually, I promise you.
Y/n: Ok and did you put me in a DogDay onesie, last night?
DogDay: Oh? Yeah, I did, sorry about that, Angel. I figured CatNap wouldn't mind doing some laundry before she went to work, that's why I put you in that DogDay onesie I made for you. Do you like it? It's got that lovely vanilla scent within that soft and silky fabric.
Y/n: Yeah, I actually do like it. It's so soft and smells nice.
DogDay: I'm glad you like it, Angel. Now how about you eat your breakfast and I'll give you a bath after you eat. Cause we're going to meet the others today. Isn't that fun?
Y/n: It sure is.
DogDay: Alrighty then. Now you better start eating your breakfast because I made them just for you.
Y/n: Ok, DogDay.
So then, Y/n started eating his breakfast as it tasted really great and after he ate every last bite, DogDay got her bath ready with the same vanilla scented bath soap and started giving Y/n another bath before putting him on some fresh clean clothes for Y/n to wear as they both went out to go meet with the other Smiling Critters at the picnic area.
Y/n has never seen such amazing Critters in his whole life, there's an elephant reading a book, a pink pig eating an apple, a yellow chicken playing tag with a green bunny, and a white unicorn picking flowers. Then he felt someone hugging him from behind and he looked up to see a happy looking red bear and he can smell the scent of roses coming from her.
Bobby Bearhug: Hi there! You must be, Y/n!
Y/n: That's me. How do you know my name?
Bobby Bearhug: DogDay told us about you? My name is Bobby Bearhug! Wanna know how much I love my friends?
Y/n: Uh, sure.
Bobby Bearhug: I love them to the moon and back! Do you want to play with us Y/n? It will be nice for us to get to know you better.
Y/n: Sure. Your fur is really soft and your scent smells so nice.
Bobby Bearhug: Aw Thank you~. You're so sweet! I could just eat you up!
Y/n: (Thinking) This dream sequence should be interesting. I just hope CatNap is ok.
