I couldn't believe the turn my life had taken. Just this morning, I was an independent woman, working towards rebuilding my life after a tumultuous past. Now, here I was, standing in a temple was decorated with marigold flowers and oil lamps, their flickering flames casting long shadows on the stone walls. The air was thick with the scent of incense, mixed with the sharp tang of my own fear and despair. I sat on the cold stone floor of the mandap, my hands trembling in my lap. The priest chanted the sacred mantras, but the words felt like a cruel mockery.
My head was spinning, unable to fully comprehend the whirlwind of the past few hours. Just this morning, I was an unknown to this family, and now, I stood here, a stranger's wife.
I stole a glance at Rajveer,my husband now . His face was a mask of stoic determination, his sharp features and intense eyes radiating an aura of ruthlessness. He had an undeniable magnetism, a raw power that seemed to draw everyone around him into his orbit and there was a cold fire in his eyes, a stark contrast to the softness .Despite the coldness radiating from him, there was no denying his handsomeness. His strong jawline, perfectly tousled hair, and piercing gaze made him look every bit the ruthless mafia leader he was known to be.
Rajveer's elder brother Rehan stood beside him, a figure of composed authority. He was the reason of this disaster and manipulated me and rajveer for this marriage .
And rajveer tied mangalsutra around my neck. The mangalsutra around my neck was heavier than any chain and we began sath pehras , the seven scared steps. Each step felt like walking towards the hell . The priest explained the vows and we repeated them mechanically
"I promise to nourish you," rajveer and I Said
"I promise to be with you in sickness and health ". I repeated my voice barely a whisper
My voice trembled as I repeated the words , forced to make promises I wasn't sure I could keep . Rajveer's voice was staedy, each syllable like a command, leaving no room for doubt
After the seventh step , we sat down again. The priest handed Rajveer the sindoor . His hands trembled slightly as he applied the red sindoor to the parting of my hair .
The rituals were hurriedly completed concluded and now we are husband and wife. And Rehan was happy seeing both of us . I don't know how could he do this with me and his own brother and how could he be happy after ruing lifes of 3 peoples.

At wedding hall..
All the guests in the wedding hall were murmuring including the poddars . Where the family of Rajveer were in tensed and rajveer father and uncle trying to know about rajveer who left the marriage with his girlfriend and went out after getting a phone call without informing anyone.
A women whose age is approximately 49 yet beautiful. This is Rajveer's mother preeta Singh rajvanshi. She is sweet women . Preeta's Beauty had not diminished even today . But now her beauty was faded little bit as her son , whom she loves very much, is missing in his own wedding
Preeta turned to her husband, Aryan, and asked anxiously,
“Where did Rajveer go, leaving Maya at the mandap?”
“I’m trying to trace his location,” Aryan replied, tension evident in his voice.
Just then, Prachi—Rajveer’s sister-in-law and Rehan’s wife—approached Preeta and said,
“Maa, I have a bad feeling about this. Not even one thing has gone right in the past two days. I even tried to stop Rajveer when he was leaving, but he didn’t listen.”
"We found rajveer and Rehan location " Karan (uncle of rajveer) interepted. "They’re both at the same place. I think we can relax—they must be safe.”
“Where are they?” Preeta asked with urgency.
"They are at mandir ,bhabhi sa " Karan replied.
"Why the both brothers met at temple, that too now, at the time of marriage? ", Aryan asked to karan, his mind filled with confusion and frustration, as all the guests were gossiping about Rajvanshi's and mainly concerned for maya(rajveer's finance)
Maya, Rajveer’s fiancée, approached Preeta with tear-filled eyes and asked "aunty where is rajveer and why did he leave me in the middle of the marriage?", her face filled with tension and doubts, tears glittering in her eyes
Preeta held Maya’s hand and tried to comfort her.
“We’ve found his location, beta. Don’t worry.”
Suddenly, an angry voice rang through the hall.
“If Rajveer returns to the mandap, I won’t let him marry my daughter,” said rishabh, his voice loud and filled with anger. He is Maya’s father and Aryan’s long-time best friend.
"What do you mean uncle ? You mean my brother betrayed your daughter? How dare you to say this word against my brother? Said Rudransh Singh rajvanshi.
He is the twin brother of rajveer who is 5 minutes younger than rajveer.
“Yes,” Rishabh retorted. “Your brother betrayed my daughter. He promised to marry her, but now he’s marrying another girl at a temple. Isn’t that betrayal?”
Aryan stepped forward, his anger rising.
“What nonsense are you speaking, Rishabh? My son would never betray anyone—especially not a woman. Don’t you dare accuse him like that!”Aryan said, defending rajveer. Ofc he will , he knows his son very well and every parents will never believe that their son did wrong.
But Rishabh didn’t stop. He took out his phone and showed them a live video. In it, Rajveer was marrying a girl named Abhira at a temple. Rehan stood beside him. The video had been recorded live by Rishabh’s bodyguard, who had followed Rajveer after he left the mandap.
The entire Rajvanshi family stood in shock.
Preeta, trembling, looked at Aryan.
“No, no, Aryan. Rajveer wouldn’t do this. This must be a fake video created by his enemies to defame him!” she cried, though her voice wavered with uncertainty.
Aryan silently nodded in agreement, unwilling to believe the evidence.
Rishab who was angry said "it's not a fake video preeta , it's a live video call made by my bodyguard who went to search rajveer". And he further added that " your son and your family have humiliated me and my daughter and your son played with my daughter's feeling. From today onwards I break all the ties with you Aryan . From now you are not my friend but you are my enime".
And saying all his words rishab forcely dragged maya with him to the outside without listening the requests of preeta and Aryan . rishab and maya left the mandap by humiliating Rajvanshi's.
Seeing the unpleasant environment Devika (grandmother of rajveer) was about to loss her concious and fall on the ground but she was caught by Karan . All the family members were tensed by seeing devika in that state .
Aryan ordered rudransh to call the doctor. Rudransh called the doctor but the doctor was not lifting the call. Karan and Aryan made devika to sleep on room which was available in the wedding hall . Preeta checked devika's BP and gave her injection.
After a while, Devika regained consciousness, to the family’s relief. However, she remained weak and barely able to speak. Preeta instructed Virat and Riya to take her home and care for her.
Moments later, Rudransh rushed into the room.
“I’ve tracked Rajveer and Rehan’s exact location. They’re at the MG Road temple.”
Then aryan said "good rudransh. We should reach the temple and should ask rajveer why he left maya on mandap and married to a stranger girl. How can do this to maya . He brought bad name to our family, still I cannot understand why he took such a step"
"Please be calm down Aryan . What ever rajveer do , he will do by thinking carefully and for the well being of the family. He is not a child anymore, he is grown up . I strongly believe that there is a strong reason behind the rajveer's decision." This the Rajat singh Rajvanshi, grandfather of rajveer.
Preeta who was sitting beside devika replied "yes , papaji is right. But now we need to find about the girl who rajveer married. We need to go near Rajveer now and should ask why did he took such a drastic step of marring that girl "
The entire Rajvanshi family left for the temple. Aryan and Preeta sat in a black Benz, while Karan and his wife were in an Audi. Rudransh and Aliya followed in a BMW,And the 2 other security cars followed the all Rajvanshi's car for their security.
After some time, the convoy reached the temple. The guards opened the doors for Aryan, Karan, and Rudransh. Everyone stepped out—but Preeta remained seated, lost in thought. Aryan gently placed a hand on her shoulder.
“Preeta, we’re here.”
His voice broke her trance. She slowly stepped out, and all the family members hurried into the temple.
Inside, they witnessed a shocking scene—Rajveer, his eyes filled with rage, took a handful of vermillion and forcefully applied it to Abhira’s parting.
"now you both are married , from today you both are husband and wife",” announced the priest.
The very next moment rajveer stood from his place and took out the garland that he is wearing around his neck and threw them into the burning fire and Abhira was got feared seeing Rajveer and she stood up from her place.
Rajveer was leaving the mandir and Rehan who was understanding rajveer's anger was trying to stop rajveer by following him But both froze as they saw their family standing at the
Aryan rushed toward Rajveer, about to slap him, but Rehan stopped him,by healding his hand and pushing Aryan slightly. Karan quickly caught Aryan before he fell.
Preeta stepped forward, her voice full of pain and anger.
“Rajveer, what is this? what are u doing rajveer? You married someone without telling us? Who is this girl? Why did you abandon Maya like that?”
Rajveer replied "why are you asking me , ask your elder son rehan , he was the one who forced me to do this . If you want to shout,then shout at him and please don't ask about any reason ok". By saying that rajveer turned towards rehan and said " I have completed your condition now you need to complete my condition".
By saying this rajveer went near rehan and Rehan was proudly standing infront of rajveer. All the family members witnessed the cold between the brothers who were used to be for eachother and support eachother but now they were like enimes to each other . Aryan and preeta was sad and tensed as they witnessed their sons fight .
There was a man behind the rehan who was holding some paper and Rehan signalled the man to give the papers to rajveer and that man gave some papers to rajveer . Rajveer angrily grabbed the paper from that Man's hand and threw it on the burning fire .
And rajveer left the temple, in the middle rudransh, Karan and prachi tried to stop rajveer but he denied them and left from there
Shobha who was standing beside preeta said " I swear, something should have happened between these brothers , I think the girl who married rajveer is the reason of this. Something bad is going to happen"
Prachi with tearly eyes asked rehan "how could you do this ? you have ruined many two lives" and she took a look on abhira and said " what drug did that girl inserted in your mind that you have became the reason to shattered the name of your family . Because of you rajveer is suffering, rehan! " Prachi shouted at rehan
Preeta came forward from her thoughts and said to rehan that he did wrong to rajveer and even spoilt abhira life also.
prachi was pleading rehan to say the truth by helding his shoulders, then rehan freed his shoulders from prachi said loudly that " I'm the reason of rajveer and abhira's marriage, I have blackmailed them, this is my plan , please don't blame rajveer and abhira . They are innocent and don't ask about reason why I did this . I did this for rajveer's happiness and protection",
Shobha who was standing beside the Karan, said " didi why are shouting at rehan . The culprit is infront of you and the culprit is that girl " . By saying this and she pointed towards abhira and she helded Abhira's shoulder tightly, due to that abhira got pain but she controlled her pain and stood silently.
Shobha further added that. " this girl is bad luck to our family and she is the reason for fight between rajveer and rehan . She broken our family the day she got married to abhira . I don't know who is the parents of this girl , they are definitely a valueless persons or a gold digger like her. No parents will let their daughter to marry a stranger and specially to a person who was marrying to a another girl. "
Hearing the shobha's bitter words abhira couldn't control her tears and she wanted to scream but she couldn't Seeing abhira sad preeta felt very bad for her after hearing shobha's bitter words for abhira . preeta was like this nature. She doesn't allow anyone to speak bitterly about anyone, even it's her enemy too. She looked with disappointment eyes at rehan who was looking at abhira without any emotion.
Preeta said dejectedly " you didn't do right rehan , you ruined this girls life along with my son , rajveer's life . Rajveer will never accept her as his . She will never be happy in this marriage and you will be responsible of it ."
Rehan took deep breath and said " maa I know that I didn't do anything wrong and you all will be happy that I made Abhira as rajveer's wife .
After saying he went near Shobha and angrily said " how could you be such a heart less chachi , you are calling gold digger to abhira and her parents and talking bitterly words about the dead persons . This is not at all fair chachi" rehan scolded her
"Abhira , who is she? And is she is a orphan?", Shobha asked him and all the questioning eyes went towards rehan , then rehan said " the girl who married to rajveer name is Abhira and she is orphan. She lost her parents in her childhood. Please show some mercy on her. Though abhira is a intern lawyer and she is very educated and kind-hearted girl".
All Rajvanshi's faces were shocked hearing that abhira is a lawyer and a. Orphan too.
" Oh madam Ji's name is abhira and she is a lawyer . You are telling us to show mercy on her , ufff . She is not only the one who lost parents . There are many people who are orphan. This is common"shobha said , with devilish smirk
Hearing this rehan got very angry at Shobha and before rehan could say to Shobha , preeta angryliy shouted at Shobha " Shobha! Stop your nonsense. How to talk this much bitter words about abhira and her parents. And you are telling that being a orphan is easy ? If you can't understand please be silent. You doesn't have any right to say anything bad about others. And preeta was seeing Shobha angrily.
By hearing shobha's loud voice abhira got scared and screamed "please, please don't blame me! " after saying that abhira was shivering and was staggering backwards . She is lost in her thoughts and she got panic attack and abhira unable to breath and suddenly her past glimpses crossed in her brain, which made her to forget the present situation
Seeing abhira in that state all were looking at her strangely and preeta , rehan both were moving towards abhira to help her but she pushed away preeta and rehan. She was pushing all of them and not even allowing them to come towards her and she was pleading them not come near her.
"Please don't come near me . Leave me please, i didn't do anything wantedly . Please, please leave me . Im sorry. Don't beat me please" , Abhira said . She was continuously crying and when at the corner of temple and sat down by placing her head near her knees and dwas crying continuously and she was shivering. Preeta understood that abhira got Panic attack and trying to control abhira but abhira screamed when preeta came towards her . And pleading her not to come near.
All were feeling sad for abhira and Aliya, rehan , prachi were controlling their tears
