(Episode 3 was entirely about Elijah so I skipped it)
French Quarter
"So what exactly are you implying?" Vincent asks as he stares at Klaus.
"Hope hid her mother with a cloaking spell. Someone found her, that requires a witch." Klaus answers.
"So that means it was one of mine? I don't think so." Vincent replies.
"You witches always plead virtue, but if history's to be prologue, you're the most rotten of the bunch." Klaus says.
"As soon as Freya told me that Hayley had gone missing, there was a dozen of us witches out there on them streets performing locator spells.. Trying to find her because Hayley is actually a friend to us." Vincent defends.
"Hayley, unlike you, has earned our respect. And out of respect for her, i'm only gonna say this to you one time.. Klaus, we had absolutely nothing to do with her disappearance. I promise you that." Vincent states and Klaus analyzes the answer before talking.
"A witch's promise is as slippery as snake oil and as effective.. You want peace and prosperity? Prove your innocence and find her." Klaus says before speeding away.

Bayou
"Why would the werewolves take down their own Alpha?" Lisina asks confused.
"Hell if I know.. I do remember hearing that some of the Mikaelson's problems came with consequences to the wolves. I was a pup back then so maybe i'm mistaken, but... Maybe someone finally had enough and lost it." Kaden answers as he looks at them.
"You're still a pup now, just more of a freak." Benson tells him with animosity in his voice as he's fed up. However, Kaden doesn't like being called a pup.. At all.
"A pup who your little sister loves to taste." Kaden replies with a smirk.
Benson's eyes glow gold before he walks to Kaden but gets stopped by David and Lisina. Kaden chuckles as they tell him to calm down.
"We are the victims here. A bloodsucker killed Henry just for being a hybrid." David says.
"That could be true, but you know what else could? The wolves hating the idea of a hybrid." Kaden tells them.
"Our Alpha is a hybrid, why would we hate them?" Lisina asks.
"The same reason you all deemed me to be the Cursed Lone Wolf!" Kaden snaps.
"A mother and her kid from a different pack.. Still wolves, but I had red eyes and you all feared me for no reason.. You all accepted my mother but deep down never would me.. I tried to make friends when I first got here but it wasn't working.. Then I met Hope." Kaden says as they take his words in.
"She's the only friend I need and she's turned into more than that.. Just as Hayley.. You saw me as an abomination and you saw Henry the same way. Not that crazy to assume it extended to Hayley." Kaden tells them.
"If you didn't take her, then your next actions should be simple.. Find who did." Kaden commands before speeding off.

"Do you really think my guys would be that stupid? They know that if they even laid a finger on Hayley, they'd be answering to me." Marcel asks them as they just stare at him.
"I'm sorry is that a serious question?" Kaden asks causing Marcel to roll his eyes and Klaus to smirk.
"Was it you who ordered the vampires to antagonize the wolves and string up that hybrid boy? No, I don't think so.. Perhaps your royal status has wilted along with your marital prospects." Klaus tells him.
"All right, all right, Easy.. The vampires like Hayley, everyone does. We didn't touch her." Josh replies causing Kaden to scoff.
"It's almost like y'all think you speak for everyone.. Delusional." Kaden says before turning to Marcel.
"You remember what you did to keep the quarter in check back in your day." Kaden starts causing Marcel to reflect.
"Cursing the wolves, used Aunt Davina as a weapon against the witches.. Public executions.. You haven't been here the past seven years so why do you think you have the same juice?" Kaden asks him causing the older vampire to think about it.
"I suggest you amp up your efforts to retrieve Hayley. Because if my daughter is not reunited with her mother by sundown..."
"Then your entire faction will face the wrath of my disappointment. Close proximity of just two Mikaelsons turned rain to blood." Klaus finishes.
"Imagine what would happen if I were to turn to my siblings for help." Klaus tells them.
"The family reunion will cause hellfire to devour us all.. All factions have been warned." Kaden says before the two speed away together.

The Abattoir
"Mm. Clear eyes, focused demeanor. You know, for Klaus Mikaelson, i'd say you're acting pretty normal." Marcel says to Klaus.
"If you've got a point, Marcel. Spit it out." Klaus replies as they look over the NOLA police searching for Hayley.
"There's chatter you're unhinged. I'm just making sure you're not poised to do something that we'll all regret." Marcel says.
"Well if the suicidal simpletons who took my daughter's mother return her unharmed, I won't have to do something we'll all regret, will I?" Klaus asks looking at him.
"What happened when you went to go visit Elijah in France?" Marcel asks.
"Nothing, he wasn't there." Klaus answers.
"No? You two didn't come face to face? Because last I heard, Hope's picking maggots out of her cafeteria food." Marcel says.
"You seem to forget that my other siblings carry this curse." Klaus replies immediately.
"So this is because Kol and Rebekah had an impromptu reunion?" Marcel asks.
"Well, she's certainly not with you, is she?" Klaus asks with a smirk causing Marcel to let out a frustrated sigh.
"This city isn't gonna stand for the kind of retribution you're threatening, and neither am I." Marcel warns him.
"Well then, I suggest you take all of this as an incentive." Klaus tells him as Kaden joins them.
"Did you get in contact with her?" Klaus asks him.
"No, she's not answering.. She was supposed to be here by now.. She's usually late but i'm itching to freak out." Kaden answers as his mind starts to race in thought.
"Freya went to go see Hope. I'll ask her to do a locator spell for your mother before she meets her.. Hope doesn't need the added speculation. I know she cared for your mother as well." Klaus tells Kaden.
"I'll send some of my guys to search the highways she usually comes back on." Marcel tells him and Kaden nods in thanks.
A piece of paper magically appears in the courtyard causing Klaus to smirk at Marcel. The three beings speed to the lower level and Klaus catches it. Opening the envelope and then unfolding the piece of paper.
Kaden reads the address and takes off immediately, not wasting any time. Klaus chuckles before he takes off and Marcel speeds after them.

Tremé
"Have you considered this might be a trap? I could have thirty vampires here in five minutes. I can't help you if you won't let me." Marcel says to Klaus as they walk down the street.
"If your assistance requires psychological evaluation, allow me to make this easy for you.. Psychopath on a mission, no time for chitchat." Klaus replies.
"Look, you want to shed blood today? Get in line. I care about Hayley too. So be a dick to everyone else, but watch your tone with me." Marcel tells him.
"We have deeper shit to dig. So if you two could cut the shit, it would be greatly appreciated.. It's over here." Kaden yells at them making them turn to him.
Klaus and Marcel speed to the front porch and enter the porch door. Kaden stands up and shakes his head at the two of them.
"Why haven't you gone in yet?" Marcel asks him.
"Wanted my ancient elders to go first." Kaden answers with a smirk.
"No, but I have.. Didn't like what I saw so I came out here to breathe before I spazzed but... I could easily be persuaded." Kaden says before he opens the door and walks in.
He leads them deep into the house where they pass a numerous of things. Blood on the walls, claws marks on the ground.. They enter a room and they see a chair with a thick rope and spikes on it.
"Klaus, Wolfsbane and Vervain." Marcel points out as he smells it on the rope.
"Look." Kaden tells them as he points to the wall.
"She was here.." Klaus lets out as he reads the words.

Bayou
"Why does Marcel have us wasting time trudging through the Bayou?" Greta asks as they walk.
"Well you know, technically, you can't waste time if you're immortal." Josh replies.
"You know what I mean, Josh. This is how we honor Poppy's memory?" She asks him.
"Okay, look.. Marcel wants Klaus out of town, Asap. Finding Hayley makes that happen. Just trust me, okay?.. Klaus gone is good for everyone." Josh tells her.
"Fair enough, but what about when what's good for everyone isn't good for vampires?" She asks and he remains quiet.
"I'll head down to the water." Greta says before walking away.
Josh takes a step and immediately gets pushed into a tree by Klaus.
"Joshua. And here I thought we were friends." Klaus says.
"Okay, okay, fine.. You caught me bad mouthing you. But I was bad mouthing while also doing what you asked for. So, i'm thinking they kind of cancel each other out, no?" Josh replies.
Klaus smiles at him before grabbing him by his neck and speeding off.

The Abattoir, Underground
Josh hits the ground and groans before he looks around him. He sees Klaus standing there with a grin while Kaden shows no emotion. He turns and sees two people standing beside him.
"Oh wow, a hostage situation.. How creative." Josh says as he gets up.
"You might call it that, I call it gentle encouragement.. Now, lovely Colette, be a dear and enclose your new roommates in a barrier spell. I would so hate for anyone to steal you away." Klaus says with a smile.
"I won't do magic for you." Colette tells him.
"Josh, tell her how this goes. Actually, allow me to speak for you.. If you don't do as I say, we will hunt down anyone you love. And then blood, gore, screaming, death.. we win. Did I do it justice?" Klaus says to them.
"Just do the damn spell." Kaden says.
Colette looks at him before she takes the salt from Klaus.

30 minutes later
Tremé
Vincent does a spell in the same room Kaden, Klaus and Marcel were just in. He concentrates his magic on the room and it comes back with this.
"Hayley has definitely been in here.. I can't sense who took her, but, umm, fear is dripping off the walls." Vincent tells Marcel.
"Are you 100% sure no one in your ranks did this?" Marcel asks Vincent.
"I'm 100% sure, are you?" Vincent asks and Marcel sighs.
"Seven years ago, I would've said absolutely, but now... I seem to be getting more attitude than allegiance." Marcel answers.
"I'm gonna tell you something, Marcel. I appreciated this city a hell of a lot more when it ran like a democracy and not like a monarchy. Truth be told, none of y'all were missed." Vincent says.
"He took Colette!" Ivy says walking in the room.
"What?" Vincent asks in shock as Marcel hears about this for the first time too.
"Klaus and Kaden.. Kaden took Benson, one of Lasina's wolves.. Klaus took that vampire that runs Rousseau's." Ivy tells him.
"Josh?" Marcel asks worriedly as he takes a step up and she nods.
"He said if we don't turn Hayley in by sundown, he'll slaughter them." Ivy informs them and Marcel bites his lip before sighing.
Vincent and Ivy walk outside while Marcel speeds off to get Klaus.
"It's over and over again. Over and over, it's the exact same story. I give that family the benefit of the doubt, I do magic for them... And then in the end, it's just the same thing. And the only thing that I right now is that I got to get Colette back." Vincent tells her as they walk.
"You're letting rage drown reason. Look, I get it.. Witches do the spells, protect the land, keep the peace, but who looks out for us, right?" Ivy asks.
"We all know how this story goes. But that doesn't mean we can risk their lives. Klaus will kill them all, you know that." Ivy says.
"That's the thing, I don't know that.. I have absolutely no way of predicting what that man is going to do. When it comes to war, there is absolutely no strategist that is as great as Klaus Mikaelson. But he needs his brother as his co-captain.. He's got to have Elijah there to reel him back in." Vincent explains to her.
"Do you think that's why he has Kaden with him? To take Elijah's place?" Ivy asks him.
"No, Kaden is more like Klaus than Elijah in every way.. Both one of kind wolves with enough anger and reckless issues to fill the world.. This, is the path Kaden needs to steer clear of." Vincent answers shaking his head.
"I got to get Colette back." He says before walking away but she stops him.
"Then let's ask the cards for guidance, huh? If Klaus or Kaden step out of line, we'll be the first to know." Ivy tells him and he thinks about it before nodding.

"Let him out. Now." Marcel says as he walks towards Josh only to be stopped by a barrier spell.
"I'm afraid Josh is far more useful in here." Klaus replies.
"We're testing a theory anyway, so.. He will remain in there." Kaden tells him.
"Is that what i'm supposed to tell my guys? Huh? They already think i'm toeing your line." Marcel tells him.
"Some of your guys are taking you as a joke."Kaden says to him.
"The words scrawled on the wall of that house apply to you just as much as they do to me and Kaden! Freak, crossbreed. Perhaps that's why the vampires are deaf to your demands or are you still pretending to be one of them?" Klaus asks him.
"Those words also apply to your daughter, or did you forget about that?" Marcel asks and Kaden walks up to the two of them.
"ALL OF THIS!!.. Is for my daughter... They took Hayley by force. They tied her down like an animal, because she's different, because they were scared of her. See, that's their language. Fear, now they'll listen." Klaus tells him.
"Josh, I will get you out of here. All right? I promise." Marcel says.
"How sentimental. Do your job and deliver my next message." Klaus replies before he throws the letters on the ground.
Kaden cringes at the action because he knows Marcel is on their side. He picks up the letters and hands them to him. Marcel looks at him and Kaden nods, wanting them to all work together.
"My guys didn't find anything about your mother." Marcel tells Kaden and his fingers twitch for a few seconds.
"Freya couldn't locate her either.." Kaden replies as he starts to think before Marcel leaves.
"We will find your mother and Hope's all the same.. I swear to you." Klaus tells Kaden who nods and sighs.
"Hopefully, she's not lost at all and just didn't get her yet.. In the meantime, Klaus... you have to chill out." Kaden tells him causing the hybrid to face him.
"I told you if my methods got too unkind for you then leave." Klaus replies.
"No, the method isn't the problem all the way.. Marcel, is on our side.. Hell, even Vincent is on our side. We have got to show them that siding with us isn't one sided." Kaden says and Klaus turns around, looking at Colette who looks hopeless.
"And what do you suggest?" Klaus asks him and Kaden grins.
"We kill two birds with one stone." Kaden answers which makes the hostages panic.
"Colette, break the spell.. Benson and Josh.. Stay there, if you run he will find you and you know it." Kaden tells them and they look hesitant.
"Come on Colette, I want to make things right. We went too far." Kaden tells her sincerely as he walks closer to the barrier.
They all stare at him trying to see what is he going to do. Colette nods before breaking the barrier spell just as easily as she created it. Kaden nods before dropping his head down. Klaus looks at him confused as even he doesn't truly know what's going on.
"Got ya." Kaden says with a smirk before he snatches her and bites down on her neck.
Colette groans as her neck gets attacked, blood dripping down her flesh. Benson and Josh look with wide eyes before speeding off. Klaus is faster and speeds in front of Josh easily. He drags him back to the where they were. Where they see Colette full on moaning from Kaden.
"Mmhhmmm!" Colette lets out and Kaden stops as he looks at her with a smirk.
Colette looks flustered as she tries to catch her breath. Kaden wipes the blood off her neck before grabbing her hand. Klaus and Josh, both look at him confused by his actions.
"Are you gonna stop Benson?" Klaus asks him.
"No, let him go." Kaden answers causing him to nod.
"You're not.. gonna kill me?" Colette asks him as she calms down.
"No, I was just setting a plan into motion... Don't worry Josh, it isn't her blood.. I bit my lip." Kaden says to them.
"What is the next step of this plan of yours?" Klaus asks as he walks up to him.
"We wait, either i'm completely wrong.. Or i'm on to something." Kaden answers before he grabs Colette by her hand and walks away.
"Oh great, a mini you." Josh exclaims causing Klaus to grab him by his neck and follow after Kaden.

Vincent and Ivy sit at a small table together. Tarot cards spread out in the middle. Ivy takes his hands in hers and closes her eyes. Vincent watches her closely as she takes a deep breath and exhales.
"Now, turn them over." Ivy tells him so he does.
He grabs the first card and places it down on the table, facing up. Before doing that process two more times for her.
"Battle.. cunning.. Loss." She says for each card respectively.
"Klaus is grieving, desperate, but.. he's not erratic. He knows if he pushes us, we'll revolt. Hayley will be lost.. But Klaus is playing a larger game here.. He's, walking a fine line. But he's on the right side of it.. For now." Ivy tells him and Vincent sighs in relief.
"What about Kaden?" Vincent asks and she closes her eyes again.
"Vincent.." A voice calls out causing him and Ivy to face it.
"Colette... She's dead... Kaden killed her." The person tells them causing their eyes to widen.

The Abattoir
"And what exactly was your plan?" Klaus asks Kaden as they sit in the courtyard alone.
"I'll explain in, three, two.." Kaden says before he nods at the main door.
"KADEN!!!" Vincent yells angrily as he walks into the courtyard.
"KLAUS!!!" Marcel yells with a voice laced either venom. Walking right behind Vincent with his eyes red and his fangs out.
Marcel speeds at Klaus but gets met with a barrier spell. He punches it a few times in anger, needing to get at Klaus for killing Josh.
"Why?!" Marcel asks him.
"They're not dead." Klaus replies after sighing.
"Bullshit!!" Marcel yells.
"Kaden... You killed a good woman today.. You are going down the wrong path and you can be better than this.. You have to be." Vincent tells him as he smirks.
"I know, so I was better." Kaden replies which catches Vincent and Marcel off guard.
Klaus speeds away and comes back with Josh. Kaden speeds away and enters the room with an alive Colette. Vincent and Marcel look confused as they walk to them.
"Josh." Marcel says as he's calmed down now that he sees his close friend alive.
"Colette." Vincent says as the two hug after she breaks the barrier spell.
"I thought you were dead." Vincent tells her and she shakes her head confused.
"No, I thought he was going to kill me but, he didn't." She replies.
"The hell is going on?" Marcel asks them.
"I believe we just got ourselves a lead." Klaus says with a smirk as he looks at Kaden proudly.
"Kaden suggested that we kill two birds with one stone.. Give Colette and Josh back because you two have helped us today.. Sorry for that by the way, i've been spiraling without Elijah.." Klaus explains and Vincent and Marcel both look at Klaus, not expecting an apology.
"The other bird was to see what Benson would do." Kaden says as he sits at the table and they join him.
"You think the wolves took Hayley?" Marcel asks as he sits down.
"No, earlier, when I visited the wolves.. I was met by Lisina, David and Benson." Kaden answers.
"I was making the similarity of me and Hayley being hybrids when Benson called me a freak.. Guess where else we saw that same verbiage today." Kaden informs them cursing them to think.
"The house they had Hayley in it." Vincent answers.
"He can't be working alone, right?" Marcel says.
"Of course not, similar verbiage and disdain for a certain group is cult like behavior. Especially when you have a wolf acting without his pack." Klaus replies.
"I know I said Hope is my only friend but I have a select few who i'm cool with at school.. Jaxon, Penelope, RJ and Kaleb.. Two witches, a wolf and a vampire." Kaden says.
"They kept eyes on Benson and saw him stop at a certain place before he went to Marcel and Vincent." Kaden tells them.
"What place was that?" Josh asks.
"A vampire hang out." Kaden answers causing Klaus to growl.
"I assume they want the four of us to attack each other to buy them time for whatever they have planned." Marcel says.
"Who could've done it though?" Josh asks as he thinks.
"Greta." Kaden answers causing them to look at him.
"If we're dealing with a potential hate group then we need to find out what their next move will be as soon as possible. " Vincent tells them.
"Josh, can you take Colette back to Ivy?" Vincent asks him and he nods.
"Let's go." Josh says and she nods before he grabs her and takes off... Minutes later they hear something hit the door outside before falling to the ground.
"Bang!!"
They all eye each other suspiciously before Marcel walks to the door. He sees what caused the noise and grabs it, taking it back into the courtyard. They all stand and move closer to him as he puts the two boxes on the table.. There's a note taped against both of them box so Marcel opens them to see what it says.
"Per your request." Vincent reads the first one.
"For your comments." Kaden reads the second one.
"What're in the boxes?" Klaus asks seriously before he opens one and Marcel opens the other.
The four look distraught as they see cut off pieces of skin in both. One piece of skin has the Crescent royalty tattoo that Hayley has.. The other, has a symbol that none of them except for Kaden has seen.. His mother's Alpha mark..
"Oh, man." Vincent lets out as he thinks about the mark.
"That's the Poldark Alpha mark." Vincent informs them.
Klaus, Marcel and Vincent look away disgusted from both boxes. Their anger levels climbing to new heights but as high as Kaden and Klaus..
As Kaden stares with wide eyes. His face falters as his emotions hit the surface fast.. His face twitches as does Klaus's and they look at each other. Quickly getting an understanding before walking away in unison.
"Klaus wait, they're goading you two." Marcel says as him and Vincent walk after them.
"And they will pay." Klaus replies as they keep walking.
"Kaden, did your friends see any of the vampires Benson talked to?" Vincent asks as they get in front of them and stop them from walking.
"No, it doesn't matter.. They'll eventually die when I kill everyone there." Kaden tells him before speeding off.
Marcel catches up to him and pins him against the wall to stop him from leaving. Klaus speeds to Marcel and throws him off of Kaden.
"Don't you ever touch me again!" Kaden says as Marcel and Vincent walk to them.
"Look, I understand that you two are furious and hell, so am I!.. We need, to make the right move. So we can apply pressure and keep Eliene and Hayley safe." Vincent tells them as the two heralds of rage just look at them.
"Come on, Klaus.. Imagine the four of us working together on this." Marcel says.
Kaden's eyes glow unknowingly and he starts shaking in anger. The ground starts shaking violently and they quickly realize it's because of him. Klaus and Marcel can hear that it isn't just happening here.. It's happening everywhere.
A large chunk of the ceiling falls down and is headed to crush Vincent. He can't react in time so he just braces for impact.. Marcel runs to save him but his foot gets caught in the ground. He breaks out of it but it's too late.. Vincent accepts his fate and closes his eyes.
It never comes...
Vincent opens his eyes and sees Klaus standing over him. Holding up the large debris with ease before he throws it to the side. He helps Vincent up who is still in shock a little.
Klaus speeds to Kaden and puts his hands on his shoulders. Kaden still twitches as his fangs grow which surprises Klaus as they're longer than normal wolves.
"Kaden!!" Klaus calls out.
"Calm down!!" Klaus says as he holds him, trying to stop him from shaking.
Kaden doesn't stop as he's out of it by now. Not even in control as the unknown side of him is reacting.. Reacting in a harsh way that's worse than when Davina had the powers of all four harvest witches.. Klaus gets an idea and figures that it's worth a shot.
"You're hurting Hope!!" Klaus says to him.
Kaden's face immediately falters and instead of anger. The emotion that is now shown is much softer and gentle. His eyes go back to their normal color as the earthquake stops..
Kaden passes out and Klaus catches the young teenager. Marcel and Vincent walk up to them so Klaus turns face them..
"Vincent, what is he?" Klaus asks and Marcel looks at him as well.
"I have no clue.." Vincent replies as he stares at Kaden.

Condemned Property,
Salvatore School
"Alright, you too." Freya tells Vincent before hanging up the phone.
"What did he say?" Hope asks her auntie.
"Kaden caused the earthquake." Freya answers which leaves Hope in shock.
"Is he- is he gonna bring him back here?" Hope asks worried about him.
"Not yet." Freya answers.
"Is it because of his other side?" Hope asks and she nods.
"So we're like, cursed? Predicted to be the downfall of what, our family? New orleans? The world?" Hope asks and Freya sighs.
"A few days ago, Vincent and Ivy did a reading on Klaus.. The cards represented an empress which made them think to you.. Then an emperor, which made them think to Klaus." Freya starts as Hope follows along.
"The cards then revealed the destruction you two could bring upon the world but..."
"But what?" Hope asks concerned.
"The cards set on fire.. black flames, the new cards talked about a cursed lone wolf and something about the underworld." Freya tells her.
"Kaden.." Hope says as she thinks about him.
"You two deserve to know what's going on. We all need to prepare for the possibility that... things might not work out the way we want them to." Freya tells her as she thinks about Eliene being missing as well.
"You mean for my mom to die?" Hope asks.
"For what happens inside of you anytime tragedy strikes. For when your emotions are tested in ways you couldn't even imagine." Freya answers.
"How can anyone prepare for that?" Hope asks sadly.
"You aren't just anyone, Hope.. You're a firstborn Mikaelson witch with.. a terrifying amount of power. Even without the darkness that your family is keeping you away from." Freya replies holding Hope's hands.
"So, what? I'm so sensitive, everyone's afraid i'm just gonna flip out?" Hope asks.
"Well, when people like you or me flip out entire villages can burn.. Who knows the full extent of Kaden's power.. Look, I know what it's like to have your family thrust you into a situation where the world is on your shoulders and... you're not at all sure if you have the strength to carry it." Freya explains.
"And how's that working for you?" Hope asks.
"Not well, it's why i'm not with the woman I love." Freya answers.
"So then why don't you just... go back and deal with that and leave me to go try and find my mother." Hope says before getting up.
"Hope, stop." Freya says as she stands up.
"Why? So you can keep stalling me?" Hope asks as she walks away.
"You can't shut down, or it'll eat you up inside." Freya answers.
"Leave me alone." Hope says.
"Hope.." Freya calls out causing her to turn around.
"I said, LEAVE ME ALONE!!" Hope yells causing fire to rise and burn the entire structure around them.
"Hope! STOP IT!!" Freya tells her as she grabs Hope by her arms.
The fire goes away before they can do any real damage. Hope takes deep breaths before looking at her aunt.
"Are you ready to talk now?" Freya asks and Hope just looks in front of her.
"I need to talk to Kaden." Hope says and Freya nods.

Kaden wakes up and finds himself in Hope's bed at the Abattoir.. He looks around and sees Klaus sitting in a chair, staring at him with an unsure expression.
"What the hell happened?" Kaden asks him.
"What do you remember?" Klaus asks causing him to start thinking.
"Hurting Hope, i-is she okay?" He asks her father as he feels guilty.
"She's not even in New Orleans.. That's how lost in anger you were." Klaus tells him.
"This is going to sound hilarious coming from me, but.. The two of you need to work on your anger." He says which makes Kaden chuckle.
"That was the first time that happened to me." Kaden admits.
"I don't know what's wrong with me." He lets out before moving to the side, letting his feet hit the ground.
"There's nothing wrong with you Kaden.. You have extraordinary power and a good head on your shoulders.. With enough control you will be fine." Klaus says, trying to assure the teen.
"I have complete control over my wolf because I know what it is... My other side, I have no clue." Kaden says as he puts his shoes back on.
Klaus stands up and walks over to the teen who ties his shoes. Kaden feels him standing by and stands up to look him in the eyes.
"Once we find your mother and Hayley, maybe I could help you." Klaus offers which takes him by surprise.
"How?" Kaden asks.
"I've been around over a thousand years, Kaden.. I know many supernatural things that seem even crazier than what we are." Klaus answers causing the teen to think.
"Okay, thank you." Kaden says not knowing how to feel about it.
"No, I thank you... For being there for Hope when I wasn't.. It means a lot to me." Klaus says causing Kaden to nod.
"Where are Vincent and Marcel?" Kaden asks.
"Marcel is outside waiting for us.. Vincent is with his witches picking out the vampires Benson is with right now." Klaus says with a smirk.
"Your plan worked better than expected.. Marcel called a mandatory meeting so they won't have a choice but to go right away." Klaus informs him.
"Leaving Benson to be alone outside." Kaden replies with a smirk.
"Marcel is an Upgraded Original and his bite can kill even me and my siblings.. I wonder what your bite can do to wolves." Klaus says causing Kaden to think about it.
"Are you ready?" Klaus asks with the same smirk.
"Keep up old man." Kaden answers before speeding outside to meet with Marcel.
Klaus shakes his head before laughing a little and speeding after him.

St. Anne's Church
"The king has spoken, and we all come running." Greta says as the vampires stand in the church.
"Yeah, well.. He said he had news about Klaus. Personally, i'd like a front row seat for this one." Josh replies.
Marcel walks into the church and goes past them all to sit at the steps. He looks around the crowd and claps his hands before sighing.
"All right, now I know that most of you feel that I have been mistaken in some of my decisions lately.. You feel that i've been living in the past." Marcel starts off as he has their undivided attention.
"In the days when I was King calling shots and my word was law. And I have to admit.. you're right. I wanted to rule through trust, and through goodwill and consent.. But as I said, I made a mistake. I lost control of you, but... no more." He says as he stands up.
"Until, I can trust all of you to fall in line, and until Hayley Marshall is found, I am changing the rules." He says causing some of them to chatter.
"First, i'm restricting your movements. No more daylight rings." Marcel says which is met with large disagreement.
"You have no right to do that. You're not one of us anymore." A male vampire replies in disdain.
Klaus speeds behind him with a chain and wraps it around his neck. The group gasps at his appearance before he decapitates him, leaving his head rolling on the floor.
"That's right, we're not." Klaus tells them as he walks to Marcel's side.
"What we are.. is in charge.. Break the rules, defy our orders, no more head garden. Just your head." Marcel threatens them.
"Any questions?" Klaus asks with a smirk before looking to Marcel who smirks with him.
Out of nowhere, Benson is thrown into the room. Landing harshly right in the middle of the vampires. When he stands up, he looks around and makes eye contact with a few certain vampires... Kaden speeds in and grabs him by his head and shoulder.
"Benson here, was working with the man whose head Klaus just took off." Marcel informs them.
"Let this be another demonstration of our power." Klaus says with a smirk.
Kaden smiles as his eyes glow red and his sharp fangs grow even sharper. His upper row of double fangs are only out as it's all he needs.. Josh looks in fear as to what will happen next.
Kaden bites down on Benson's neck and he screams in pain as the vampires look on with wide eyes..
Benson's veins turn black as they become more visible than ever. His eyes gloss over before they turn jet black and his body crumbles into black ash...
Everyone looks with wide eyes including Kaden himself. Staring at the ash in shock as he didn't know he could do that.. Klaus and Marcel take note of his bite before going to keep him level in front of possible enemies.
"You have been warned." Klaus tells them before he puts an arm around Kaden. Walking towards the elevator with the teen who still is in shock a little.
The elevator opens and they step in before they quickly close. Klaus turns to him and tries to read his expression but can't.
"Are you alright?" Klaus asks him.
"I'm sure you didn't know your bite could do that." He says.
"No clue.." Kaden admits as he stares at his fangs in the reflection from the silver walls.
"Well, that's quite the bite, mate... Lethal to wolves, no doubt vampires.. I wonder what other creatures." Klaus says.
"There are more creatures?" Kaden asks.
"Not a lot.. but yes, there are.. Extremely rare though." Klaus answers before a phone starts to go off in his pocket.
He takes it out as soon as the doors open and they walk out. He sees that it's Kaden's phone and that Hope is calling him.. He shows Kaden the phone and he nods, giving him the okay to answer. He answers the call and puts it to his ear..
"Rie.. Are you okay?" Hope asks with concern showing through her voice. Klaus looks to Kaden who whispers to him that his middle name is Azriel.
"He is okay, love.. He's right here actually." Klaus says.
"I'm fine, best." Kaden replies as he receives the phone from Klaus.
"Okay, when are you coming back here?.. I-I need you." Hope tells him causing him to give a sad look.
"I'll be back soon.. In the meantime, why don't you tell me what's wrong?" Kaden asks her.
"What's not wrong?.. My mom is still missing.. We're a part of some prophecy of destruction.. I just, I don't know what to do." Hope vents to him.
"So you've heard about it?" Kaden asks as he leans against the building with Klaus standing next to him.
"Yea.. Emperor and Empress of doom." Hope replies causing him to chuckle.
"Kaden, this isn't funny.." Hope tells him.
"I know, I know.. But, we can't feel sorry for people being afraid of us." Kaden replies.
"Easy for you to say, that's tuff doesn't affect you, you don't care." Hope says and he nods his head with a low face.
"I do care.. I just, hide how I feel about it." He admits honestly.
"What, why?" She asks him surprised.
"I don't know... I think, because i've been judged by so many others just because of what I am.. I won't allow them to judge my feelings." Kaden explains as Klaus listens as well.
"That's understandable, but... you don't have to hide around me." Hope says, reassuring him which causes a smile to creep on his face.
"It's me and you, always and forever. I'll always have your back, Rie... I love you." Hope tells him as he feels his emotions being comforted by her.
"I love you too." Kaden replies with a smile.
Klaus observes the whole interaction and finds himself smiling. Hope and Kaden having a great bond that he hopes never breaks.. Bonds like these are unbearable in loss of.. He looks at Kaden's face and sees its expression change..
"Hope.." Kaden says.
"Yes?" She replies.
"We're gonna find your mother... I promise." Kaden tells her with a determined expression.
"I know you will." Hope replies with trust.
"Dad, I know you're listening.. I love you too." Hope says causing Klaus to smile.
"I love you more, Hope.." Klaus replies.
"I'm going to sleep.. I know you two most likely aren't.. Be careful please.. I can't lose you two too." Hope tells them.
"Your mother's not lost, Hope.. We will find her.. Goodnight, princess." Klaus says.
"Goodnight, Drea." Kaden says before hanging up.

"Where is Vincent?" Marcel asks Klaus and Kaden.
"Right here." Vincent answers as he walks towards the three of them.
"With Benson dead, they will begin to panic.. Make a mistake." Klaus says as Kaden picks up one the boxes.
"I believe they have.. Word of Kaden's bite is already spreading around the supernatural community." Vincent informs them.
"What will that do?" Kaden asks the older men.
"It will make people think twice about going against us.." Klaus answers making him nod.
"This still doesn't make sense.. What could Hayley have done to deserve this?" Marcel asks.
Kaden gets a feeling of anger and throws the box against the wall. It smashes into pieces and a gold coin rolls out of it..
"The hell is that?" Vincent asks before Klaus picks it up and eyes it. Staring as if it's familiar to him for some reason.
"A message.. from enemies I thought I buried long ago." Klaus answers before closing his fist.
"The witches are ready for action.. Hayley and Eliene were great people.. We stand with you." Vincent says and Klaus nods.
"Thank you, Vincent." Klaus replies.
"You ready Kaden?" Marcel asks as the three men turn to the teen.
His eyes quickly flash red causing them to nod. Vincent puts a hand on his shoulder as he stays quiet.
"It won't be long mom." Kaden thinks to himself.
