I see a thousand texts and missed calls.
The article shook me.
Does that mean not only Hardik but I am being stalked too?
This is bad what if hardik already misunderstood this. I can't let that happen
I check the time it's 8am that means he'll probably be at practice.
He won't be picking up even if I call.
Still I tries one, twice.
But nothing, he's in practice.
I looked at the text from him
"Can you explain, what's going on , in the internet ?"
Just that.
Then I look at texts and more text messages.
Rohit's one said
"Ishan, don't you have any brains? Going out in public with a girl? It's gonna create problems in your carrier path! Don't you know." He sounds furious
Shubham's said.
"Jaan, yeh sab kya hai? Tu kar kya Raha hai? Is this for real?"
Most of their 's said.
"Is this real?" They all wanna know.
But what happens when I tell ICT what is real, FOR REAL.
They're so concerned about a random girl, what happens when the find out I've got their team mate instead.
I don't wanna think about the reaction of the team. I won't be able to survive the tension.
I texted back to ro.

Suno, the news that's flying around. If someone recognises you ,Can you deny it as much as possible? Its very very important for me.

Yeah I've been doing that all morning. I don't wanna hamper your carrier ishan.

If it will be necessary can you tell my team mates that it's not like what the article said?

It's almost 11 now. And i don't know if I'll survive till it's actually 11.

My hands shaking, I pressed the call button.

After some rings. He picked up.
"Thank you" I say
"Thank me? For what?" He asked
"For receiving my call." I say
"Why wouldn't I receive your call if i can". He says. Flatly
"Because you must be mad at me!" I say
"I can never be mad at you ishan.....
I am just sad... That you didn't tell me the truth " he said
"What do you believe the truth is?" I ask
"I don't know. You never tell me anything. How will I know what the truth is?" He says, calmly. But I can sence the hurt in his voice.
"You never said that you're going out with a girl, that too, on a date" he said.
"It wasn't a date. It was nothing like it said in the article. We just met for lunch.
A friends hangout that what it was. I told you that when I was going out " I stated
I was trying my best to make it clear.
'He can't think that I am in love without someone else right!?'i thought
"Yeah you said, and I thought it was a friends group hangout, not just you two having a romantic date going on!" Hardik said a lil louder this time.

A few days back I went with my family to my mum's friend's house.
Remember how I told you I was a lil stuck up in a situation?
That day it wasn't just a meet-up afterall. My parents took me there so that I can meet a girl, risha le k mera.
I had no idea that was their intention until I went there and was half way through.
But as I talked to the girl, she is genuinely a very nice person.
I didn't tell you about this because I didn't wanna put you under anymore pressure.
I told my parents I can't marry anyone. And I have someone I like.
They wanted to meet the person I like.
But you and i ,we never decided, what we want after this, I don't know if you want our families to know about it or not so i couldn't say that it was you.
And iccha and i are just friends. If you don't believe me , you can ask her yourself. And my parents too.
I love you hardik, I can never cheat on you, why will I ever look at anyone when I have you. The best man to exist."
Hardik listened to all i have to say, he didn't interrupt me even once.
"You can tell me anything ishan, it doesn't matter if you think it'll be too much for me or it'll put me in pressure, I wanna know everything about you.
And it's upto you who you wanna tell , about us.
Because I am 1000% sure that I only want you. I want you for the rest of my life " hardik said
"I've always wanted you to be with me always " I say.
"See, the thing is don't hide anything from me, not even your thoughts. Just ask me if you have any doubt. Asked me to make it clear to you if i ever confuse you, just don't leave me in the dark. Please." Hardik said
"Okay , I'll do that from now on.
So..... Do you believe me now? That I wasn't on a date?" I ask
"I'll believe anything you say ishan. You're my truth." Hadik said.
I wanted to cry, the amount of trust this man have put in me is insane. What did I ever do to deserve to be loved my him.
"Thank you. For believing me" I say
"Don't thank me, i should thank you, for choosing me" he said
"I'll always choose you no matter what"
I say
"And you're my only choice " he said.
