While leaving the library, her head was almost on the urge to explode. Confronting him after months and the confrontation going bad? Not good.
She needed some peace and thought that the library was the best place but not anymore.
That left one place.
Miyagi Do.
She had not visited that place too in these months which meant she had not seen Daniel. Though he would pass by her house on his bicycle and wave her hi.
It was all her fathers fault. He never let her get out, only allowed it on the weekends and not every weekend.
If only she could get to know what was his problem.
But today, she decided to visit Daniel,not caring if he was busy in his practice or not.

She slipped quietly through the dojo doors of Miyagi Do. As she stepped further inside, she spotted Mr. Miyagi at the far end of the room who was working with focus on a wooden sculpture.
He noticed her entrance and his eyes lift from his work. He offered her a warm and welcoming smile.
“Ah, Y/n. Welcome. What brings you to Miyagi Do?”
She returned his smile.
“Hello, Mr. Miyagi. I just wanted to stop by and see how things were going.”
“Good place for clear mind, calm heart. You have something on your mind?”
Before she could respond, her attention was drawn to Daniel who was practicing his kata.
Mr. Miyagi followed her gaze and chuckled softly.
“Daniel san work hard. Always focus, always improve. Miyagi Do way.”

She nodded and her eyes returned to Mr. Miyagi.
“He’s really come a long way, hasn’t he?”
“Yes. Many challenges, but always find way. Good heart, good spirit. You too, find your path.”
“I hope so. I’ve had a lot on my mind lately.”
“Life sometimes difficult. But remember, balance is key. Find calm in storm.”
“Thank you, Mr. Miyagi. I’ll try to remember that.”
Mr. Miyagi gave her a nod of encouragement.
“Anytime. Miyagi Do always open for friends. You welcome anytime.”
With a grateful smile she gave a small bow before turning her attention back to Daniel.
After some time,Daniel finally noticed her and she was already grinning.
"Y/N!?" He shouted and ran towards her.
"Daniel san." She giggled and hugged him and he hugged her back, probably more tightly.
"You two talk. I bring tea." Mr. Miyagi chuckled and left.
"Oh my god. Y/n? How long has it been?" He asked, still surprised as he broke the hug.
" Five months Daniel. School was way better. You know I was so bored in these holidays." She rolled her eyes.
"Bored? Weren't you doing anything?" He asked.
"Like what?"
"Karate?"
"Oh..umm..no. I am thinking of leaving cobra kai. I did not even step into that dojo after that tournament so yea...." She nervously laughed.
" Ok, let's not talk about karate. Let's talk about you. Come on, have a seat." He motioned her to have a seat.
"No. First you. How's Ali?" She teased him.
His face fell slightly.
" Listen, y/n. We broke up. She moved away from here so-"
"What!?"
"Yes. Calm down. So...there's no future between me and her. Topic closed. Now you."
"My topic is also closed, Daniel." She sighed.
"What is that supposed to mean?" He asked with a confused and concerning look on his face.
" Me and Johnny broke up right after that tournament."
"Who entertained the idea?" He asked.
"Me." She nervously answered.
Daniel's eyes widened.
"You are joking. There's no way. You both were happy at that tournament so what changed?" He asked.
"A lot...I guess. I will tell you everything when I find the courage."
"Sure. I won't force you. So you did not see him after that?"
"Nope. My dad didn't let me-"
"YOUR DAD!?" He almost choked on his own saliva.
"Yea why? You think I came in this world without a father?" She laughed.
"No I mean- he wasn't in the picture back then and-"
"And now he is. Yes. He didn't let me go out. That's why I couldn't meet with anyone." She groaned.
" You look a bit pissed." He pointed out.
"I am always pissed. Anyways, thoughts about college?" She asked.
" Yes. Here in the valley."
"Really!? Same! I am going there too. I just hope the cobras go somewhere else."
"I hope so too. But we can only hope...y/n. I just hope they don't ruin our college life." He sighed.
She placed a reassuring hand on his shoulder.
" Why are you thinking about it so much? Even if they do get in the same college we'll just ignore them. Like back in the school."
" Yea like that turned out to be so good for you. You broke up with him, do you think he will let you off the hook so easily?" He asked.
She got confused for a bit and couldn't think of an answer.
"I'll just....avoid him."
" Don't be dumb y/n. You can't avoid him."
" Daniel, please....let's not talk about this. We'll see what happens but can we shut it for now?"
"Alright, I know it's a sensitive topic for you, but I just hope they don't cause any trouble." He sighed.
" Now you are being dumb here, Daniel. The cobras always bring trouble with them. Don't expect peace from them."
" There you go. You said it yourself now." He sarcastically laughed.
"Fine, fine."
Just then, Mr. Miyagi came with the tea.
"Oh god, I remember last time I tried this, I became a fan." She giggled while she took one of the cups from the tray.
"I know you like it y/n-san. That why I bring it."
" You can come here anytime,y/n. Now that college will start so you can go outside."
" Yeah, I know. That's why I am happy that college is starting." She sighed feelings relief.
"And I just hope it goes well without any sort of trouble." She muttered to herself but Mr. Miyagi heads her.
" Y/n san. Remember what I tell you."
