Minako and Usagi went to another concert from the Three Lights last night. Yuuki went to Usagi's home, to help care for Chibi Chibi while Usagi's mom cleaned the house before starting dinner. But morning came and poor Yuuki woke up from a nightmare...well more like a vision of what was to come, and there was no way for her to stop it from happening. It was the only way to help Usagi remember, it'll take a lot of sorrow but she has seen it.
Yuuki walks with Usagi outside, as always checks the mailbox that holds airmail and it is a postcard of stars. When they walked to school, she waved bye to Usagi telling her she needed to do something real quick. She rushes off to find the one person she needed to talk to alone, it didn't take her long to find the person she was looking for alone. Seiya was walking ahead of her.
"Seiya!" She jogs over to him when he stops and turns around smiling seeing it's her.
"Hi, Sunflower. What's up?"
She stops to pout at that silly nickname the Three Lights gave her. "Can we talk on the roof, please? I need to talk to you about...something very important."
His smile turns to a frown then turns serious he nods, and the two walk to the stairs going up to the roof.
Roof of the High School
Yuuki walked over to the railing, leaning her arms on it as she watched the sky. From the corner of her eye, she saw Seiya doing the same beside her. The silence between them was heavy, as she struggled with how much to tell him.
"Sunflower? Hey... what's wrong?" Seiya asked softly, his eyes filled with concern. He placed a hand on her shoulder, causing her to let out a sigh of sadness.
"Today after school... there will be an attack right here, and two bright stars will be taken," she said, her voice trembling with emotion. Seiya's frown deepened, worry etched across his face. She looked down, her eyes glistening with unshed tears, then stood straight, facing him as he did the same.
"Whatever happens... must happen, Seiya. It's one of the triggers for Usa-chan to remember what happened to Momo-nii," she continued, her voice breaking slightly.
Seiya furrowed his brows, his grip on her shoulder tightening. "What...?" he whispered, his voice filled with confusion and concern. "Yuuki, are you sure? Is there no other way?"
She shook her head slowly, a tear finally escaping down her cheek. "No, Seiya. This is the only way. We have to be strong... for them."
"Who...who will be..." He dropped his hand from her shoulder to his side, and tightened his hands into fists, worried it was Yaten and Taiki.
Her face softened seeing worry, and knew why he was worried. She steps closer grabbing his hand in her hands.
"Do not worry, it's not Taiki-san or Yaten-kun. It's...Ami and Makoto, that's all I have to say. Just do not say anything to anyone but let Taiki-san, and Yaten-kun know privately. Sadly I won't be around when this will take place...I don't have the heart to see another dear friend turn to gold dust. Cowardly of me, but...it just brings back the painful memory of when my Helios was taken from me. Please protect Usa-chan in my place."
He looks at her worriedly "Don't worry Taiki, Yaten and I will keep Odango safe. But, you are not a coward. You had some trauma happen to you, and your trauma is causing this fear. It's normal to feel this way, but you can't hide away from facing your fear for too long. now... Where will you be?"
She smiles softly, feeling tears welling up in her eyes at his kindness.
"Arigatou. I'll be with three of my other friends, Nami-chan, Tora-chan, and Taka-san. They live in the same apartments Momo-nii, and I live in. I'm going to be hanging with them for the day after school gets out."
"Okay... But if something happens, you run to our place got it?" He said sternly, she kept her smile and nodded. "No worries, I will. We should head for class the bell will be ringing soon."
Just as she finished saying that the bell rang, they walked downstairs and headed to their first class which was the same class as Usagi, Minako, and Yuuki.
After School
She met the Trio outside of the school. As they walked towards the park, they chatted animatedly. Yuuki paused for a brief moment, turning around to look up at the roof of the school with a solemn expression.
'Stay strong, Usa-chan...'
"Yuuki-chan, hurry up, girly~!" Torazo called out.
"Yeah! I want that delicious ice cream~," Nanami added with a grin.
"I can't wait to have some ice cream~ So delicious and cold~," Takano chimed in.
Yuuki turned back around, smiling warmly at her three protectors and friends, who were waving at her to hurry. She chuckled and jogged over, hooking her arms with Torazo and Nanami as they continued walking towards the park, stopping by an ice cream store on the way. With their ice cream in small bowls, they happily ate as Yuuki shared what Seiya had told her: if anything happened, they could meet up at his place.
She also confided in them about her vision, expressing how useless she felt. Even though she could see certain parts of the past, present, or future, she still felt powerless to stop some unavoidable events. As they walked to the park, Nanami and Yuuki sat down on the swings, finishing their ice cream and tossing the garbage into a nearby trash can.
Torazo stood behind Yuuki, placing his hands on her shoulders, making her look up at him. He smiled kindly.
"Do not think you are useless, Yuuki-chan. You're never useless. Remember, some things are meant to happen for a reason, like this time. It must happen for Usagi-chan to remember what happened to Mamoru-san."
Yuuki sighed, looking forward and nodding slightly. "Yeah... but it's still horrible."
Suddenly, a figure appeared before them. "Hey there. I'm Sailor Aluminum Siren," she introduced herself with a smirk. "And I'm here for you're starseeds!"
Without warning, Sailor Aluminum Siren launched an attack. "Galactica Wave!" she shouted, sending a powerful wave of water towards them.
Yuuki, Nanami, Torazo, and Takano quickly sprang into action. Nanami transformed into Fish Eye, brandishing her knives, while Torazo transformed into the leader, Tiger's Eye, wielding his whip, and Takano into Hawk's Eye as he ready to use his fire. They fought valiantly against Sailor Aluminum Siren's relentless water attacks.
Yuuki transformed into Mystic, joining the fray. Despite their combined efforts, Sailor Aluminum Siren's attacks were overwhelming. Mystic was struck by a powerful wave, sending her flying. Fish Eye, who was closest to her, caught her in his arms, concern etched on his face.
"Mystic!" Fish Eye exclaimed, holding her protectively.
Tiger's Eye wielded his whip with precision, trying to keep Sailor Aluminum Siren at bay, while Hawk's Eye unleashed streams of fire from his mouth, attempting to overpower her. The battle was fierce, but Sailor Aluminum Siren's power was too great. Tiger's Eye was the first to fall, his whip slipping from his grasp as he collapsed. Hawk's Eye fought on, but he too was eventually overwhelmed, falling to the ground.
As Hawk's Eye fell, he managed to say something that caused Yuuki to sob, crying out both their names.
"Yuuki-chan... stay strong... for us," Hawk's Eye whispered, his voice sounding weak.
Yuuki's heart ached as she watched her friends fall. She clenched her fists, determination burning in her eyes. "I won't let you down," she vowed.
Sailor Aluminum Siren laughed, her voice echoing through the park. "You think you can defeat me? Pathetic."
Yuuki stood up, her body glowing with a radiant gold light causing her silverish-white hair to flow in the air. "I won't let you hurt my friends!" she shouted, her voice filled with resolve. She summoned her power, gold light swirling around her as she prepared to unleash her strongest attack.
"Gold Spiral Beam!" Yuuki cried out, releasing a powerful beam of golden light that shot toward Sailor Aluminum Siren.
The villain staggered, momentarily blinded by the intense light and the pain. Taking advantage of the opening, Fish Eye and the others launched their own attacks, combining their powers to overwhelm Sailor Aluminum Siren.
"Galactica Wave!" Sailor Aluminum Siren retaliated, but her attack was weaker, her energy drained by Yuuki's Gold Spiral Beam.
With one final push, Yuuki and her friends managed to overpower Sailor Aluminum Siren, and ended up destroying her for good. The park fell silent, and the battle was finally over.
Yuuki collapsed to her knees, exhausted but relieved. "I did it...I saved them."
As Yuuki stood up, her heart filled with warmth and love, ready to embrace her three friends, a sudden, familiar blast struck the trio. Her eyes widened in horror, trembling as she watched them turn into shimmering gold dust.
"No! No, please!" Yuuki's voice broke into a heart-wrenching scream, her hands reaching out in vain. Tears streamed down her face as she fell to her knees, shaking her head desperately. "Come back! Please, come back!"
Galaxia's dark laughter echoed through the air, a chilling contrast to Yuuki's anguish. "Foolish girl," she taunted, her voice dripping with malice. "Did you really think you could protect them?"
Yuuki's pain morphed into a fierce glare, her eyes burning with a mix of sorrow and rage. She summoned her remaining strength, launching an attack at Galaxia. The blast wasn't strong enough to fully damage her, but it did cause a flicker of pain, enraging Galaxia further.
"You insolent child!" Galaxia snarled, blasting Yuuki a few feet away. Yuuki struggled to sit up, her body trembling, but her eyes never wavered from Galaxia's. Tears continued to flow, but they were now mixed with a steely determination.
Galaxia approached her slowly, a cruel smile playing on her lips. "I won't take your starseed just yet," she said, her voice a sinister whisper. "I want to see you suffer. I want to break you by taking everyone you care about. Only then will I take what belongs to me."
Yuuki's heart ached with unbearable sorrow, but she refused to look away. "You won't win," she whispered, her voice filled with a quiet, unyielding resolve. "I won't let you."
Galaxia's eyes narrowed, her smile twisting into a sneer. "Such defiance," she hissed, her voice dripping with contempt. "But your resolve will crumble, just like your friends did. Remember this moment, Princess. Remember the pain, the helplessness. It will be your constant companion."
She turned away, her laughter echoing ominously. "Enjoy your fleeting hope while it lasts. I'll be back to claim what is mine." She disappears leaving behind Yuuki.
Her head bowed arms on the ground keeping her from the ground, her lips tremble as more tears fall to the ground as she whimpers.
"Fish Eye... Tiger's Eye... Hawk's Eye... Goman na...goman na. I couldn't save you three after all. I... Helios, my love...wh-what should I do?" She sits up staring teary-eyed at the sky, more tears sliding down her face to the ground.
That's when she remembers what Seiya told her if something happened to go to their place. With shaky legs, she stands, transforms back to her normal school uniform, and starts walking toward the Three Light's place crying silently. She was trying to hold on to hope, but as Galaxia taunted at her she was slowly breaking...how long could she handle losing more and more dear ones?
