This is days late😭 BUT WHATEVER! IT'S WORTH IT!! MUAHAHAHAH, also this might include sum ships that are canon in the story or fanfic so yah💅 And this will include a lot of yapping so just scroll to the 4th paragraph if u don't wanna read all that. And I kinda lied about the nightmare but I'll post two 4's and they'll have the same ending just a different point of view. Also this is probably one of my longest chaps ever so here comes another yappichino warning😭

Saturn's POV:
Since when could meetings take that long? I swear it felt like absolute hours in my time or Earthling time or whatever. But, what I know is that today is Halloween! I just can't wait for the get-together! We always do that almost every Halloween since we can't Trick or Treat very often and it is better than dressing up and asking the things that make up our solar system just for some Candy. Like some moons beg for Pokkers which are basically Asteroids covered in a thick layer of ice with crumbled remains of left over planets or moons inside and a lava filling.
The only bad thing about it is that it has a weird taste when you bite into it and Earth says it tastes feels like you're eating a tire. I don't know what a tire would taste like but Earth says it's an earthling thing so of course we wouldn't know. The only part of Halloween I'm excited about is the weather. I heard it's gonna rain or something like that. Oh yeah, I honestly dislike candy even though my moons enjoy it because of Luna. Luna gave some to them and they were bouncing up and down asking for more.
I might as well keep my secret of disliking candy since all the other planets enjoy it. But I don't dislike it that much anymore because currently my planetoid friends are getting their costumes, and was a pink planet giving out samples and then she offers me Pokkers but it wasn't even that bad. To be honest, I kinda like it. I ask the worker if it had a weird after taste and he tells me that it's a rumor created by younger planets or stars. He also says that it's more appealing for older planets, blue or red stars and black holes. And then I remember that Earth is a lot younger than me so I can see why he said that. It had a different taste than I expected. Like it was sweet yet salty.
Anyways, we grab our costumes and Earth & Mars are matching because Earth is Mario and Mars is Luigi. Kinda basic but they look pretty nice. My costume is a vampire since I can hide my fangs easier. I choose for Mercury to go as an angel yet it doesn't fit the spooky theme but he matches with Venus. Neptune goes as a pickle. I'm pretty sure he just wanted to be funny and it works yet it doesn't fit our spooky theme either. Jupiter didn't really want to dress up but I'm able to convince him to be the guy from Scream. It's kinda common but at least it's better than him wearing no costume. Venus dresses up as a devil Earth jokes and says it's because he wants to match with Mercury and they get into an argument. I swear Neptune must've been the one who decided on a costume for Uranus because he dresses up as an inflatable dinosaur. Uranus definitely wasn't happy about it and he said it was humiliating
Sun doesn't choose anything because he said he didn't feel like dressing up and that Halloween is more special for us. And the ride back is full of conversations that I can't even hear myself think. Jupiter taps my shoulder and his mask makes me giggle.
"You look funny." I mumble.
"Uhm, you choose this costume for me. So don't say anything otherwise I won't wear it anymore."
"Hey, Hey. I was just kidding, okay? But you know, you don't have to wear it if you want. . ."
"Well I mean it's better than looking like a fairy or a pickle."
Jupiter snickers a little. I can tell he that he's referring to Neptune.
I chuckle. "Well at least his is cute, not terrifying like yours."
He scoffs. "Hey, it's your fault for making me wear this."
"Like I said, you don't have to wear it."
"Hm, well just stop talking about costumes and more about how Neptune, Uranus, Me and You are gonna stay up."
"Wanna watch a scary movie? It'll be fun."
"My moons will be out for a while so sure."
"I think they'll just explore and come back with like 1/4 or their expectation."
"Yeah you're right. The Rockies are probably gonna stay up too but play games and be loud."
I let out a chuckle and lean back in my seat. "I know they are, so how about we tamper with the drinks? Just put a tiny dose of P.Q and they'll fall asleep real quick."
It's risky but if they take to much. . . uhm. . . Well they'll just fall into a deep sleep! Yeah, which is why I said a tiny amount. Honestly, I may seem innocent but just remember, things aren't who or what they seem dear viewer. . .
"Uhm Saturn? I don't wanna burst your bubble or something like that but won't that affect them very badly?"
"Huh? Oh, well we don't have too. We could just get them tired by-" "How about we don't do anything? Don't tell me you're pressed about the Rockies staying up, are you?"
"I'm not! Just saying. . ."
"Look, Saturn. I-. . . We're best friends, okay? I don't wanna see you so pressed up over something small like this so why don't you spend Halloween with me? We can eat Pokkers or Asteroid Pizza?"
I'm good at manipulat-I mean convincing! But this guy can make me switch sides instantly or convince me to not do this. Probably why Neptune asks if we're dating or married. I think it's because those Dwarf Planets made a rumor saying I got my rings because Jupiter proposed to me. Except that wasn't the case and I hate it when someone mentions my rings because it reminds me of. . . Her. . . What happened that day is unspoken. I still tell my moons that it's just a rumor and I was created along with my rings when I spawned here-Oh dear! Off topic here, hah?
Jupi clears his throat to get my attention again.
"Saturn? You there?"
"Huh? Oh, uhm, sure Jupiter. Just. . . don't eat all the food, okay?"
"Yeah and do you mind if I add Uranus & Neptune? We rarely get to talk to them since Uranus is mostly looking for Neptune and I can't talk to Neptune while he's gonna because I don't know where he is."
"It's fine. I don't really mind their company and it'll be nice to hangout with our fellow icey friends."
"Yeah, and tell them to keep it a secret but I got some more candy."
For once, my stomach acid doesn't turn into actual poison when I hear the word 'candy'.
"That's fine, let's just stop talking, okay?"
I feel like I shouldn't have said that because he gives me a weird suspicious look that could've intimidated a star.
"Alright but-" "Just hush, please."
We just sit in silence while the other fellow planets chat with each other about stuff like candy or playing games or something else. It's really uncommon for me to stay silent since I chat a lot, even in my own head like writing a story.
We finally reach the home and Sun starts to set up the decorations meanwhile I inform Uranus and Neptune if they wanna join the gas giants to stay up. He agreed but only if he could hide his diary from Neptune since he'll mostly take it and read it aloud. I agree, as long as I can make my friends happy and I count Uranus as a friend. He's not that bad, just a little insecure but he never tells me why. Strange, I know but I don't mind secrets as long as they don't regard me at all.
The decorations are finally finished and now Sun is just ordering food. He didn't specify which kind and I'm a picky eater so yeah. Also I haven't seen Mercury since we got home. He probably just headed right to sleep, not even caring about the party nor the costume. I feel sympathy for him, having an orbit next to Venus is rough. Not that I would know or anything but from what I've seen, poor Mercury. . .
Another hour goes by without the food and now Sun is complaining to the phone asking what's taking so long. I don't know why but I have a weird feeling that something is . . . off
Like I can hear Earth, Venus and Mars chatting away but us giants aren't doing anything nor interacting besides Uranus who's just fidgeting with his fingers. Neptune & Jupiter are laying down, not together though. Maybe I should just c-"Alright! The food will be here in 5 minutes! Go alert the others, Jovians!" So much to take a nap. I sit hesitantly, same with my fellow giant friends. We glance at each other before
Neptune clears his throat and asks,
"Sooooo, who's asking first?"
Uranus shrugs, clearly tired and he more than likely doesn't wanna move an inch.
"How about you Jupiter? Wanna go tell them?"
Jupiter glances at him then just lays back down and sighs.
"Meh, I could use some sleep. Maybe Saturn?"
They adjust their eyes to me and I sigh too.
"Uhm, sure. I'll go to sleep after this so keep that in mind"
Jupiter raises a brow at me and then I remember it again, yeah, staying up for this holiday. Don't know why I said that when clearly I'm tired and stressed. Scratch that, not stressed rather, just less motivated. I get up and stretch my back. It's now a common thing for me when I get up. Maybe because I'm getting older.
"Getting old, huh?"
Neptune comments and he leans back in his chair.
Seems like he can read my mind, huh? I let out a small chuckle and lay my eyes in Tune's direction.
"Well the four of us are the oldest ones here so you are too, buddy. Don't forget that."
He let's out a small giggle before covering himself with an ocean blanket. I'm not gonna lie, the blanket is cute. Anywho, I manage to walk upstairs since Sun wanted them to be upstairs because if an intruder breaks in, we'll have a better chance of scaring them off since we're larger and on the 1st floor. In my opinion, it's a little stupid, but I really don't feel like getting into an argument with the Sun right now. I knock on Mars's door, no answer. I knock on Venus's door, no answer, again. I knock on Earth's but this time, someone actually answers. Mars opens the door and he looks funny. His face his covered in marker.
"Uhm, you need to talk to us 'Turn?
"Yeah, uh, food's gonna be here so just tell Earth & Venus to come downstairs. Also, where's 'Cury? I haven't seen him anywhere."
"He's sleeping. Just don't try and wake him up, I tried and it was not pretty."
"Eh, I can handle him. I'm sure he won't be too hard to wake up."
"He's not gonna attack you or anything like that. Rather, he'll just be moody."
"There's worse I've seen, thanks Mars."
"Yeah no problem."
He shuts the door close and I sigh. I'm a little nervous to be honest. Mercury isn't scary or anything, he's just probably annoyed from earlier. But I'm sure he won't be too bad. I go ahead and knock on Mer's door, no answer but that's just because he's sleeping. I knock again but this time louder. A small shuffling sound can be heard along with a "Come in."
I pry the door open to see Mercury sitting up on his bed, gesturing me to come over to him. I take a few steps towards him and lean down.
"You good? I haven't talked nor spoken to you all day. I'm worried."
"It's fine, I'm just tired today. You can-"
I interrupt. I'm honestly worried for him since he never really is tired or, not that I know of.
"Did that Venus do anything to you?
"No, No. It's fine really. You can lay down on my couch if you'd like."
I hesitate a little. I mean I promised Jupiter that we can spend time with the Ice giants but I am pretty sleepy right now.
"Uhm. . . Sure, why not? I mean I am kinda tired right now and don't feel like walking back down."
"Great, you can lay there." He points to the couch again and I walk over to it. It's actually a soft one instead of those squeaky leather ones. I prop my legs up onto the other armrest and I lay down onto another armrest. I snuggle up and it actually feels really comfortable so I can fall asleep easily to this. Mercury more than likely fell asleep already and I start to dose off. Seems like today was actually a decent day. . .

HOLY YAPOACHINNO!! 😭 THIS MANY WORDS?? GYATT DANG😩 Anyways, I'm proud of myself for writing this many words :3 or sentences. Idk but uhm, like I said, they have the same ending & other chap is so goofy yet weird😭 Please don't read it, I beg of u. And for anyone wondering what they did for Halloween, it was just a small get-together & they basically watched TV, played games, ate snacks, slept and just chatted. Sounds like a family night, huh? It kinda is but I thought it would be better to say get-together. And I'm sorry if this wasn't rlly Halloween themed🥺😔 I mean I don't think nobody wanted to hear what happened, right?
