"Hey Mrs. and Mr.Mitchell can I talk to you for a minute" Chris asked nervously. He's been meaning to talk to them for a while but Luca's always around. But he had time now because Luca was taking a shower and he usually took thirty minutes and Chris came down stairs as soon as be heard the shower turn on.
"Of course honey ,what's on your mind" Mrs. Mitchell asked kindly as she tap the seat beside her signalling that Chris should sit beside her. Chris sat down.
"Well I want to ask Luca something but I wanted your blessing first"
"What do you want to ask son" Luca' s dad asked as he sipped his bottle of beer.
"Ummm, Iwanttoasklucatomarryme" Chris said in one long breath.
"Whoa,darling you gotta slow down we couldn't hear what you said" Mrs.Mitchell said as she laughed. Chris took a deep breath.
"I want to ask Luca to marry me and I want to ask for your blessing" Mrs.Mitchell gasped.
"Oh my gosh, honey that's amazing"
"Ya buddy, you make my son really happy, if he's happy I'm happy" Mr.Mitchell said as he gave Chris a warm smile.
"Thank you so much. You have no idea how much your blessing means to me"
Upstairs Chris heard the bathroom door open.
"I gotta go and thank you so much"
"Anytime honey"
Chris made his way upstairs and found Luca in his room putting on a shirt.
"Hey baby" Chris said as he gave Luca a kiss on the neck.
"Hey, were you taking to my parents"
"Ya"
"Why"
"I wanted to ask them about you sleeping over"
"Oh,what did they say"
"They said you can sleep over"
"Okay I'll pack my sleeping bag"
Luca bent over in his closet to get his sleeping bag.
"I love you" Chris said as he smiled fondly at Luca. Luca not knowing where this was coming from answered with a very confused "I love you too"
"Now hurry up, I can't wait to get you in my bed" Luca laughed. Luca shook his head fondly. He really loves that man.
