APOLLO POV.
Da fudge?
I wake up to the sound of pots and pans.
I look around, and realize something. The sunrise is normal? Wait! Sunrise?
I rattle the chains. My wrists are behind me, holding me down.
I ask, "When did I regain my human form?"
The knights jump.
One squeeks, "I thought we were just after a problem wolf, not a freeking shifter rider! I thought the dragon was one of the kings' advisors' dragons!"
I sigh, "No. That's Pandora."
Pandora warbles indignantly.
I turn, bringing my wrists into my lap.
They sit, silent. Shocked.
I ask, "What?"
They look at me like a bunch of owls.
I stare back, trying to figure out what was bothering them.
One pipes up, "Are you Apollo?"
I nod.
They untie me from the poll, and release my wrists. I flex my hands, and bring Hyper magic, Winter, Fire, and Water into a swirling mass around the camp like a blanket being spun in a circle.
The knights gape.
One whispers, "Quad Mage. Only three exist! They say two are dragons!"
I smile, and proclaim, "There'll be more than three soon. The dragons mated, and the eggs are at multiple schools. They say once I'm old enough I'll be their instructor."
The knights ask in unison, "How freaking old are you?"
I reply, smirking, "Seventeen."
They all turn pale.
I bring the magic back into myself, and the blanket of red, black, white, and blue cease. The knights are shocked, and unbind Pandoras' wings.
She flexes her wings, and sprays red, blue, white, and black around like a multicoloured flame.
I hear her growl, and I spring onto her back.
The knights tie a rop around Pandoras' neck.
We take to the sky, and the wind catches us like a kite.
The wind blows like a hurricane, and the leaves blow below.
I turn into a wolf, and hang onto the saddle.
Pandora warbles, "Could you stay human for once?"
I turn back, and hang onto the riens.
We dive down, towards the oncoming river.
The knights scream in alarm, but to no avail. The river lashes at my hands. I pull up the rein, and Pandora dives up.
We go straight up, and give the knights a little show over a small town.
I pat her neck, and bring up a ribbon of white, black, red, and white.
I feel her go into a spiral dive. Many call it the death dive.
We skim the thatch roof.
I feel Pandora strain her wings, and level off.
I lend her strength, and we continue on.
We turn upside down, and fly for a while like that.
A man in the crowd with a teenage girl really stick out, so I land beside them in the crowd.
The girl rushes up to me, and asks, "May I stroke her?"
I nod.
The man asks, "What kind of dragon has this abilities?"
I reply, smiling, " A Winters' Mischief. Or a Mischief Dragon."
The girl looks up at Pandora, and Pandora smiles.
She whispers to me, "We have found a Mischief rider!"
I whisper to the girl, "I recommend you go to the nearest rider school. My dragon, Pandora, says you are a Mischief Rider."
The girl smiles, and the man cries, "What is your name, Rider of the Mischief?"
I smile, and reply, "I'm Apollo Farthing. I must get back to the Fays, but I send you my word I will see to your training."
They nod, and take off to a reconizable dragon school.
I smile, and we take off.
I grab my knife, and snap the line around Pandoras' throat. We ride off, nearing the castle.
I see the drawbridge shoot up, so I fly over the walls.
I see the kings' balccony, and leap onto it. I do a few summersaults, and land on my feet.
