Rylee decided to pack a few bags before she went to pick up Sophia at Gemma's, as she headed to the door she heard a bike roar down the street. She tried to hurry but he was quicker then she was, which was always the case

"Where are you going with my kid?" Jax asked getting off his bike and taking his helmet off

"Far away from you." Rylee said closing the trunk of her trailblazer

"Your not leaving" Jax said closing the distance between them

"Yes I am Jax. You made it quite clear that you don't want to be with me so why should I stay? To watch Sophia's heart break a little more everyday because her father can't bother with her?" Rylee asked Jax looked down knowing he was right, until Rylee got his crow she was never like this, always quiet and reserved she came from a well respected family in Charming. The ink changed her, she was bold and fearless and it terrified him.

"How dare you Jackson? Screwing around on me and having a stupid little wench get your crow! What is wrong with you" Rylee asked somewhat quietly so the neighbors didn't come out to snoop

Jax couldn't answer her, he knew the answer but he couldn't say it, as much as he thinks he didn't love her anymore he couldn't break her heart, with everything that had happened in the past he was afraid of hurting her more

"You know ever since Tommy died you've been like this. He wasn't just your son Jax" Rylee said Jax came closer to her but Rylee back away, that was the fuel he needed

"I... I don't love you anymore Rylee. Haven't for years, just been trying to keep it together for the kid. We aren't good haven't been for a long time now, I just haven't figured out the right time to tell you" Jax said

"So by me finding out that you have a side girl I'd just be ok with it all and you would just love happily ever after? Doesnt work like that Jackson. I'll stick around till we get divorced and go through custody court but after that I'm fucking gone. And I'll be bringing Sophia with me" Rylee said. Lighting up a smoke

"You've gotta be shitting me right? You think your gonna be able to leave this place with my daughter? Go fuck yourself Rylee" Jax said spitting at her feet.

"Go to your new old lady cause this one is done. Don't ever speak to me like that again. I'm not some old lady anymore Jax you made that quite clear by having some other bitch get your crow." Rylee said backing away

Jax took two strides towards her "until, were divorced your still my old lady and you will do as your told" Jax said as he put his hand around her throat and squeezing "you don't ask questions, you don't leave the house unless there is someone following you. I don't trust you. And my mother will be keeping Sophia at her house during the week and you might be able to have her the weekends if you listen to what I say" Jax said letting go of her neck as Rylee fell to the ground grasping for air. She struggled to stand up, but she wasn't giving up that easily

"I'm not sure who you even are anymore, your not the same person I married" Rylee said while Jax had his back turned to her "the person i married vowed to never hurt me. Vowed till death do us part, but you took the easy way out, Jax you chose to put distance here because some nice pussy clouded your judgement, I've always did what I was told. So fuck you Jax. Getting married to you was the biggest mistake of my life" Rylee said instantly regretting the words as they spilled out of her mouth

Jax turned around and looked at her "you don't mean that" Jax said

"Yes I do. You ruined my life Jackson, every single bit of it." Rylee said

"Stop. You don't mean that your just mad" Jax said walking over to her and reaching out to touch her. Those words stung him hard, he's always love Rylee since they were kids, she was always there for him, especially when his father passed away

"I do Jax. I'm not saying it because I'm mad. You ruined us, I hope that pussy was worth it."Rylee said as she walked into the house slammed the door leaving Jax standing there, regretting every bad decision that was made in his life that was costing him the person that has been there for him through thick and thin

Jax sat on Sophia's bed while she slept, looking at her long blonde hair covering her face. She was a little upset when he told her that she would be staying with Grandma for a few days because mommy was busy. Being only five she didn't really understand, but she was pleased that Jax came and saw her. When Jax was finished he walked out to the kitchen where his mother was making a pot of coffee.

"Hope she was worth it Jax. You ruined something good" Gemma said turning around to face her son, one thing Gemma could always do was make him aware of the wrong he was doing

"Rylee told me that marrying me was the biggest mistake she's ever made, do you have any idea what that makes me feel like ma?" Jax asked sitting down at the table running his hand thew his hair

"I do. And it's not a good feeling but you were the one who did what you did not her, Jax I am not entirely fond of Rylee but she is your soul mate. You two were made for each other and you broke that. You broke that a long time ago when your dick started wandering" Gemma said sipping her coffee

"Was I that bad of a husband?" Jax asked

"Maybe you two need to talk. No drinking involved because she's the only one with the answers baby, she's your wife. What you did was unforgivable its up to her where you two stand after tonight" Gemma said

"I gotta go sort some shit out" Jax said getting up and kissing his mother's cheek and leaving the house

Gemma sighed, her and Rylee never saw eye to eye, she tried taking Jackson away to college with her but when he got accepted into the club as a prospect he didn't go and neither did she, that was the moment she knew Rylee loved her son unconditionally, especially if she gave up a degree for him

Rylee had never been so mad in her life. She was furious with Jackson, now that her adrenaline had run out all's she could do was cry. No matter the harsh words she spoke to Jax she still loved him. He was her soulmate, her person, her rock. They were team Teller. She was standing in the bathroom looking at herself when her phone buzzed she looked down at the text "I am coming by in a bit, we need to talk. Clear the air a lil." She didn't want to talk to him anymore but she didn't really have a choice. She started the shower and needed to wash off her makeup, she felt disgusting. She looked at her neck that was now slightly bruised from Jaxs hand print. She ran her fingers over it. He had never left a mark on her before, yeah he hit her a few times but nothing ever left a mark.

Jax stood outside of Haley's apartment he knocked on the door lightly he heard a set of locks open and the door opened a little revealing a man "who are you?" He asked "I'm Jax where's Haley?" Jax asked

Footsteps were heard and Haley opened up the door, looking completely different then she normally looks, she looked run down and tired, he had never seen her without makeup "What are you doing here?" She asked looking at Jax and the man that answered the door

"I came to see if you were alright and to apologize" Jax said

"Babe who is this? And why is he apologizing, I thought you were at work, did something happen?" The man asked

"Jax, this is my husband Jack, it was all a misunderstanding I'm sorry for putting you through that trouble tonight" Haley said looking sympathetically. Jax couldn't believe what he just heard. The woman he had been sleeping with played him like a deck of cards. Jax slowly turned around and walked down the hallway not fully understanding what just happened

Jax pulled into the driveway of the home he shared with Rylee and his daughter. He sat on his bike for a moment before walking up the path to the front door and opening it. He saw Rylee sitting on the floor in the living room with pictures scattered everywhere and an open bottle of jack Daniels sitting next to her. the only time she drank Jack was when she was upset, Jax knew he was in for some tears. Jax walked over and sat on the couch he sighed when he realized she was looking at pictures of Thomas. He was 2 when he was killed in the car accident caused by Rylees mother. Jax had always wanted a boy and when Thomas came he was in his glory, even though he looked just like Rylee.

"I don't want to talk tonight" Rylee whispered not removing her eyes from the picture of Sophia and Thomas sitting on the couch when he first came home

"You don't have to talk, I just want you to listen" Jax said picking up a picture of Tommy on his first birthday "what I did to you was stupid and selfish, Ry we've been through everything together and for me to just try and throw that all away, I wasn't thinking straight, I wasn't thinking at all. My god Rylee you gave up everything for me and I did nothing but shit on you this entire time, so I can see why you say marrying me was a big mistake because that's all I've ever done to you was disappoint you and let you down and im sorry. I'm sorry for everything, I understand why you don't want to be with me" Jax said playing with his SONS rings on his finger

Rylee looked at him, her eyes were wet from crying and Jax could see the marks he left on her neck. "I don't want to hear an apology Jackson, nothing you say is going to change this. Actions speak louder then words and you made it quite clear what you want" Rylee said trying to fight back the tears that were coming

"She played me. She's got a husband, she obviously wanted someone fun for a while. I should of never betrayed you like that. It was wrong" Jax said taking the bottle of jack and taking a swig of it

"What do you want Jax?" Rylee asked shuffling pictures around looking for a specific photo

"My family back" he said leaning back in the couch

"After what you did Jackson I don't know if I could ever trust you again" Rylee said starting to stack the pictures in a pile, giving up looking for the photo

"I'll show you Rylee, we are stronger then this and we will get past this I promise" Jax said standing up "I'll just go" he said Rylee stood up and he could see the mark better on her neck

"You can stay. But your sleeping on the couch. I'm not going to rip everything away from you, this is your house but respect that I don't want you to sleep next to me" Rylee said walking over to the hall closet and grabbing a pillow and a small blanket and placing them on the couch she paused and looked at Jax as he started to undress down to his boxers

"Thank you" was all he could say before Rylee scurried down the hall, wishing she would of just told him to come to bed like she wanted, Rylee loved Jax so much they had been through everything and still stuck together but was this the breaking point of thier marriage? Was it so bad to the point she needed to make the decision and end it before it's too late?

Happy Friday :)
