A/n Okay I'm sorry if it's bad but I haven't read all of the Tokyo Ghoul manga and Tokyo Ghoul:re so I'm just going by what I know so far. I have finished the anime but I've heard that it excludes a bunch of things so I really don't know, but still... Enjoy!

You sat on a park bench in front of a big sakura tree, a drawing pad and pencil in your hands. A stray cat sat next to you, you occasionally petting it. Honestly, you've been quite lonely. Ever since the doves came in and killed your family, you the only survivor, you've found it hard to trust anyone or let anyone else into your life. The cat was your only buddy, but it only came every once in a while and, most times, leaving you lonely. You sighed and continued on your sketch.

"Maybe, just maybe, I'll meet someone who I can trust today?" you thought.

"Nah..." you countered, "Those kind of things only happen in fairy tales..."

You continued on your sketch as you saw the cat bound away.

~ ~ ~

Tsukiyama was walking down the street, trying to get his mind off a few things. He was passing by the park when a smell caught his attention. Sniffing the air, he turned around to see a beautiful teen sitting on a bench alone, drawing on a paper pad.

"She smells wonderful...!"  Tsukiyama thought to himself, "Her scent... It... Smells familiar... Maybe I should try talking to her..."

You were continuing on your drawing, adding details here and there, shading when needed. Out of the corner of your eye, you saw a purple haired man head your way.

"He's just passing by (y/n), don't mind him..."  you thought to yourself.

You ignored him and continued on your drawing, shutting out the rest of the world. You were really getting into the drawing, when suddenly someone greeted you.

"Bonjour mademoiselle! " said the person.

"GAH!" you shouted in surprise, dropping your pencil.

"Oh sorry! Did I scare you?" asked the person.

You sighed as you got down on the ground to look for your pencil. You then looked up at the person and saw that it was the purple haired man from earlier. Looking down you replied with a small "yeah" before looking for your pencil again. Finding it, you got back up and sat on your seat, grabbing your sketch pad and continuing on your drawing.

"Tsukiyama Shuu. The 20th Ward's gourmet... Or parasite..." you thought.

"What'cha drawing there?" asked Tsukiyama.

"That's none of your business, Tsukiyama-san." you replied.

"You know my name?"

"Well, you are pretty famous around here..."

Out of the corner of your eye, you saw him sit down next to you. He tried to look at what you were drawing, but you pulled it away and began to feel uncomfortable by him.

"C-can you leave?" you asked, mentally cursing yourself for stuttering.

You heard him sigh and move a bit over, giving you your personal space back. He looked up at the sky.

"I just wanted someone to talk to, oui? I get pretty lonely at the mansion. Everyone there is busy doing whatever and I'm just here alone."

You stopped drawing and set the pencil down on the pad.

"So you're lonely too, huh?"

Tsukiyama looked down at you and you looked up at him and met his eyes.

"Actually, I'm quite lonely myself. All I have is a stray cat, but even the cat has to leave..."

You then gave him a small smile and stood up.

"So, do you want to meet anywhere?"

For a split second you thought you saw an evil smile grace his features, but you just brushed it off. He got up, looked at you, and gave you a paper with directions to a place where he'd like to meet.

"Saturday at 9 P.M. If that's okay with you?"

"Yeah, that'll be fine," you said to him while walking away. You then turned your head around to see his face one last time.

"Bye, Tsukiyama-san!" you said while waving.

You were about to bound away when he called out to you.

"Wait!"

You turned around to face him again.

"I don't even know your name..."

You put a finger to your lips.

"Just call me Mademoiselle for now, m'kay?"

You gave him a small, closed eyed smile as the wind blew through your hair and as sakura petals flew around and past you. You then turned around and walked away.

"I don't trust you just yet..." you mumbled under your breath.

Tsukiyama watched you leave.

"(E/c) eyes that sparkle like the stars... (H/l) (h/c) hair that falls neatly behind her... (s/c) skin as fair as a maiden's..."

Tsukiyama licked his lips.

"And... A perfect figure like a model's... She should be the perfect meal..."

Tsukiyama smiled evilly as he imagined you terrified and begging for your life. The wind blew again. Looking at the petals fly by, he took notice as a sakura blossom landed on a paper on the bench where you were sitting. Tsukiyama walked over and picked up the paper.

It read, "For you, turn over."

Tsukiyama turned over the paper to see a very detailed drawing of you sitting on the bench, him standing and holding his hand out in greeting, and the sakura tree with petals falling over the scene and the both of you.

"Talented..."

Taking the paper and folding it, he put it in his suit pocket.

"She's quite timid too... Reminds me of Kaneki-kun..."

Smirking to himself, he then began to walk home.

~ ~ ~

It was Friday and you decided to head to the coffee shop. You didn't know any other coffee shops besides this one, for this one was the only one you went to. (A/n It's the one Kaneki and Tsukiyama went to for their "date" lol X3) Sitting down, you decided to order just normal coffee. Being half ghoul, it's all you can order. You really hated having limits on what to have. All you could have were human flesh and organs, coffee, and water. Ever since you were little, you've always wondered what a popsicle or a burger would taste like in human tongue. But, since you're a ghoul, to you that would taste like dirt.

You thanked the waiter as he gave you the coffee you ordered. Sighing, you took a sip and opened your favorite book, (Book Title). You began to read and got warped into the story. The coffee shop and all other noises became indistinct as it transformed into the world of the book. You were deep into the book and the story it was telling when, suddenly, a familiar voice cruelly brought you out of the world of your book.

"I never thought I'd find you here."

You closed the book and looked up to see Tsukiyama. Coldly, you gave him a glare.

"I was enjoying my book..." you said somewhat angrily.

Tsukiyama sat down in front of you as you took in a deep breath and softened your glare. You then looked at him with somewhat calm eyes to see him looking at your book. He then leaned forward a little. Putting his elbow on the table, and putting his face in his hand, he began to speak.

"(Book Title), huh? That's a good one. I love how the author makes the words flow. Plus, the overall story is pretty great too."

You looked to the side, a faint blush appeared on your face, "So you like books too, huh?"

You saw him nod his head out of the corner of your eye.

"You know Mademoiselle, you remind me of a boy that I used to know. His name was Kaneki."

You turned your head back to face him, your interest was peaked.

"Like you, he liked books. He liked them a lot," said Tsukiyama. He then turned his head to look out the window, "He was timid and he always wore an eyepatch over his left eye..."

"Why did he wear an eyepatch?" you asked him rather quickly.

Tsukiyama looked at you out of the corner of his eye and smirked a little. Removing his face from his hand and placing his arm down on the table, he turned and faced you.

"Do you really want me to tell you?"

You nodded your head, curiosity being the only thing you could feel.

He then leaned forward until he was inches away from your face, making your blush go a little deeper. He then brought a hand up to cover his mouth from other people's view.

"Because he was half-ghoul...!" he whispered.

Pulling back and sitting down on his seat, you let out a gasp.

"Half-ghoul...?" you repeated silently.

He nodded his head.

"Just like me...!"  you thought in surprise, eyes widening.

Tsukiyama then continued to speak, voice still lowered, "He wore the eyepatch because he couldn't control his kakugan well."

He pointed to his left eye as he said the reason why this 'Kaneki' had to wear an eyepatch. You looked down at your coffee as you began to think of the possibilities of there being any other one eyed ghouls out there in the 20th Ward.

"You know Mademoiselle..." said Tsukiyama, getting your attention.

You looked up at him with curious eyes.

"Kaneki-kun's favorite hang out place is the one that we're going to meet up at tomorrow."

You literally jumped out of your seat.

"Really?!" you shouted.

Other heads in the coffee shop turned to look at you. You looked at them and let out a nervous chuckle and sat back down. Looking down, a blush of embarrassment spread across your face. You heard Tsukiyama let out a small chuckle at your actions.

"Say, Mademoiselle..."

You lifted your head up a little to look at Tsukiyama.

"May I ask why you are so interested in Kaneki-kun and his half ghoul nature?" he asked with his voice lowered.

"Well..." you started, lowering your voice, "Ghouls are interesting in my opinion. Especially one eyed ones...! It's not everyday you hear about a ghoul with one eye, isn't it?"

You were not about to reveal yourself to him. You were not about to tell him about your half ghoul nature. You just didn't trust him enough.

There was a moment of awkward silence before Tsukiyama decided to speak,

"Hm. I agree!" said Tsukiyama.

You let out a mental sigh of relief.

"Anyway, I got to go. See you tomorrow Mademoiselle!" said Tsukiyama getting up and leaving.

"Bye Tsukiyama-san," you waved at him as he did to you, just before he walked out the door.

You opened your book and began to read, "He's quite charming isn't he?"  you thought, "Well... In his own way... Maybe I'm finally starting to trust him... Maybe even fall for him..."

You giggled at your own thoughts.

"La vie est drole, est pas...?"

Tsukiyama walked away from the coffee shop, a smirk present on his face.

"Just a little while longer, okay? Be patient.... Soon enough you'll get your long awaited meal..."

Something, maybe his conscience, told him he shouldn't do it.

"You're starting to fall for her... aren't you...?"  he thought to himself while stopping from walking.

Letting out a sigh and pulling out the picture you drew from his pocket, he opened the folded paper to see the image.

"La vie est drole, est pas...?"

~ ~ ~

It was Saturday night and you followed the directions on the paper that Tsukiyama gave you and ended up at a really fancy place. Feeling underdressed, you entered the place. Immediately, you were taken to a bathroom to shower by a butler. Looking around as the butler took you to the bathroom, you noticed that all of the staff were wearing masks. An uneasy feeling washed over you, but you pushed it away.  After getting to the bathroom and showering, a maid gave you fancy formal wear.

"Well, at least I don't have to wear my commoner's clothing..." you thought jokingly.

Once you were dressed, you took a look at yourself in the full body mirror. You gasped at how pretty you looked. You were wearing a dress, the torso being asymmetric and the skirt being tea-length and flowing. A decorative belt with a small bow in the front and two stripes that start off thick but turn thin ran from corner to corner and parallel on the torso part of the dress. The base color of the dress was (fav color 1) and the color of the belt and stripes were (fav color 2). You spun around in a circle, taking it in. Your shoes matched with the dress as with the little bow in your hair, the only thing that was different were the white gloves. You decided to put your hair in a (fav hairstyle), because that's what you liked the most and it went well with the dress.

After looking at yourself a few more times, you exited the bathroom and into a room that seemed like a dining room.

"So this is where Kaneki used to hang out? It seems awfully fancy..."

The door opened and a maid with a cart wheeled in a cup of coffee. She placed the coffee on the table and headed back out.

"Um, excuse me? Where is Tsukiyama-san?"

The maid paid no mind to you and left, leaving you in the room alone. You looked at the cup of coffee. Taking the cup, you began to drink it.

"Maybe he'll come a little later..."

Once you finished the cup of coffee, you placed it back on the table. All of a sudden, the lights went out. The ground began to shake and lift you up as the roof with the chandelier began to move over. You began to panic.

"What is going on?!" you thought in panic.

Soon enough, you found yourself in an arena. An announcer man's voice was heard as the spotlight went from him to opening curtains in which Tsukiyama came out of, two women at both of his sides. The announcer man continued to speak about a scrapper and something about meals. All you could do was stare in shock at Tsukiyama. Lights began to light up everywhere as you saw people with masks.

"They're ghouls... They're all ghouls..." you thought.

The announcer man cut off as Tsukiyama began to speak. He began to talk about your smell and how it was different yet so wonderful. You sent a glare his way.

"You bastard! I can't believe you set me up! I thought we were on good terms!"

You then looked around and evaluated your situation.

"Well, I'm in one of those ghoul restaurants... They think I'm human, but they're in for a surprise... As soon as Tsukiyama-san is done talking, they're gonna release a scrapper to kill me off for their sick entertainment, and then, after that, eat me. I can't let that happen... I want to live... I have to fight. First though... I should play around, and then, when time comes, I'll use my kagune..."

The sound of a massive door opening caught your attention as you waited to see who was going to be your scrapper. Once the door was completely opened, a very tall, strong, modified human creature walked out. All kinds of weapons it had and bore, ready to use at any moment. (A/n I made up my own scrapper)

"That thing's physical ability is definitely far from human..." you thought as you lowered a glare at the scrapper.

"ThIs ShOUld bE FuN!!" said the scrapper in a distorted voice.

The thing charged towards you at a fast speed, but you dodged and ran. You decided that the best thing was to run, since you weren't in much danger then. You kept the dodging and running act going on for a while, but then, disaster strikes. In the middle of your run, you fell to the ground. You tried to get up, but your legs didn't cooperate. You watched as the thing stopped running but decided to start walking towards you, a menacing smile prominent on it's features.

"Ladies and gentlemen! It looks like the drug has taken effect!" you heard the announcer man say.

"DRUG?!?!?!" you thought angrily.

You could literally feel Tsukiyama smirk behind you, and you could hear the chants for your death from the ghouls get louder. You let your bangs fall over your eyes as you felt the thing get a hold of your neck. It lifted you up into the air.

"Don't hold back... But don't lose it... You wouldn't want another 'accident' to happen..."  you told yourself.

"SiNCe i'M NIcE," said the scrapper distortedly, "I'lL lEt YoU SAy A feW LaSt WoRDs!! GoT aNy?!"

You looked up at the scrapper as you as you felt your one kakugan activate.

"Those were YOUR last."

Using your strength, you punched it in the face. It flew across the room and slammed into the wall as you felt your kagune come out. You then began to laugh hysterically.

"You're so weak~!" You said childishly in a sing song voice, sticking out your tongue, "Na na na na boo boo!"

You then heard the crowd go insane.

"Another one eyed ghoul?"

"It can't be!!!"

"She so strong...!"

"I can't believe Mr. MM found another one eyed ghoul!!"

"Another...?" you thought in confusion. Then it clicked, "The other one eye must have been... Kaneki!!!"

A sound of something yelling brought you out of your thoughts and your attention back to the broken wall.

"Oh sheesh..." you thought.

The thing came back again, running at you in full speed with a weapon ready to kill. You just puffed your cheeks and rolled your eyes.

"You don't learn.... Don't you?" you questioned venomously.

As soon as it got close to you, it jumped up, ready to deliver the attack. You sent your kagune and stabbed it in the stomach, holding it in mid air. (A/n Sorry but that means no Ukaku kagunes... Unless you decided to be a chimera :3)

"You can't attack me with that kind of front you idiot~!" you said while laughing insanely.

Using your kagune, you threw the scrapper across the room while continuing to laugh. The scrapper hit a wall again, but this time, didn't get up. You ceased laughing and turned to face the crowd. With arms extended outward gallantly, you called out to the crowd of ghouls.

"Ladies and gentlemen! The show has been stolen!"

You smiled an insane, Broadway smile as you saw all their looks. They may be wearing masks, but you could feel it in your bones. You could feel that they were terrified, confused, shocked, maybe even angry. Your Broadway smile got even bigger as you saw Tsukiyama. From your view, it looked like he was breaking down.

Detecting a sound of air rushing, you turned to see sharp objects being thrown at you. You blocked and dodged all of the objects, your kagune aiding you to block. You yawned in boredom. The objects kept coming as your kagune continued to block them and as you continued to dodge them.

"You can't kill me with BLADES kid~!!" You yelled as you charged toward the scrapper at a high speed.

The blades kept coming, but you blocked and dodged them all. In a second you were in front of the scrapper. It stared at you in shock while you just stood in front of it, frowning in disapproval.

"You know..." you glowered at it, "You're starting to become annoying..."

Your frown then turned into an insane smile.

"But the FUN is just GETTING STARTED!!!"

Still smiling, you kicked the scrapper dead on the side of it's face. It flew to other side of the room, slamming into a wall yet again.

"DON'T LOSE IT!!!!!"  screamed a voice in your head.

You skipped over to where the body lay. Bending over, you saw the body was motionless.

"Awwww!" you whined, "You can't be dead yet~! We were just getting started!!"

You lightly kicked the scrapper on it side to see if it was still responsive. With no warning, the scrapper grabbed your ankle and threw you as far as it could. Not expecting that this was going to happen, your balance was lost. You had some airtime and had to hold your skirt down, blushing against your will and in embarrassment. Thanks to your kagune, though, you were able to regain your ground.

Landing on the ground and still holding your skirt down, you yelled angrily at the scrapper.

"Whoa HO there BASSIE!" you spat, "THAT WAS UNCALLED FOR!!"

The scrapper got back up and charged at you.

"FINALLY! You're actually going to fight!" you said while charging at him.

Tsukiyama watched the battle from above. He was still shocked to find out that you were a one eyed ghoul. Thoughts began to click together and form as he watched the battle rage on.

"That's why she was so curious about Kaneki-kun!" Tsukiyama thought to himself, "I can't believe I found another one eyed ghoul! So rare... A true delicacy..."

Tsukiyama watched as you and the scrapper fought. By the way the fight was going, it was decided, you were going to win.

"No wonder why her scent smelled somewhat familiar! She's so strong..."

Your voice brought him out of his thoughts.

"Ha ha~!! I'm having so much fun, Scrapper-kun~!!"

"The way her body moves... The way she counters... The way she dodges... The way she attacks..."

"Ho ho! Ya almost got me~!" you taunted.

"I can't let them have her... I can't screw up like what happened to Kaneki-kun..."

"Oh? Are you getting tired Scrapper-kun~?"

"She's mine..."

You kicked the scrapper one last time right in the solar plexus. Smiling insanely, you watched as it fell over on it's stomach. Removing your gloves and throwing them somewhere, you kneeled near the body.

"I'd like to perform one last move on you before you die..."

Turning the body over, you got on the scrapper and straddled it.

"I'd actually like to use my hands for this one instead of my kagune, okay~?"

You held your hands right over the scrapper's eyes.

"You're lucky because the last thing you get to see is your killer's pretty face~!" you said while laughing.

Taking your hands, you harshly grabbed the sides of the scrapper's head near the eyes. Using your thumbs, you used the eye gouging technique your (brother or sister) taught you. The scrapper let out a bloodcurdling shriek.

"Dang... You're so loud!" you said while finishing the job.

The screaming ceased once you were done. You've fully removed both eyes and were holding them in your right hand. You could hear the whimpering of the scrapper as you got off it. Standing up, you used your foot to turn the scrapper over back on it's stomach.

You turned towards the crowd, "Whoo! That was fun~!"

The crowd stared at you in shock.

"Don't mind me, I'm just gonna have my well deserved snack!" you said while licking your lips.

You licked one of the eyeballs.

"Mmm...! Not that bad!"

Out of the corner of your eye, you thought you could see Tsukiyama gawking at you with... Maybe a faint blush? You didn't know what his kinks were, but maybe the sight of you in your current state was... Alluring? Your dress had bloodstains everywhere, your hands had blood on them, and you looked like a bloody, hot mess. Plus, you licked an eyeball.

"That's some weird kink you've got there Tsukiyama..." you thought, "Pervert..."

You consumed both eyeballs and licked your lips.

"Dolce..." you said once you were done.

You wiped your hands on your dress to clean them off. It was already dirty, so you thought it'll be fine and you'll just clean it later. You turned around to face the scrapper.

"Thanks for the fun Scrapper-kun~... Oh, and for the snack..." you said while bowing towards it's body.

You turned towards the crowd, "So... What's gonna happen now?"

The crowd was silent.

You were about to speak again, but a shiny object flew past in front of your eyes, stopping you from doing so. After witnessing the shiny object, you felt a little pain on your cheek. You placed your index finger on the cut and then looked at it. Blood covered your fingertip. Stooping down, you grabbed one of the nearest gloves you threw away. Using the glove as a napkin, you wiped away the blood, and, soon enough, the cut healed.

"Lucky shot..." you scowled while turning around to look at the now blind scrapper.

You towered over it's helpless body, your kagune at the ready.

"I thought you were already dead... Well... I guess not~!"

You looked out at the crowd of ghouls.

"My apologies to the ghoul who's scrapper this is. At least you guys won't be leaving hungry tonight..."

You grinned as you transformed you kagune into a sort of blade. You held the kagune high above your head.

"It was fun... Scrapper-kun~..."

You brought your kagune down as it decapitated the scrapper. Blood rolled off your kagune as you brought it back up. Your kagune faded away as did your kakugan. You took a good look at your work. Breathing heavily, you began to calm down from your insane state.

"I did it... I finally did it...! I didn't hold back! I managed to take it down without losing it completely!"   you thought with joy.

Your happy thought was interrupted by clapping. Quickly, you turned around to see who it was.

"Tres bien Mademoiselle...!"

You lowered your gaze into a glare.

"Tsukiyama-san..." you growled.

"I never thought you would be a ghoul, Mademoiselle. Especially, a one eyed one!"

You grit your teeth as he removed his mask and moved closer to you.

"No one has ever beaten a scrapper before. No one's ever survived when they participate in 'shows.' So this makes you a first!"

You continued to glare at him as he spoke.

"Cool it (y/n)," you thought to yourself, "I know you have all kinds of emotions running through you now, but you can't lose it. You were dangerously close to losing it when you were battling that scrapper..."

Tsukiyama continued to speak, "I never thought you would be so strong, Mademoiselle! You really are amazing!"

"How could he act so innocent right after the events HE CAUSED?!" you thought to yourself, anger and frustration threatening to break free.

He stood in front of you with a guiltless smile on his face.

"I'm so glad that I got to meet you!"

"THAT DOES IT!"  you thought angrily.

Letting your anger break free, you held your hand high above your head and slapped Tsukiyama across his face. You heard the crowd gasp as you finished the blow. Your breathing became heavy as your kakugan and kagune reappered. Not giving a care in the world, you sent your kagune to attack Tsukiyama. You saw his kagune appear and block your attack.

"Koukaku..."  you thought.

You pulled your kagune back after your blocked attack.

"I'm hurt Mademoiselle! Heartbreak!" said Tsukiyama faking a hurt look on his face.

You tilted your head in confusion.

"Is that how you treat your friend?" asked Tsukiyama.

Hearing the word "friend" set you off even more. You stood your ground as you let your bangs fall over your eyes.

"Friend...?"

You let out a chuckle, which then built into an insane laughter. After you've calmed down, you looked at Tsukiyama dead in the eye.

"Friend? Friend?!" you spat, "I'd hardly call YOU a FRIEND!!!"

You charged at him with your kagune at the ready. As soon as you got close enough, you sent your kagune out for more attacks.

"You weren't my friend! You were NEVER my FRIEND!!" you snapped at him while attacking.

Tsukiyama just blocked and dodged your attacks, not even trying to attack you back. You continued to fire attacks as you could feel yourself losing it. A little voice in your head tried to tell you to stop, but you just ignored it. You were letting your emotions lose, you were tired of holding it in.

"I can't believe you! You selfish JERK! All you wanted to do was to EAT me! You didn't even CARE for me AT ALL! You NEVER wanted to be friends with me! All you saw me as was a meal not a friend!"

A wave of sadness washed over you as you finished your rant. Your kagune began to shrink, disabling you from attacking. You landed really close right in front of Tsukiyama. Looking down, you began to pound your fists on Tsukiyama's chest.

"I can't believe you betrayed me! I... I was actually starting to trust you!"

You watched as tears fell from your eyes and onto the bloodstained ground. You could feel yourself breaking down as your kagune and kakugan disappeared.

"I really thought you were going to be my friend... I really thought we were going meet up at places and have fun like what friends would do... I really thought we were going to get to know each other better..."

Tsukiyama's kagune faded for it was clear you weren't going to attack anymore.

"Maybe even fall in love..." you mumbled, not thinking Tsukiyama heard.

Tsukiyama's eyes widened a little at your sentence. You hit his chest with your fist weakly.

"Why couldn't we have met differently? Why couldn't we have conversations at the coffee shop, just enjoying each other's company? Why?"

You looked up at Tsukiyama with tearful eyes, catching him off guard.

"Why couldn't we just be friends?"

You looked back down as you began to cry.

"Why? Why? Why? Why?" you cried while hitting his chest weakly with your fists.

The whole situation was awkward for the crowd, but they couldn't help but feel bad. They suspected that you must've had a terrible past for something to trigger you to act like this. Tsukiyama felt bad as well and he didn't know what to do. A possibly traumatized, crying girl was in front of him, crying because of what he caused. All thoughts about having you for a meal was replaced with thoughts of compassion and thoughts of having you as an actual friend, or even lover. Without thinking, Tsukiyama wrapped his arms around you, pulling you into a hug. Immediately, you stiffened up once you felt his arms around you.

"DON'T TOUCH ME!" you yelled at him in panic, breaking free of the hug.

You walked backward from Tsukiyama, a terrified and angry, but mostly terrified, look on your face.

"Don't touch me..." you said while hugging yourself insecurely.

You looked away from Tsukiyama and looked at the crowd. The crowd was silent.

"S-s-sorry for interrupting your dinner..." you timidly spoke.

You took one last look at Tsukiyama before running off.

"Mademoiselle  wait!" Tsukiyama called out to you.

You ignored him as you ran and found a way out of the room. Tsukiyama stared at your fleeting figure vainly. Once your figure disappeared, he sighed sadly.

"You screwed up..."  he thought.

Looking around the floor of the room, he spotted two gloves. One of them had a bloodstain and the other was mostly clean. Taking the bloodstained glove, he gave it a whiff. The smell of your blood just made him feel even worse about the whole situation. Tsukiyama sighed.

"She'll be needing a new pair of gloves for that dress..."  he thought while placing the bloodstained glove and the 'clean' one in his suit pocket.

Turning to face the crowd, he began to speak, "My apologies, Ladies and Gentlemen! Don't worry for we will still have a dinner tonight!"

Tsukiyama walked over to the corpse of the scrapper, "We will be having this scrapper for dinner tonight!"

~ ~ ~

You woke up with the sunlight's rays shining directly in your eyes. Groaning, you sat up on your bed. Blinking a couple times, you turned your head to see your dress all clean as with your shoes.

"I forgot to get the gloves... Crap..."

You got out of bed and began your morning routine. Once you finished your routine, you slipped on some shoes, grabbed your bag, and headed out to the park. You were still a little shaken by the events that happened last night, so you thought a little air and scenery would help you shake it off. Once outside, you breathed in the fresh air, the sun shining down on you.

"Today should be okay... As long as I don't run into him..."  you thought.

Making your way down to the park, you kept an eye open for any purple haired men. Once you got to the park, you breathed a sigh of relief.

"He's not here...!"  you thought happily.

You stood in front of the bench and tree, deciding which one you should sit on.

"Tsukiyama might come around today... Maybe I should climb the tree and sit up there, just to be safe,"  you thought.

Going with your thought, you climbed up the tree. There were a lot of sakura blossoms, so it made it harder for you to be seen. Once you've reached a good height and wide enough branch, you stopped climbing. Sitting down on the branch, you brought out (Book Title) from your bag. Instantly, memories of you and Tsukiyama flooded into your head as you saw the book cover. Your breathing started to get heavy.

"It's in the past (y/n), calm down. Just breathe... In... Out... In... Out... Forget about him... Forget about what happened..."

You slowed your breathing as you were about to open your book. Opening the book to where you were, you began to read. After a few pages of reading, a mewl caught your attention. Turning your head to the right, you saw the stray cat sitting on a branch.

"Oh... Hey cat," you greeted.

It meowed back in response. You turned back to your book, but the thought of Tsukiyama and what happened prevented you from continuing to read.  Memories continued to dart around in your head. You put the book away as you let a thick sadness bring you down. You buried your face in your hands, trying not to remember, trying not to cry.

"No..." you whimpered.

A warmness on your lap and a mewl caught your attention. You removed your hands from your face to see the cat sitting on your lap. It meowed as if it was telling you to pet it. A small smile formed on your face as the cat purred while you pet it.

"At least I still got you, cat..." you mumbled.

You sighed as you pet the cat, half relieved and half worried. You looked above to see blue and sunrays peeking through the mass of pink blossoms. The wind picked up as you could feel your worriedness melt away. The chirping of birds and the whisper of the wind through the tree created a comforting ambience for you. You closed your eyes as you felt peace run through you.

"Bonjour Mademoiselle, I didn't think you were going to be sitting in the tree."

Your eyes snapped open as you felt a chill run down your spine. The cat felt a sudden change of your emotion and jolted up.

"No..." you thought, fear starting to creep into your mind.

You looked down to see purple hair.

"No..." you mumbled, your lip staring to quiver.

The cat began to hiss at the purple haired man.

"No...!" you said, fear laced in your voice.

The cat jumped out of your lap and landed safely on the ground, once again hissing at the man.

"No!" you shouted, fear beginning to overcome any other emotion.

"Mademoiselle, please calm down! I'm not here to hurt-"

"NO!" you screamed, memories of the events from last night flashing in your head.

"Mademoiselle-"

You slung your bag over your shoulders and jumped out of the tree. Landing on the ground safely, you let your bangs fall over your eyes as you began to run.

"GET AWAY! GET AWAY! GET AWAY!" you screeched.

You felt his hand grab onto your wrist.

"LET ME GO!" you shouted while turning around, looking at him with tearful, fear laced, eyes.

You watched as Tsukiyama's expression turned into a troubled one. He brought you into a hug as you began to sob uncontrollably.

"I'm never gonna let you go ever again..." he mumbled, holding you close.

You looked at him again with your tear filled eyes, a little shocked at what he said. He then looked at you and sighed.

"Don't look at me like that..." he said while looking to the side.

He then hugged you close again, you were shocked and slightly confused at his actions.

"I know, I made a mistake... I screwed up. No, I'm not saying this just to trick you again. I'm being as honest as I possibly can be. I'm sorry I had to make you go through all of that. I'm sorry that I possibly traumatized you... I'm... Sorry for tricking you..."

Your eyes widened as you heard the words that Tsukiyama was speaking.

"All you wanted was a friend and I ruined that for you... Because of me, you may not be able to trust anyone again. And it's all my fault..."

You couldn't tell if you were hearing him correctly or not. Was this really happening?

"Right now, I'm asking for something really crazy, but I promise, I'll try to make it work... I'm really sorry for everything I've done... But... Will you give me a second chance? Will you let me be your friend?"

"Let him be... A... Friend?" you thought.

It was quiet for a moment, but then you answered him.

"Sorry doesn't cut it... Sorry doesn't heal the wounds from the past or rebuild the trust that you've broken..." you mumbled as you pulled away from the hug, taking a few steps back.

You watched as you saw him look down.

"Rejection as expected..." he thought.

"But..." you said, catching his attention.

You wiped away some of your tears and put on a small smile, "Some of the best friendships come from the worst fights..."

You walked back up to him and wrapped your arms around his neck, hugging him, "As long as you're willing to have a second chance, I guess I'm willing to give a second chance."

Your words surprised Tsukiyama as he looked down at your figure.

"It might take a while to rebuild the trust I put in you, but as long as you promised, it should be able to work out."

You looked back up at him and gave him another smile. He wrapped his arms around you and smiled at you back.

"You are officially my new friend."

The wind picked up once again as the sakura petals danced all around you, making the scene more cliché than it already was.

"Can I ask you one last question, Mademoiselle?" he asked while looking down at you.

"Go ahead," you replied.

"What's your real name?"

You looked at him and locked eyes with him. His eyes shone with curiosity and expectation, waiting for you to answer.

You answered him, "My name is (y/n)."

"(Y/n) huh?" he replied, "That's a pretty name..."

You then both smiled at each other.

"And that's a start," you said in unison.

Extended: (A/n As if this one-shot wasn't long enough already ):P )

You walked and talked with Tsukiyama, laughing a couple times as well.

"Who knew you were so funny!" you said while trying to catch your breath.

You and Tsukiyama were headed to the coffee shop, just to hang out and enjoy each other's company. Before you entered, Tsukiyama stopped you.

"I almost forgot!" he said while reaching in his suit pocket, "Here."

He handed you a pair of white gloves.

"The stains on your previous pair wouldn't wash off, so I just got you new ones."

"For my dress?" you asked, taking the white gloves.

"Yeah," answered Tsukiyama.

"Aww! Thanks! Already buying me gifts!" you said while glomping him in a hug.

A blush rose to his cheeks as he looked to the side.

"W-well," he stuttered, "Th-they were the necessary components to completing the whole outfit! I just had to get you ones!"

"Oh? What's this?" you poked Tsukiyama's cheek, "You're blushing!"

"Am not!" he said, his blush getting darker.

Honestly, no one else could make him that way except for you. (A/n Or Kaneki XD)

"Ha ha! You're blushing! You're blushing!" you teased.

You felt an arm slink around your shoulders.

"Let's just go into the damn coffee shop and enjoy each other's company, okay?"

"Hehe! Okay~..." you responded.
