Sorry to interrupt your reading experience, but I have a fun announcement to make :) I can't believe I'm saying this, but Enhancement now has 750,000 reads! Thank you for contributing to one of the best successes I've ever had in my life. I hope you also feel attached, and impacted by a story I started without much of a plan at all. Good things come when you work hard and find a way.
I've decided to host a celebratory contest in honor of Enhancement's 750K reads, so let's do this! Special thanks to @ThatRandomRainbow for coming up with this idea :D
750K Photo Contest: Guidelines and Rules
This contest is a photography contest! You do not have to own a camera to be eligible. Any way of taking photos is acceptable!
Basic Steps: Take a photo -- 抖阴社区 a couple sentences about it -- Pick a category -- repeat if desired -- email it to me!
Read on for a more in-depth explanation!
Guidelines: What does Enhancement look like to you? Take a photo (or submit a previously-taken one!) of a sight that makes Enhancement come to life in the real world. It could be something in nature, architecture, scenery, or your home that makes you think of Enhancement or any small or large detail in Enhancement. Even a photo of someone that reminds you of a character is acceptable, too!
Along with your photo, type or write at least two sentences about each photo explaining how each one reflects Enhancement in the real world and whatever else you think is important for me to know.
You can submit one (1) photo per category. This is all up to interpretation, so feel free to submit anything you feel fits each category.
THE CATEGORIES ARE:
A.) Nature
B.) People/Human Body
C.) Architecture/Man-made
D.) Other
Rules:
1.) You can submit one photo per category!
2.) All photos (with category, written blurb, and 抖阴社区 username!) must be emailed to me at the following email address: scifiwriter.wattpad@gmail.com
3.) Deadline for submissions is September 30, 2016 at 11:59 PM EST
4.) Each category with have a winner and a runner-up! There will also be an overall grand champion. PLUS I will post all the entries in another chapter, so either way, you're a winner!
5.) Prizes for all winners and runner-ups will be a follow from me, a shout-out on my message board to over 16,000 people, a shout-out in my new novel Years Ahead, and the opportunity to choose a name for a character in Years Ahead!
6.) Have fun and participate! Even if you're unsure, just do it. I really want to see what you think about Enhancement in the real world.

This photo I took at the beach on the east coast of the USA reminds me of the morning sky described in the beginning of Enhancement. Even though the photo is actually a sunset, I always love looking at the sky no matter where I am or when it happens. The pastel colors and mountainous landscape fit the setting of Holland's home city in the way I imagine it while reading.

Remember: any camera on a phone or something is perfectly fine to use! My best advice is to make sure you have good lighting and utilize the crop feature to cut out unwanted parts of a photo. Photo editing is allowed for touch-ups. You can also take a snapshot of art you made if it reflects Enhancement in the real world.
