“K-Kyoko, d-doc’s gone! He was in th-the house and he’s DEAD!” Pinoko, the girl that lived with both BlackJack and Kyoko hysterically said, crying hard. “His body isn’t here,” she sniffled, “and the clinic is d-destroyed”.
She fell to her knees in the middle of the pharmacy, screaming in pain from hearing the horrifying news. BlackJack, the love of her live, her friend, and the one person that she could truly trust, gone. G-O-N-E. Forever. Wave after wave of pure agony hit her, until she realized that Pinoko was still on the phone. “P-Pinoko, stay put. I’m coming h-home,” Kyoko said between sobs as she got up from the floor, wet with the countless amount of tears that she had cried. People whispered, looking at her as she dragged her feet out of there. She got into her car, slamming the door shut behind her. The whole drive home had been a painful one. Breaking down every couple of minutes, her mind tried to take in the truth. By the time she got out of her car, Pinoko was lying on the grass, tear after tear falling from her big brown eyes. Kyoko looked around, her eyes widening at the sight of the explosion. The clinic was now turned into ashes, little fires here and there burning out. Her tears fell on the blackened grass, soaking through. It was over, all over.
