Beneath a vast chilly nighttime
Autumn rolled along a dry brown field
rustling the low stiff leaves,
quieting the creaking crickets
and knocking on the warmth-leaking windows
of the lone house planted in the field.
Autumn packed bears into their quiet dens,
chased rabbits to their waiting holes
and pulled tight the edges of the scarf
wrapped 'round the lone man planted in the field
holding a celebratory sparkler
and briefly illuminating the nimble hands
of the tailor Autumn.

Quick question! On the first read, does it seem like Autumn is "holding" the sparkler? Do the last four lines or so seem clunky?
