I clenched my teeth, trying to scream as he digged the needle more into my stomach. “Hurts?” he asked, chuckling as he leaned over, licking the tear off my cheek as Emma screamed, trying to run to me but she was tied to the bed.
“Let her go,” Emma cried, tugging on the chains as he grabbed another needle, stabbing it into my stomach. I let out a sob at the fifteenth needle was injected into my stomach.
The doorbell went off and he screamed with frustrate. “Honey, can you get that, I'm busy,” he screamed.
“No, I'm in the bathroom stripping,” she screamed and he grunted with annoyance.
“Stay here and don't make a noise,” he growled and I nodded, giving Emma a look as she shut up, knowing if she did not listen to him and my look, she would be punished worse than I would right now.
He walked out as I placed my hand around one needle, clenching my teeth as I pulled out the needle, trying hard not to scream and catch attention. My eyes blurred with red as I heard laughs downstairs. My wolf wanted out to just go and kill them all but I knew if I did, I would go to jail and Emma would be sent out to foster care. I could not let that happen.
After fifteen minutes of trying to get the needles done, still having three in, he walked in the room and chuckled at my own struggle and Emma struggling in her chains. Blood oozed from her waist, making my go faster but he grabbed my wrist, pinning me down to the floor and I screamed as he digged the three needles still in there deeper into my stomach do you can only see the tips of them. “Let her go,” Emma cried.
“Emma, don't,” I screamed as she started struggling harder.
“Did I tell you that you could talk?” he screamed, punching my stomach right next to the needles and I screamed as more blood poured out of the small holes in my stomach.
He walked out, slamming the door on the way as I digged my nails into my stomach, trying to get the needles out of me and succeeded. I took a long breath before pulling my eyes toward Emma who stared at me with sadness, pain and worry. I smiled at her, trying to reassure her. “It’s okay now Emma,” I whispered. I slowly got out, ignoring the screaming pain in my stomach and walked to unlock here. “Come on, we have to go to school.”

The day went faster than I wanted it. After a few hours of school, the bruises on my neck and back were finally gone from my ‘punishment’ by my father but every time I lift up my shirt, I could see tiny little scars around my belly button. Right now, I was standing in the doorway of detention, knowing that I was going to be screamed more at for ditching.
I walked in, seeing the teacher glaring at me as I sat down in the back and realizing I was also late. “Miss Red, you are late,” she said and I chuckled in the inside, knowing the obvious.
“Sorry…” I muttered, not knowing what to call her yet. I was never good at name.
“Mrs. Jenns,” she said with a sigh and stood in front of me. “What's going on? You usually never get in trouble. Now here you are in detention for a month, you ditched yesterday and today you are late. I will let these two pass but next time, there will be consequences.”
“Sorry,” I mumbled again, getting aggravated. “Won’t happen again.” She nodded before going back to her desk when Claire turned to me.
“Diana, I'm sorry about yesterday,” she whispered, too soft for humans to hear.
“I forgot about it, doesn’t matter anymore,” I told her, seeing her beam at me. “What?”
She put a finger up, telling me to wait as the teacher spoke. “Alright, I will be going to the bathroom. I will be back in a few minutes.” With that said, she quickly let the room.
“You talked to me on your own free will,” Claire said, turning to me. Doug turned to me and smiled.
“Well you guys are not going to stop bothering me, so why not give you guys a chance,” I whispered, my heart jumping in my heart with joy.
“Good I like that,” they all said at the same time and I could not help but giggle as they smiled at me. I knew I could not have them over and I could not hang out but maybe it was okay to have some friends along the way. It was my last year here anyways.

I quickly got out of my car, closing the door, walking inside, and hearing muffling near Emma’s room. I silently cursing to myself, I picked up my pace and ran to Emma’s room. I barged in, seeing her shaking but no one there. I ran over to her, shaking her. “Emma, wake up,” I screamed, shaking her more but making sure, I did not hurt her or reopen the stiches. I slapped her, something I have never done and she woke up, screaming one last time before rumbling on about something killed. “Emma,” I whispered, sitting next to her and wrapped my arms around her.
“I saw t-them,” she cried.
“Who?” I asked.
“These two people, one was a girl and a boy. S-she looked just like me sissy,” she cried and I stiffened.
“What happened?” I whispered my heart beating faster like a humming bird.
“T-they were killed by these mean wolves right in front of me,” she cried. “And were there, but very young like me right now.” I closed my eyes, not wanting to cry in front of her. If only she knew that, it was not just a dream. It was how our real parents were killed.
“Go back to sleep. It was only a dream,” I lied and she nodded. I kissed her forehead, before getting up and walking out.
I let out a breath I did not know I was holding. “I can’t keep doing this,” I whispered to myself. “She's going to find out the truth.”
“Diana,” someone whispered and I looked over seeing Claire.
“W-what are you doing here?” I squeaked.
“Your dad let me in,” she said, raising her eyebrows. “And he's human.”
“Yea, he's my adopted father,” I mumbled, my heart racing. Why did he let her in?
“Why don't you just join the pack so you don't have to hide your secret?” she asked and I shook my head.
“I c-cant,” I whispered, my wolf whining at me. “I'm doing this for Emma. She doesn’t know anything yet.”
“Why?” she asked, looking curious.
“She just doesn’t,” I snapped, tears burning in my eyes. \
“Diana,” she whispered.
“Just get out, I don't even know why you’re here,” I snapped and she flinched, hurt. I sighed, feeling guilty. “I'm sorry; I'm just having a rough day.”
“I see that but don't take it out on me,” she told me with a chuckle. “Anyways I was wondering if you could come to the movies with us.”
I opened my mouth but my father walked into view. “Of course she can go,” he said, smiling down at her and me, I shivered in disgust at his fake smile.
“But I have to take care of Emma,” I whispered.
“No you don't, I can. I still have unfinished business with her,” he said with a smile. My heart dropped into my stomach at the look into his eyes.
I turned to Claire. “I'm sorry, I can’t,” I mumbled.
“Come on, here’s twenty,” he said, handing me money from his wallet and I just stared at it. Why did he want me out of the house?
“Come on then,” Claire said, grabbing the money and me and tugged me toward downstairs as I watched my father has amused look as he watched us.
“Bring her back before nine,” he screamed and Claire nodded, as we started walking downstairs.
“Where are we going?” I asked.
“Like I said, to the movies and then the park,” she told me.
“You forgot to mention the park,” I mumbled and she shrugged.
“Didn’t know it was a big deal,” she grumbled, pulling me outside and closed the door.
“I could have—
“Come on,” she squealed, running to a black shiny and an expensive looking car. She opened the door, sliding in the backseat along with dragging me into it and I closed the door. “Oh and my brother is coming also.” She pointed the man beside her and I stiffened, feeling the power come off him.
“Hi,” he mumbled, his voice deep and husky making shivers run up my spine and not that bad ones.
I looked at him closely and almost gasped at his looks. He was gorgeous. He had short blonde curly hair, gray eyes, a little eight o’clock shadow, oval face and pink lips formed into a smirk. My eyes widen as the smell hint me, brown sugar and peppermint. My eye widen as my wolf started tossing around me, wanting to be near the stranger.
I quickly turned so I was looking out the window. Oh my goodness, what have a done? First, I go out without Emma. Second, I met the Alpha and somehow I am attracted to him…

Hey everyone. Im sorry that i havent been uploading all of my stories. I've just been very very busy.
If you havent read the new chapter of A New Start then you dont know..but its the end of the year..so im almost out of school, my sister is getting married soon, both of my sisters are graduating, and one of my sisters is very sick and the doctors dont know what is wrong with her. Its terrifing not knowing and she cant help but think negative sometimes and its upsetting.
So i do have a very good exuse..right? :)
