I stared at him, still standing up right, arms against my sides and body relaxed.
"For a teenage human, you're taking this strangely well." He raised an eyebrow in suprise and I only gave him a small nod, examining him.
".. Yes. Yes, I am. So, where are we?" I ask, finally taking in the nothingness of our surroundings.
"I could call this the void, as it is strikingly familiar, but it's smaller in comparison. This is you're mind." He explained.
I nodded again. "Why am I here?"
"As you heard me before, these resets are what helped me contact you at last. I do not exist in this universe, or any at all. So to be here is purely luck visiting me."
"..-"
"You're probably wondering what a reset is, are you not?" He chuckled lowly to himself.
"A reset doesn't appear for just anybody. You have to have an abnormal amount of Determination flowing -not just through your soul- but your body." He began walking in a random direction, motioning for me to follow.
"That's when a button appears. You can either reset or continue. Resetting meaning you will begin at the starting point of a certain event or before the save file."
"And continue, meaning if you die, you can come back and try what you couldn't do again."
"Wait, wait! Why are you telling me this?" I tilt my head in confusion, crossing my arms over my chest.
"Silly girl, don't you understand? You were part of both this timeline, and the other timelines from the erased world. If not for me, you wouldn't be here." We continued to walk around in the darkness.
"You're human friend Kris would know a little about this." He spoke.
"Kris? But what would he..." I trailed off, recalling a scene from a few days ago.
Looking behind me, I watched Kris grab thin air. Then he started to tap the thin air. Then he walked up to me. I tilted my head.
"What was that?" I ask, curiosity laced in my tone.
"What was what?" He replied, pretending I didn't just see what he did.
"You were over there," I pointed to the space and walked to where he stood. "And then you did this."
I grabbed the air carefully. "And then this." I tapped the air.
"Oh, you saw that.." he rubbed his arm gently.
"Yeah." I walked up to him.
"Well, it's hard to explain.." He mumbled.
"Just say it in a way that makes sense to you." I place a gloved hand on his shoulder.
"Well, it's technically what you would call a save file. But only I can see it because of my soul trait, Determination." He explained.
He was about to speak again when he stopped. I felt as if there was a more and deeper level to this "save file". I didn't say anything though.
"Oh..."
"Yes, he didn't say much, because not even he knows what is happening."
"It's much of a suprise that the pacifist human and the devil child managed to move onto the next world." He laughed to himself.
"Excuse me... but what children are you talking about?"
"Oh! Nevermind that, child. what I really came here to tell you was that you need to return to the 'Dark world'."
"Why?"
"Your health points are decreasing at a fast rate. At whatever reason your friend stopped healing you was all on him. You could very well be laying in your death bed if your wound isn't healed quickly." His face turned serious in an instant.
"Why do you care? If I die, it's from a natural cause," I start.
"I may not have been with you for your forty-seven years, but you are my child. And I care for all of my children."
I raised an eyebrow. "Forty-seven? But I'm sixteen."
"Your memories from the other timeline are in the deep depths of your mind, and I wouldn't blame you if you can't remember."
"Were you there? In the other timeline I mean!" I fiddled with my pyjamas.
"No. I was there at your birth, but... things changed after we were imprisoned into the Underground."
"Well, is there anybody else that would remember?" I ask carefully.
"There is only two. Your friend Kris doesn't have these memories, since he physically wasn't attached to the other timeline, but his soul would have those memories."
"And the second?"
"... I wouldn't suggest you bring up this conversation to him. He's had many bad experiences in the other timeline, and waking up in this world was a shock."
"Who is it?"
"You do know of Sans the Skeleton, am I correct?" He started. I nod and he continues.
"... He is your brother. But he doesn't know of you. Until you reveal your powers to him, he won't know. He does know of me, and is the only monster possible to know who I am."
I stood there in silence. I don't know how long I stood there thinking about what he just explained to me, but all of the information he has told me since we first talked is overwhelming.
"You're probably overwhelmed. I should leave you to think about that. By the way, you're friends are going to knock on your door in thirty minutes to check on you."
"Tell them you need to return to the Dark world to heal. And remember, I am W.D Gaster."

My eyes shot open and I looked around. It was daytime. I slowly removed the covers from my body and held my stomach. It ached really badly.
I looked down at my attire. A fluffy F/C bear onesie. I remember W.D Gaster saying Kris and Susie would be here any minute from now, so I went to the bathroom and did all of my business.
I changed into a black and yellow striped sweater and baggy jeans along with a white pair of socks. I got a carton of fruit juice and walked to the living room.
I sat on the couch, feeling dizzy after standing for so long. Black spots covered my vision every now and then, but I forced myself to stay awake fo wait for my two friends.
Approximately eight minutes later, A bang sounded from my front door. I went to get up and heard another bang.
"Y/N WHERE ARE YOU?! GET YOUR FAT ASS OUT FROM HIDING OR I'LL BREAK THIS DOOR DOWN!" The familiar gruff voice of Susie- yelled loud and clear.
"Dramatic much?" I mumbled. I sipped on the fruit juice and walked closer to the door.
"THAT'S IT!" Suddenly a third bang rang out and my door was freed from its hinges, falling flat onto the carpeted floor.
I sipped on my fruit juice, walking back to the sofa, and taking a seat. Susie appeared in my face and I jumped in the seat.
"... You don't have to be so over-exaggerating." I comment.
"Woah! Are you okay? You're looking really pale." She examined me from head to toe and walked back to a quiet looking Kris.
"She doesn't look so good." She points her thumb at me.
"I can hear you," I sigh.
I sipped on the drink once more and Kris looked at me. He walked over and snatched the juice box out of my hand.
He sipped on the juice and nodded. "It's decided, were going to the Dark world."
"Wha...?" I'm so confused.
"When?" Susie asked.
"Right now." He slurps the rest of the drink and goes to the kitchen, coming back without it, he turns and kneels to the floor in front of me.
"Get on," He orders. I do as he said and heave my body onto his back, latching my arms around his neck and resting my head against his shoulder.
"But it's Saturday." Susie pointed out.
"Guess we'll have to sneak in." Kris replied.
"Yes!" Susie hissed. "Finally some action!"
