"Poor Y/N..." Mirio sighed, shaking his head. Nejire nodded in agreement, her eyes landing on the girl as she made feeble attempts to do PDA with Tamaki.
"I thought she would've known it's hopeless by now." Nejire smiled, watching her drape her arms around the boy's shaking frame.
The girl frowned upon hearing the voices of her friends, shooting them a look from across the room.
All she wanted to do was hold her dear Ta-kun's hand on the way to lunch, but of course he wouldn't let her, thus ending in her giving him the most affection he's had in his entire life as payback. She didn't have ill intentions, she knows tamaki doesn't like PDA much, she just wanted to help him hatch from his egg a teensy bit.
Ever since the night she kissed him on the cheek, she's felt more comfortable giving him affection. She tried not to do it as often with him before for his sake, but she couldn't help being touchy with her friends.
So, she would often give him small pecks on the cheek or give him surprise hugs.
And surprisingly, he let her.
But that was only when they were hanging out together in the dorms. During school if she so much as pokes him, he turns into a blushing and stuttering mess, and would excuse himself as soon as possible.
Y/N finally stood up with a sad frown. she felt bad putting him out of his comfort zone. But if he could do it behind closed doors, why not in the classroom?
She walked over to her two other friends, sulking and dragging her feet the entire way there. They just sweat dropped watching her, amused smiles on their faces.
"Man... he always hurts my feelings when he ignores me like that." She groaned, resting her chin on her desk. "Sometimes he's so mean."
"If you don't mind me asking, why is it so important to you?" The curious voice of Mirio asked.
She looked up to her blonde haired friend who was peering down at her with those eyes of his. She sat upright in her seat, stretching her arms out in front of her.
" Because he always does other stuff to me in our dorms. Why is holding hands so hard?"
They both stared at her, before letting out shrieks as her words sank in, their noses dripping with blood.
They looked at each other, whispering while their hands covered their mouths.
"Does she mean-?"
"She can't possibly mean that!"
"But it sounded like she did!"
Her face grew hot as she heard them converse, and she flailed her arms around, laughing nervously.
"G-Gross! I didn't mean that you guys!" They both stopped their whispering, and Nejire tilted her head.
"Then, what do you mean?"
She giggled at their expressions, glancing over in Tamaki's direction, who had his head buried in his arms. "We just cuddle and watch movies. That's it, really."
"He's in love with you." Mirio stated obviously.
She rolled her eyes, pulling out her phone as she saw the text messages she got from mina.
