SHE BEGAN RUNNING, towards the Mill. "Run, Gwen!" Gawain yelled pushing her forward. She stopped. "No. What about Arthur?" Immediately, he tensed up when she brought up Arthur. "Gwen, it's too far." He argued. Gwen immediately turned to the side to run back only for Gawain to grab her by the shoulders, stopping her. "I'll go. It's okay, Gwen. Just go!" She took a deep breath, sighing. She turned to the other side and began making her way to the Mill, with the others.

"Bergerum!" She yelled running towards him. "Go, on. Gwen go inside, I'll wait for them to return." Immediately, she stared at him with caution, nodding her head. She ran towards the door that was left open, jumped inside. She fell onto the floor hitting her elbowed but at least she was safe, for now.

"Gawain!" She immediately ran to embrace him in a hug. Leaning away, she jumped into Arthur's arms, revealed. "Where is Bergerum?" They all stayed silent not saying a word. She knew her answer. She looked to see one side through hole, watching how Bergerum was breathing heavily.

"Oh, god." She backed away gasping, flickering her eyes between Arthur and Gawain. "Is he breathing?" She turned to ask one of them.

"I don't know." Gawain replied, shaking his head. "How many are there?" Gwen continued.

"A dozen in the field. Probably twice that in the mood." Arthur answered leaving everybody scared and fearful. She quickly began to think. When she had come here, she had no bed. Downstairs.

"What's downstairs?" Gawain asked. He looked at the man that stood in the distance. "Food storage. A hatch to the outside." One of the Fey replied. "Put a sword by that hatch and get the wounded downstairs."

"We can't stay here?!" Arthur argued. "Well, we can't reach the bloody horses. So I suggest you grab a bow and take as much money as you can."

"Come on, quickly. Careful." Gawain grabbed onto Gwen and pulled her despite her wanting to stay up. He pulled her downstairs dragging her downstairs.

They spend hours in the Mill trying to think of a solution out of there. "How is she?" Gawain asked approaching Gwen who finished stitching up the little Fey girl. "Yeah, she'll live." She pulled him away, leaving room for the healer to approach the girl.

"What?" He asked. Gwen faced him concerned. "Are you healers? Hm?" She widened her eyes, looking at him.

"Well, I am-" he interrupted when somebody rolled out the inner ground. "Squirrel?!" She widened her eyes, disbelief. "Gwen!" He immediately yelled running towards her. "What are you doing here?" She asked leaning back. Squirrel smiling cheekily. "I'm here to rescue you."

"I ordered you to stay back at camp." Gawain immediately replied, frustrated. "He is alive." Arthur spoke up, she turned her head to see up-head. Squirrel held her hand, she walked over to see through the hole seeing Bergerum breathing, gasping.

"We have to save him," She argued. "She is right. Bow. Give me a bow!" Gawain demanded. He took the bow getting ready to shoot, when he let go. He sighed in defeat. She turned to see once more, to see the weeping monk.

"What is it?" Squirrel asked. Gwen tensed up, the monk who held them but freed them. "Go on. Go back downstairs!" She told Squirrel who widened his eyes, shocked. "Gwen. I want to be here with you?" He replied. Gwen knew he couldn't see the man who held them captive, and killed people they both loved.

"Listen to me. Go!" She ordered. "But-Gwen!" She turned around refusing to see him anymore. After a few minutes, she turned to see if he was still there, he was gone. She sighed in relief, she needed him safe. The weeping monk is here.

All three them watched in silence. As the weeping monk began speaking. "Surrender the Green Knight, we'll let the rest of you live." She watched through the hole, how he threw Gawain's helmet onto the floor. He then began to grab Bergerum standing up straight.

"He's lying," She harshly replied. She fluttered her eyes between both men beside her, who seemed lost and confused.

"Come now, Green Knight, how many more will you suffer for your crimes? You see, I'm a patient man, and I'm willing to wait for you. But I will need to occupy my time." The weeping monk taunted then. Arthur and her held onto Gawain, refusing for him to leave and risking his life is so willing.

"Let me go." Gawain struggled. "No. No way." She repeated those same words he said to her much earlier. He stopped staring into her bright blue eyes, shocked. Arthur interrupted their moment, "You said before, had you gone down there, there'd be two dead Fey instead of one."

"I don't care." Gawain changed tone. The weeping monk began speaking. She turned once more to see the monk through the hole, pulling out a knife, . . Blade.

"Let me explain how this works, Green Knight, though I'm sure you can recall. To give you enough time, I'll slowly cut this fellow to pieces." She gulped seeing the monk, holding the blade. "I can at least take a few of them with me!" Gawain argues. "Who would that save? Not Bergerum. Not those poor souls downstairs." Arthur tried to reason with him.

"I don't care!"

"Then you're a fool!" Arthur replied back, frustrated enough. She watched in the distance trying to figure out something. "If you try to stop me again, I will kill you." Gawain spoke flickering her eyes between both of them. They stared into the ground how the monk twisted Bergerum guts, as he yelled in pain. Gwen couldn't handle it anymore. She looked through the hole, "Stop! Stop! You don't have to act this way!" Immediately, Arthur pulled her back into his arms. "Gwen!" Arthur spoke, softly. Gwen looked about to burst in tears. "How many more? Arthur? How many more innocent people have to die?" He held onto her, their eyes widened when they saw Gawain heading towards the door opening it. Gwen ran towards him but Arthur pulled her back. One of the other Fey closed the door immediately, before they could attacked inside

"Gawain!" She yelled out, screaming trying to stop him. Arthur held her tightly trying to calm her down. "I'm calm, I'm calm. Let me go!" Arthur immediately freed her. "We have to help him!"

"We will." He grabbed the bow and arrow in the distance. Got ready to shoot. "Gwen when I say go. Open the doors."

"Huh?" Gwen spoke up. "Just do it!" She got ready to open the doors. "Open!" She fell to the ground, she watched as he shouted the arrow running forward, grabbing Gawain.

"What have you done?" Gawain stomping forward at Arthur, staring at him than at Gwen on the floor. "What had to be done. Honor Bergeron by saving lives, not wasting them."

She sat near the ground holding a locket. It had carved G on it, given by her brother. She held onto it, closing her eyes. Imagining where her brother is? Who was he with? Is he alive? All those things, she wanted to think. Fire can be burning all over the Mill, she was slowly losing air. She held onto her locket, in fear and curiosity. "Please, tell me you're alive," she whispered to herself. "If you are, I just want to let you know brother, I'm so sorry for everything. I should have listen to you, forgive me." She curled up holding herself, scared. She could spot Arthur in the distance holding onto something.

"Arthur! Gwen!" They both looked up to see Gawain. They stood up standing beside them.

"They have both entrances covered. If we go out as a group, they'll kill us like cows. It's better to die fighting out there than to roast to death in here."

"Indeed." Arthur chimed in. "Prepare to guide them from the mill." Gawain finished. "Gwen and Arthur take care of the people."

"Where are you going?" Gwen questioned.

"I'm the prize that they seek. The prize distracts them long enough, gives you a minute's jump on them." Gwen watched horrified at what he said in front of her. No way. She is not letting him sacrifice himself, so far he is the only family member left.

"No, sir, that is not the plan. No, sir." Squirrel immediately barged in. Gwen widened her eyes, she held Squirrel back by his back. "My one regret in leaving this life is that I shall not be able to beat your hide for disobedience as you deserve." Gawain complained frustrated.

"Please, Green Knight." Squirrel asked hopefully. Gwen couldn't help to bring herself to smile a little. "Bergerum's gone?" She asked causing Gawain to sighed in defeat.

"I need a second. Someone brave and fast. Can you lead these Fey back to the camp?" He then began to speak. "Aye, Green Knight." Squirrel replied, with the wildest smirk.

"Good boy." Gawain replied. "I'm going with you-"

"Could you do anything I ask you to?" Gwen immediately tried to tug Squirrel back. "You're a damn good swordsman, but you have a back too." Arthur added in. "Go out there unprotected, they'll kill you or capture you too quickly, and all here will die." Gwen finished trying to reason with Gawain, changing her focus.

"So when you go out there, I'm coming with you." Arthur spoke, he turned to Gwen. "Lead the people to safety." She nodded but felt nervous.

"I want to know if I'm fighting with a rival or a brother. After all that we..." Gawain whispered. "If I did, you would not block my path."

"Well, then I'll be alive, you can marry her twice for all I care." Gawain told Arthur sending Gwen a smile. "Then we die like brothers. Gwen, you make sure everybody agrees to this and leaves right behind you." Gawain stomped on the ground, alerted. She nodded eagerly listening to them, making her way downstairs to explain.

After a few minutes, she stood behind them when they were getting ready to open the door. Once they did, every Fey began to run forward. She headed out with other Fey, once everything had left. She ran only for her to take a look around to see the red paladins attacking Arthur and Gawain. She began running with fear, till she ran right into somebody embrace. She struggled to break free, fearing who caught her.

"Hello, again." The voice responded. She looked up heavily breathing, gasping for air.
