Chapter 3
The Maid, Kinako
[Goal "Eat Breakfast" cleared. Please proceed to complete the next one]
A computer like voice rang inside Aoi's head as she finished burping loudly. The breakfast she had was too delicious that she can't help but dig in and finish it all. She wasn't as lucky as the other girls who don't gain wait but in return, she has high rate of metabolism giving her the privilege to eat a lot and not get full immediately.
"Aoi-sama, I've prepared the bath for you. Your clothes and new uniform are inside your room, call me when you're finished bathing"
The smile plastered on Aoi's face immediately deteriorated into a nasty frown as she heard Kinako's voice just a few steps beside her. She turned her body and gave the older lady a stern look, "Are you really sure you're not a robot?" she asked again.
Kinako laughed softly, "You have asked me that question 15 times already. I am not. Rest assured Aoi-sama." she said and even included the fact that Aoi was nagging her before breakfast was served.
How could she not though? The woman's eyes turned blue like a scanning machine earlier. Who wouldn't freak out with what she just witnessed? That same answer was what Kinako kept saying but Aoi was still not convinced.
Who knows when you might go all Alisaand blast me off the face of the earth?
Her idiotic self thought, referring to the killing machine slash robot in Tekken. "But your eyes turned blue earlier"
"My eyes are naturally pink Aoi-sama. You're probably seeing things since you were hungry a while ago" smiled the older woman, making another point and reason for her to believe that what she saw was just a trick of the light.
Aoi pulled a relaxed expression, "Ah is that so..... wait no! You're a robot and you can't convince me otherwise!" she followed hysterically, her expression all over the place.
"I can't...?" Kinako asked in a low voice, prompting the girl to move back a little because of her intimidation.
She's gonna transform. Her arms will go like boom boom when she hits me with those missile-her dumb train of thoughts ceased when a hand gently patted her on the head, and Kinako's gentle smiling face greeted her. "W-What are you plotting..?"
"Nothing Aoi-sama, I am simply amused by your cute reactions and so I am patting your head" answered Kinako, her smile deepening as if she really felt what she said towards Aoi.
Instead of revolting again, Aoi, this time, shut up and let herself be patted on the head. She was worried a few seconds ago and now here she was, letting her own head be held by a woman who she suspected to a robot with a missile launcher in her arms.
"Ara ara, you're unusually quiet right now Aoi-sama. Are you feeling unwell?" Kinako asked, worried of how she stopped her random babblings, and took her hand away from Aoi's head.
Which in turn, snapped Aoi back to reality and out of her own daydream. "N-No, what's my next goal Kinako-san?" she asked ,trying to change the subject and diverting her own self from the sad truth that the reason she was getting too comfortable with Kinako's touch was that she was lonely.
Her parents were both workaholics and maybe even loved their works more than they loved her. She was bought everything she didn't ask for, her expensive phone, laptop, computer and even a drawing tablet. Even going as far as giving her a large sum of money for her allowance, but that was just it. All material things that satisfied her mind, yet no affectionate things that satisfied her heart.
However, Aoi knew better than to dwell in that unsightly memory and would rather watch anime than to cry herself to sleep. Falling in love with anime boys is indeed better than dealing with reality.
Kinako smiles and retracted her hand, clasping it together with her other. "Goal?" she asked, giving Aoi the idea that she's probably feigning ignorance with how she spoke earlier. "Did you mean your bath? You should go in now, Aoi-sama, or the water will get cold" the older woman finished.
Stepping out of her seat, Aoi walked closer to Kinako and grabbed the white towel she had with her for a while now. Even though Aoi had doubts that Kinako was indeed a person made by the system, she will let her go for now. After all, Kinako did something she wanted to be done to hers.
"Don't think I'm done with you yet Kinako-san, I'm just letting you off the hook for now" Aoi even said before sliding the bathroom door open and entering the slightly steamy space.
Kinako bowed as she watched Aoi close the door, before heading off to clear the table and wash the dishes.
Meanwhile Aoi stared in awe at the large and seemingly luxurious bathroom. Even theirs back at home was nothing compared to the design of this bathroom. "I haven't even topped up yet the game gave me a house fit for a rich player" she mumbled to herself and started stripping down.

Being the airheaded idiot she is, instead of thinking about the ways of how she would deal being here in this different world, Aoi relaxed and dazed off. She even had the thought to just sleep during her dip in the warm water inside the bathtub, but then a ding made its way to her ears as she heard another voice.
[Goal "Go To School" has 15 minutes left for fulfillment. Player will go through a punishment if neglected]
It said. Aoi got scared again by the thought of the punishment mentioned by the invisible system. She got up from the tub and grabbed a towel to cover her body before going out. Kinako was waiting patiently, a few steps outside the bathroom door.
"Your clothes are already prepared inside your room Aoi-sama. Would you like me to dress you up?" the older woman offered as she trailed behind Aoi who was making her way back to the she woke up in.
Aoi's face instantly burned up, embarrassed at what Kinako had just brought up. "No! Geez, I'm not a 16 year old for nothing, Kinako-san!" she said and stomped her foot as she sped up.
The woman, Kinako, giggled as she followed Aoi and stopped just outside the girl's room. "I will be waiting outside, please hurry up Aoi-sama. You don't want to be late for school" she reminded.
Quickly closing the door, Aoi rushed to the pile of clothes on the small wooden table a few steps away from her already cleared sleeping area. She got into her undergarments and proceeded to slip on the white polo shirt then the skirt and lastly the blazer.
She didn't have any time to lose and shrugged off the fact that the uniform did seem too familiar to her. Aoi wiped her feet and slipped on her white socks, reaching just a few inches above her ankles. She was delighted in a way because the clothes that Kinako prepared were her size and even got the correct color and length of the socks correct.
"Shit, I think I took 7 minutes to finish" she cursed under her breath and propelled herself upward. Aoi dashed for the door and ran to the living room with the bag she found in her room, containing notebooks and a few textbooks that Kinako must've prepared.
Aoi reached the room where Kinako had been staying, panting hard as she just barely got there without slipping on the wooden floorboards leading to it. "I almost fell inside the lake and disturbed the koi inside Kinako-san! The floor's too slippery!" she exclaimed and grabbed the shoes prepared near the doorway.
Kinako laughed at the sight of her getting all flustered, "I'll be sure to take care of that before you get home Aoi-sama" said the woman, and handed her a comb.
Which Aoi quickly grabbed and ran through her wet dark hair for a few times before handing it back to Kinako. "Thank you Kinako-san. I have to go!" she said and dashed to the door.
She opened it and headed out, not forgetting to look at Kinako before she closed the door. She was already outside when she realized, "Kinako-san!!!"
"Yes, Aoi-sama?"
"What school am I even headed to?!" Aoi asked hysterically.
"Eh? You didn't know Aoi-sama?" Kinako replied, dumbfounded,
"It's Karasuno High"
