In this chapter, I will explain different methods of shifting and how to do them, and then some extras.

Every single method will get you to your DR, but all of them are a bit different. It really depends on which method you feel as though you would be good at it. If you have been trying a method for a few weeks and it is not working, switch to a different method. Not every single method works for everyone. Just make sure that you give each method a little bit of time. Don't switch right away if it doesn't work! It might take a bit.

I have been doing the raven method, but I have not shifted yet. I know I will shift very soon, though, because I have been feeling signs of shifting. A lot of people suggest the raven method to be the first one you try, but if it doesn't work, try a different one.

One more thing before we start. A lot of people say it takes weeks or even months to shift just once, but that is not the case. If you really believe you can shift and really want to shift, you could close your eyes and shift right now. You can never get discouraged and think you can't shift, or else you won't. While doing a method, always think positive thoughts. Repeat to yourself that you can shift, you will shift, and that you are shifting. Believe it and it will happen. Convince yourself that it is happening.

A lot of people say you know when you have shifted because you feel strange sensations. Some say they shake, feel like they're floating, or hear things. You could fall asleep not having any signs of shifting, then wake up in your DR. It honestly depends on the person. 

Now, let's get to some methods!

*You are allowed to lay in any position while shifting, and you are allowed to move. You can also change up any methods to your liking, this is just the skeleton for the people who don't know how to make their own method and want some guidance. You can make your own method, or even not use one and just use intent and affirmations. You can fall asleep after methods to try and wake up in your DR, but any method can make you shift before you fall asleep. They can be done day or night*

If you listen to subliminals, I suggest listening to 6Hz vibrations, they work the best. But, if it doesn't personally work for you, anywhere between 4-7 is great and will work.

The Raven Method:

This method is probably one of the most effective and powerful shifting methods. Many people do it, and many people say it has gotten them to their DR after only a few days of trying.

Next, start repeating affirmations in your head. Say things like "I am shifting to my desired reality", and "I am now shifting to my DR". Anything that falls under the context of shifting. 

Next, slowly count up to 100, either in your head or out loud. Between each number, every 5 numbers, or every 10 numbers, say "I am now shifting to my desired reality", or any affirmation like that. While counting, try to imagine your DR vividly. Think about the temperature it is, what you will smell, see, feel. Imagine walking around your DR and seeing each room clearly. Try your best to not let your thoughts wander. Focus on your breathing if it does. Around 40 or 50, your heart may start beating very fast. This is a sign that you are shifting. Keep going! You may start to feel more signs around 60, getting stronger the higher you count. Once you get to 100, stay in the position you are in and fall asleep. While falling asleep, keep imagining your DR and repeating affirmations. You will wake up in your DR!

The Alice In Wonderland Method:

This method relies on imagination. 

Start by laying in a comfortable position. Imagine yourself leaning against a tree. Now, imagine someone from your DR running past you. Start running after them. Imagine them falling down a rabbit hole, and you jumping in after them.

While falling, imagine seeing little pictures of what your DR looks like. Imagine smelling it, feeling it, hearing it, everything. You may fall as long or as short as you'd like. Whenever you feel as though you have imagined enough of your DR, you can stop falling. When you land, you will see a door with a key in front of it. Pick up the key and open the door with it. 

When you open the door you will see the person you were chasing. They will hold out their hand and say "Ready to go?" If you are, take their hand, and they will lead you to a room.

In that room, see your DR self laying in a bed. Leave the person you were chasing and lay down on the bed beside your DR self, and fall asleep. Make sure you laid down in the same position you started shifting in. Now fall asleep, and you will wake up in your DR!

This method sounds so fun, and I want to try it sometime! I have heard good things about this one. Make sure that you imagine this scenario in your head exactly for it to work.

The Train Method:

This method is reliable and very common.

Lay in any position you want. Close your eyes.

Imagine that you are on a train, one that is driving to your DR. Imagine that the cart you're in has pictures of your DR in it. Imagine them clearly, while imagining that you smell, hear, taste, and feel things from your DR. Keep doing this as the train gets closer to your DR. When you feel that the train has come to your DR, fall asleep while repeating affirmations in your head. 

When you wake up, you should be in your DR!

The Rope Method:

This method is another common one. 

Lay down. Close your eyes, and make sure you are in a very relaxed state.

Imagine that energy starts surrounding your body, getting stronger and stronger the more you breath. Start visualizing your DR and your senses in your DR while repeating affirmations. Try to put your emotions into it; feel what emotions you would if you were in your DR. 

When you start to feel a bit different, such as tingles, feeling like your floating, spinning, bright lights, flashing lights, pitted, or high vibrations, imagine yourself climbing a rope that leads to your DR. Feel your energy and vibrations getting higher and higher the more you climb.

Once you feel as though you are at the top, imagine a door, any size, colour, or shape. Imagine that you open it, and when you open it, imagine a bright white light shining. Keep imagining this light as you fall asleep.

You should wake up in your DR!

The Elevator Method:

This method is like the train and the rope method. You have to visualize!

First, start by repeating affirmations in your head. Do this until you feel as though you're floating, you're heavier or lighter, or you feel tingles. If you don't feel any of these signs, don't worry. You can either repeat affirmations for longer or, you could simply start the method. You don't have to feel signs to shift!

Once you're ready, imagine that you are in an elevator. See the elevator around you. See what the walls look like, the ceiling, the door, the buttons, everything. Then, look at your hands. Imagine you are holding a white ball of energy.

Now, start to imagine the elevator going up, getting closer and closer to your DR. Imagine that the white ball of energy in your hands is getting larger the higher you go up. This is raising your vibrations enough so you can shift. 

You can keep going up for as long as you want, but once you feel that your vibrations (the energy ball in your hands) are large/strong enough to shift, imagine yourself opening the elevator doors and stepping out. Imagine that everything is white, and then slowly fades into your DR. See where you want to wake up. 

Now you need to fall asleep while keeping that picture in your mind. You can even imagine that you are using all of your senses for a better end result.

When you wake up, you should be in your DR!

The Pillow Method:

This is a very simple method that is very easy, yet powerful. This is a good method to use for beginners!

All you have to do is put your script under your pillow. If you decided not to script, you will not be able to do this method. You have to have a script.

You can lay in any position you want, as long as you're comfortable. While falling asleep, repeat affirmations in your head. Imagine what you will see when you wake up in your DR. Where are you? What do you hear? Smell? Feel? Incorporate every single sense you have. 

Fall asleep, and you should wake up in your DR!

The Imagination Method:

All you have to do is get into a comfortable position. You could be laying down, sitting up, wherever, as long as it is comfortable to you and you won't fall asleep. Now visualize your DR. Imagine yourself walking around your DR, how it feels, smells, sounds, looks. You can also repeat affirmations while visualizing. Once you feel as though your surroundings have changed, open your eyes. You should be in your DR!

The Ocean Method:

What you are going to do is get into a comfortable position. Close your eyes and imagine that you are on a beach. What does the sky look like? What do the waves sound like? Are you standing on sand or rocks? Imagine it clearly.

Next, start walking into the water. Feel the water on you. Is it warm or cold? Is there seaweed, fish, rocks? Imagine every detail you can.

Now, put your head under the water. Imagine yourself breathing calmly. Start swimming deeper and deeper into the ocean. Imagine leaving your CR self, and entering your DR self. As you get deeper and deeper, you should start feeling more signs of shifting. 

If you feel as though you are already in your DR, open your eyes. If not, fall asleep, and you should wake up in your DR!

The Melt Method:

This is a very unknown method, but it still works. 

Close your eyes and imagine that you see your CR self laying on the bed, in the same position as you are in now. Next, imagine that you open your eyes and see no ceiling above you. Instead, see a mirror, with your DR self staring back at you. Now imagine that your DR self comes down to your CR self and slowly melts into you. By now, you should be feeling some signs of shifting. 

If you feel like you have shifted, open your eyes. If not, fall asleep while saying affirmations.

You should wake up in your DR!

The Hug Method:

This is a simple, effective method!

Lay in a comfortable position. Imagine that you are sitting in your bed in your DR. Look around the bed and room you are in and imagine every little detail. Next, imagine someone from your DR coming in and sitting on the bed beside you. Imagine them hugging you. Keep imagining them hugging you as you fall asleep.

When you wake up, you should be in your DR!

The Sailor Moon Method:

For this method, you have to be sitting in the bath. Make sure the temperature is comfortable for you.

Once in the bath, close your eyes and get comfortable. Imagine waves of colourful light surrounding the bath you are in. Imagine that the room around changes totally to the colourful light. Now, imagine that the light slowly fades into your DR. Feel yourself in your DR bathtub, and DR bathroom.

Open your eyes when you feel you are ready, and you should be in your DR!

The 54321 Method:

Start by laying in a comfortable position. Close your eyes and take 15 deeps breaths. 

After that, imagine 5 things you can see, 4 things you can feel, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell, and 1 thing you can taste. Once you are done that, repeat affirmations to yourself while you visualize your surroundings changing around you.

You can fall asleep if you feel as though you haven't shifted. When you wake up, you should be in your DR!

If you feel as though you have shifted before falling asleep, open your eyes.

The Swirly Eye Method:

First, lay down in a comfortable position. Take many deep, relaxing breaths while repeating affirmations to yourself. 

Next, count up to 100. You can say affirmations between every number, every five numbers, or every 10 numbers. Do whatever you feel is best for you at that moment. Once you are done, keep your eyes closed, but start moving them around under your eyelids. Move them really fast. Imagine that flashes of lights start flashing.

You should shift then. You can't fall asleep with this method because your eyes have to be moving!

The Julia Method:

All you have to do is lay or sit in a comfortable position. Close your eyes and take many deep breaths while focusing on your DR. Outloud, repeat affirmations while continuing to visualize your DR. Say things like your name in your DR, what you look like, where you are going, your age, birthday, height, everything describing yourself.

This is how you should say things:

"My name is (DR name). I am (age). My birthday is (birthdate). My friends are (friends). Etc.

Once you feel signs of shifting, open your eyes, or fall asleep. You should be in your DR!

The Momo Method:

Lay in a comfortable position and focus on your breath for a few moments.

Imagine you are in a small room with a large staircase in front of you. Imagine that the staircase is leading you upwards. Start to walk up the staircase. Be very slow, because each time you step onto a step, imagine a moment from your CR, either good or bad. Once you are about halfway up the staircase (this can be whenever you want, just imagine you are halfway), imagine your DR. Each step, imagine a new sight, smell, sound, taste, or feel. 

Do that until you feel like you are finished. 

Once you are at the top of the staircase, imagine a window with the sight of your DR outside. Keep looking through this window as you fall asleep. Repeat affirmations as well! When you wake up, you should be in your DR.

The Sunni Method:

This method is a little bit different. 

What you are going to do, is throughout the day, imagine that you are in your DR. Sitting in a chair? Just imagine that you are your DR self sitting in a DR chair in your DR. Keep doing this throughout the day, at every chance you get.

When you go to sleep that night, visualize your DR and repeat affirmations to yourself. When you wake up, you should be in your DR!

The Mirror Method:

Visualize that you are in a very dark room. In front of you, imagine a mirror that has a white light coming out of it. Imagine that light slowly turning into your reflection, but instead of your exact reflection, it is your DR self.

Imagine having a conversation with them. Once you feel you are ready, reach out your arms. Imagine them going through the mirror and grabbing hold of your DR self. Imagine switching places with them, so you are now in your DR and your DR self is now in your CR. 

Now, turn away from the mirror, and imagine your DR around you. When you open your eyes, you should be there!

The Estelle Method:

This is another visualization method!

Imagine you are somewhere with someone from your DR. You could be in your DR room, a ballroom, a flower field, really anywhere that you feel safe. Next, imagine starting to dance with that person.

Once you feel as though you are done the dance, imagine them taking your hand and leading you to a doorway. Imagine them opening the doorway and white light comes shining through. They say, "Are you ready?" If you are, say yes, and imagine them leading you through the door. 

Through the door, imagine your DR. If you have shifted, open your eyes. If not, fall asleep and wake up in your DR!

The Heartbeat Method:

Lay down on your stomach. Close your eyes and imagine that you are laying on someone from your DR's chest. Imagine that you feel their heartbeat. Lay like this for a while and relax.

Once you feel ready, imagine both of you getting up. Imagine that a doorway appears and the person takes you hand and leads you through. Imagine that when you go through the door, you start falling. As you are falling, repeat affirmations.

Fall asleep and wake up in your DR!

That is it for methods! There are a lot more, and once I find more I may continue to update. Remember you do not need a method to shift, you can just say affirmations and visualize. Shifting is personal and you have to do what works for you. You can also make changes to any method to make it more comfortable. For methods, you are allowed to move, and you don't have to be in a certain position. If you move or lay on your side instead of back, it will not keep you from getting to your DR. Do what makes you comfortable. 

Next, I will list some affirmations you can say while trying to shift. It would also be a good idea to say affirmations in your head throughout the day!

I am shifting
I have shifted.
I will shift.
I am shifting to my DR.
I have shifted to my DR.
I will shift to my DR.
I am now shifting.
I am now shifting to my DR.
I am in my DR.
Shifting is as easy as breathing.
Shifting is easy.
Shifting is easy for me.
I can shift.
I can shift to my DR.
I am a master shifter.
My name is (DR name).
My age is (DR age).
I am shifting to (name of the place your shifting to).

Those are just some examples. You can come up with more if you would like!

Next, I will list some symptoms/signs of shifting! Some you may experience during the day, and others you may feel while doing a shifting method. It is good to feel signs, but if you don't, DO NOT get discouraged! Just because you don't feel signs, doesn't mean you are not going to shift. Some people have not felt any signs yet woken up in their DR! I usually feel no signs and still shift, but don't get scared if you do feel these signs. 

Signs you are close to shifting:

DURING THE DAY:

Headaches, nausea, deja vu, sadness, anger, sickness, feeling like this reality isn't real, questioning life, getting discouraged, not being yourself, feeling detached from your CR, imagining your DR a lot, feeling like your dreaming, daydreaming, zoning out, hearing things from your DR, seeing things from your DR, getting scared easily, hearing voices, seeing angel numbers.

WHILE DOING SHIFTING METHODS:

Tingles in your hands/feet, itches, twitching, shaking, having the urge to move, feeling like your floating/falling/spinning, getting dizzy, hearing voices, feeling like someones watching you, seeing flashes of light, heart beating faster, smelling different smells, feeling your surroundings change, feeling like your not in your CR anymore, limbs moving on their own.

Those are some common signs, but you may feel others as well.

Next, here are some things that will help you shift faster.

HOW TO HELP YOURSELF SHIFT FASTER:

Detaching from your CR. Try to think about leaving your CR whenever you can. During the day, imagine how happy you'll be when you finally shift. While shifting, if you hear a noise, convince yourself that that noise is from your DR. While saying affirmations, almost be cocky. Act like shifting is the easiest thing ever and you do it all the time. If your mind starts wandering, focus on your breathing.

Meditation. I think I said this before, but it is important. I suggest meditating for at least 5 minutes in the afternoon or morning, and then another 10-20 minutes right before shifting. The best meditations to do are to clear your mind, or raise your vibrations!

Do things that make you happy. Throughout the day, stay happy and positive. Before shifting, treat yourself. Shower, do some skincare, have a filling meal. Also, make sure you have finished any work you need to do. Feeling totally unstressed really helps!

Raise your vibrations. DRINK WATER! The most important thing is to keep your vibrations positive, happy and high. The best thing to do is to stay hydrated throughout the day. Don't just chug water before shifting, try and keep drinking it throughout the day. Another thing you can do is eat healthily. Instead of eating a lot of sugar and carbs, eat natural foods. You don't need to only eat vegetables and healthy stuff, you can eat the other stuff too. Just try and limit it on the days you are shifting.

Listen to subliminals. Throughout the day, listen to them. If you are doing your homework, reading, eating, just turn some on. It will really help your mind. Also, while doing a shifting method, listen to them. It helps your mind focus and blocks out noise. Just remember that it doesn't do all the work for you, you still have to do it! It only helps.

 Take breaks. They don't have to be long, just one day is enough. If you shift 2 days in a row, take a two day break. It will help your mind heal and regain energy. Since shifting is energy consuming, you have to let your mind rest. I suggest trying to shift every other day! In the long run, it will get you to your DR faster.

Be positive. It is a natural human thing to have doubts, which everyone has. You just have to convince yourself that you will shift. Keep repeating affirmations. You can't think to yourself, "Shifting isn't real, but I will try anyway". You will never get there if you think that. Tell yourself that shifting IS real and that you WILL get there. 

Remember you really need nothing to shift, other than your intent. You could lay down and just say affirmations and shift. You don't need subliminals, meditation, manifestation, you don't even need a method. Those are all put in place to only help you. 

You don't need a whole day of preparation either. Prep can make you stressed and just make you not want to shift because of all you have to do. It may also make you more disappointed when you don't shift. Personally, I find it easier to do no method or prep. I don't do anything different, I simply lay in bed and say affirmations. You need to find what works for you!

Don't tell yourself you need all these things to shift. Tell yourself you need YOU to shift, and you alone! You don't need to listen to subliminals and drink water and meditate. You don't have to shift at night, either. You can shift whenever and wherever, and you really don't need anything. I personally meditate because I have a scattered mind (because I have ADHD and it helps me focus) but I don't listen to subliminals because I can't fall asleep with them. I don't listen to anything, but you can do what you want to. If your family members are ever making noise, that won't keep you from shifting either! The only thing you need is your intent and belief, though it is natural to have doubts! I first shifted when I was barely trying and not really believing in it.
