"(Y/N)?" I felt tugging on my arm
"Wha-?" I wake up at my desk in homeroom
"Are you ok? You've been really out of it lately.." Kacey says
"I-I..It's just" I didn't really wanna tell him
"You have bags under your eyes.."
"There's been a lot going on..and...Highschool is really stressful"
"Oh..Well..if you need to talk to anyone I'm always here"
"Thanks Kacey.."
"In other word, homeroom is over. We should get going, if we don't we'll be late"
"Right.." I get up and put my backpack on
I walk out of the room and on my way to my next class
I accidentally run into someone...again...
"Oh I'm sorry" I heard
I look up and see three werewolves, a girl and two guys
"It's ok.." I say
"Hey aren't you one of the girls who hang around our Alpha?"
"Aphmau? ye"
"Awesome! I'm Dotty and this is Daniel and Rylan!" The girl says
"I'm (Y/N)" I get up
"Again I'm really sorry for bumping into you," Daniel says
"It's cool"
"We were on our way to the office in such a hurry"
"Oh? Um, is everything ok?"
"I think that's something we should be asking you.." Dotty says
"Ye..I'm ok..can I help you guys?" I ask
"Actually, do you know anything about the alpha from last year?" Rylan asks
"Aaron? Aphmau has told me about him..but I never met him.."
"Oh...well we'll see you later" Dotty says
"Wait!" I say before they blast off "Is something wrong with Aphmau?"
"She was crying..we thought we would talk to Aaron about it since they were close," Rylan says
"Oh no..well..can I help?" I ask
"Sure! Follow us!" They runoff
"Wait up!" I run after them
We sneak into the office and start looking through files
"I found it!" Dotty says
"Is his phone number in there too?" Rylan asks
"Ye!" Dotty dials the number and he finally picks up
"Hello?" We hear
"Alpha!" They say in unison
"Wait is this Rylan, Dotty, and Daniel" Aaron asks
"He remembers us!" Rylan says and they all tear up
"What's College like?" Dotty asks
"Have you marked your territory?" Rylan says
"Is there an Alpha there?" Daniel asks "Oh I bet he's the Alpha there!"
"How did you get my number?" Aaron says "Also, you guys know I'm not the Alpha anymore, right? I'm in college now"
"We got it from the office," I say "Also I think it's because Aphmau hasn't chosen an alpha male yet"
"Who is that? It kind of sounds like Aphmau" Aaron says
"Nobody important," I say
"She's our new friend (Y/N)! And Aphmau's too!" Dotty says
"Oh Hi, Nice to meet you. So why would the office give you my number?" Aaron asks
"We broke into the principal's office and looked up your file!" Dotty says "Plus you aren't our alpha but you were nice and we still like you a lot"
"Wait, we're getting off-topic" Daniel says "Alpha! Aphmau is in trouble!"
"W-what? what happened?" Aaron asks
"We think that she's falling in love with Ein!" Dotty says
"What? Guys! What are you talking about?" I ask
"Falling in love? No, I think she just feels bad for him and she thinks it's love" Rylan says
"Maybe he put a spell on her," Daniel says
"Wait, first off, who's Ein?" Aaron asks
"He's-" Dotty starts to answer but I take the phone
"Aaron, this is (Y/N), Ein is my brother and all the werewolves treat him differently at our school because he's the omega, Aphmau is the only one who is willing to be his friend"
"Lemme send you a picture!" Dotty takes her phone back and sends him a picture of Ein holding Aphmau
"He's tall for an Omega" Aaron says
"Ye, it looks like he should be an alpha but he acts like such an Omega" Dotty says
"Ye, but I think he might like Aphmau" Daniel says "He's tried to mark her so many times"
"It's annoying" Rylan says "She's almost smelling like him"
"He's holding her.." Aaron says "And she's holding him back"
"Aaron? Dude chill their just-" Dotty interrupts me
"Ye..we were wondering if you could reach out to talk to her"
"Is this why she's been so busy?" Aaron asks
"We wanted to ask you to ask her about picking an alpha here at school," Daniel says "She's having a hard time and it's making it pretty hard for the werewolves here at school"
"Ye, there's been a lot of fighting," Rylan says
"uh I-" Aaron was about to say something
"Alpha?" Dotty says
"Sorry- yeah, I'll reach out to her sometime after school," Aaron says
"Thanks, Alpha," The three say in unison
"Umm, can we keep your number in case we need you again?" Dotty asks
"Sure, just don't use it too often," Aaron says
"Sure! Bye Alpha!" They say
While they said their bye, I spotted a picture in Aaron's file and grabbed a pic with my phone just incase
Dotty hangs up
"We did a great thing, we helped her!" Dotty says
A teacher comes in
"Hey! What're you kids doing in here?" The teacher asks
They scream
"Wolf it!" Rylan says
They all crash through the window
"Uhh" I decide to follow them and carefully jump
"WEREWOLF KIDS" The teacher screams
"Hahaha, you don't need to be so careful (Y/N)" Dotty says
"Uhh did you forget I'm human"
"Oh right," Dotty says
"Well, luckily the call thing only took a few minutes," I say "I'll see you later!"
"Later!" They say as I runoff
As I ran to my class I spotted Garroth across the hall before I came to my stop
I could tell he wanted to smile but all there was...was pain...
I didn't have the heart to go up to him and apologize about Gene...
But I didn't have to because he ran away...
I started to cry and for the rest of the day I stayed quiet, I only answered questions that were directed towards me

I ran to my brother after school and hugged him and he rubbed the back of my head gently
"You still crying?" Ein asks
"I can't help it, I feel like such an awful person!" I say with my face planted in his chest
"Why?"
"I don't know ..Garroth didn't know about me and Gene and after the mall Garroth-" I couldn't finish, I just kept sniffing and crying
"Haven't you ever thought that Garroth liked you?"
"Everyone keeps telling me that but he likes Ivy"
"Said who?"
"Well, he's in a relationship with her and-"
"But did he say the words 'I like Ivy'?"
"N-no but why would he be in a relationship if he doesn't like her?"
"People do stupid things for love.."
"Can we go home and watch movies again and eat ice-cream?" I said as we started walking toward the house
"Ok but not as much as last time, you got a tummy ache"
I laugh and punch him and he starts laughing
When we got home we watched movies till about midnight and I fell asleep on the couch
