Hello guys! I have decided that I want more then one animal form, so I'm in the middle of making a desired animal forms subliminal

I don't know what ones I want just yet, so the next chapter will be all about that, so you can skip if you like to

I was talking to my bf about results and stuff, and he said some results are trying to tell you that things are not going well, so imma try extra hard to make sure my wolf is ok with me and the environment it's in

Also, I am trying to talk to my wolf, which I meditate for a bit and then imagine my wolf form in front of me and talk to it, so far it's going well

I have been trying to shift my ears and it's going really well, I always feel pressure and a bit of movement when I try, I'm really excited to have them shift fully one day

But that all for now really, cya guys later!
