George suffers from epilepsy which causes him to be bullied for that at school. After being humiliated in front of the whole school for being gay, the popular boy named Clay decides to stand up for him. Clay, suffering from diabetes with abusive and not supportive parents, does everything to help George get rid of the bullies while struggling a lot himself. The two start getting closer and closer until Clay starts realising he's more similar to George than he expected to be, wanting to be closer to him every day. George has never had an easy life when he got the diagnosis: Tourette's Syndrome. Everywhere he goes, he appears to be the target of bullying which goes as far as physical abuse. To calm down, he decides to go to the gym to exercise his sorrows away. He meets a boy there who appears to be in the gym every day, getting thinner every time George sees him. The boy, Clay, is suffering from two less known eating disorders. Clean eating, pure foods, no sugar and obsessive exercising is controlling his life only to escape from his arguing parents day in day out. George has one worry. Will Clay accept him the way he is? Everything seems fine when the holiday starts. Clay can relax a bit and spends time with his mother.
