One million dollars. That’s the prize for this year’s annual prank war at Kainler High. It soon becomes apparent that the serial killer has a fascination with young woman who have blonde hair. Keelea's once ordinary and secure life soon comes crashing down as her very existence is threatened. Why? Because Keelea has blonde hair... And she's next on The Black Rose Killer's list.
