Sans knows a lot about secrets; he hides many. But when old burdens emerge from the darkness, secrets, new and old, put his brother in danger; and what else can a good big-bro do but begin a double life? This decision haunts him, even years after his suit of armor is stocked away and hidden, after his quaint life of depression, puns and resets are set to loop forever, and his part in the war is forgotten... But then, the barrier is broken. And it is quickly realized that this is not the end, but a beginning of something new. Something that feels like dust, blood, and a suit of armor; an old lie to slip into once more. (Currently being completely overhauled! A snap and rush. why is everything so different now? ----- A rush of panic waves through Nightmare's brother, how unusual. Nightmare takes the gang to this AU, knowing Error is here. he looks around looking for the said emotions, not feeling any in the area was wrong. No one was here. a rush of panic, fear and guilt calls to him and he runs towards it. WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING?! ----- Credited to Harrish6, who's account is found on ao3, FanFiction. Net, And ��������. I do not know if they are on quotev, but I've found them on those platforms. They're still continuing their stories, and everyone credits them for the inspiration of creating the forced god part of the undertale fandom. Finally, after all these resets, it appears they finally got their "happy" ending. However, not all of them feel the same way. Flowey and Sans are the two left who remember what happened, and they are filled with resentment. Just the knowledge of the resets can be nearly maddening. However, Sans keeps his smile. But one day, he realizes... He doesn't want to be Mr. Nice Guy anymore.
