The entire Justice League gets involved and decides to help the Batman of Tomorrow get back home. He doesn't know how long he'll be gone or how he can prevent himself from spoiling everyone's future fates but he never excepted himself to be the Hero that has the chance to save his dead friends and fellow heroes. Maybe he likes staying here in the past. But Neo-Gotham needs. His friends and family need him. And he can't jeopardize the future for his understandable selfishness.
