For those who desire nothing and rise out of their beds without purpose, they're truly dead. As they, without a reason to live, are only left to exist. It is ambition that shapes our destiny, and by it, our future is molded. For by will, you gain power. And by the power you gain the means to make your dreams a reality. That is the rule of thumb which the supernatural world runs by. Might makes right. For by the power of sacred gears, the user's will is manifested into world-shattering strength. So what does a man do when he wishes to change the world? He wills it. He sets off on a path that shall divide and alienate his character from the rest. He must be a cut above the rest, with a character that is eventually seen as the right way to live. For by having a will and drive greater than the rest, his heart shall impose the world to fit his image. That is how all leaders are born. It is how all gods are born. And, in this world which is at the center of the chaos made by those clamoring to stand at the top, he is the answer to all of our problems. ["You're calling yourself the solution to tyranny?"] ["No, I am not, but I can't stop what they believe and call me, only live up to it."] _______________ Let the story begin!

"I think, therefore I am." -René Descartes. The prevailing trial of Life has long since been defining an outright meaning for it. There are as many Truths as there are perspectives to create and incessantly question them. Existence by definition is objective observance. That a being or object, material or force is observable, classifiable, and is capable of definition. But beyond the understanding that what is true is real, has anyone concretely defined what is living - thoroughly. And by extension, what is the value of life beyond what we biasedly provide it? Unfortunately, there is no clear answer. It's entirely dependent on yourself, thereby skewing the results towards what's considered acceptable. By you, for you. It's entirely possible one person's irreverence is outright treasured by another party. But to claw ourselves further to a general consensus, an answer that can only be developed, not refuted. Could we accomplish this by playing third party to a life ignorant to its own identity, and by result is forced to manifest its own. Mankind's common enemy are the spirits which ruptured into their world through a spacial cry. And in contrast, are Spirits the aliens of an unknown world, doomed to be relentlessly attacked by its inhabitants. Through this divide - are alternatives acceptable. "Y/n. That shall be your name."

It has closed. It has ended. A life told, a story written, the first account inscribed upon the eventual collection. Ferried away from mortal planes, the Wolf Knight's story has reached the eventual stop on its journey. The era of the sword has come to its end and a legend has been instilled among the many myths guarding humanity. Ah yes, things have come to an end. The era left behind is only regarded in legend. Only accounted for in tales as the accuracy of such events are lost to history. The Dragons are bones, the bodies have returned to the ground, and any traces of mythical steel have either broken or been hidden amid the unknown: an armor lost, a shield shattered, leaving only a sword to rest upon a hill. All traces of a word called "Magic" have been reduced to define mere tricks. Though fading like a decaying corpse, allow the past to be remembered, admired even, as though gone, it housed experiences that could only be made in the time it existed. And, as one era ends, another begins. With or without its heroes, the world continues to march ahead. For as a chapter closes and a page is filled, the ink in the quill is refilled once more as - Another story in the collection begins. - [ The Fifth Holy Grail War ] Upon stars are wishes made. In the vacant night do we hope for a miracles to come alive. The toll for hope is greater than the burden of a promise. And before a war as vain as this one, countless come armed seeking to sacrifice their belief in offering towards the chalice which could grant any one of their desires: The Holy Grail. Whilst for some, those who hang by the edge of their nails, does hope their only way to a miracle. But in the end, it is all the same. Everyone who hasn't forgotten today seeks tomorrow. What determines the worth of a man? Was it the strength his peers saw in him? Or The many failures that plagued his mind? In the Arthurian legend, the Knights of the Round Table are remembered for their strength and bravery in the face of conflict. Led by Arthur the King of Knights, they were an example for aspiring men. But, many often remmeber these great knights for the tragedy that was their legend. Betrayal, infidelity, rebellion, their virtues were matched, and often times overshadowed by their sin. They each were known for their strength and title. Holding a nearly undying devotion to king Arthur, there was one who's faith in the king was continuously tested as the great kingdom reached its end. Yet, this man had been there from the very beginning. The Wolf Knight, Sir Artorias. His legend is one of mystery. The little that remains of his story leaving many stunted, wondering about the man who led the unit known as the "Dogs of War". Yet before you, I present the story of this man. Will you be so kind as to listen? Or, shall you turn this legend away?
