19-year-old John Laurens has been in college for four days before his roommate shows up. When John introduces himself, the boy doesn't say a word. So when Laurens asks for his name, he raises a hand and signs "Alexander Hamilton." This surprises Laurens just a bit, because this boy didn't look like the kind to remain silent. He's seen those people before, and the boy in front of him looks like he has a lot to say. But what's keeping him from speaking his mind?

John Laurens and his friends go to Columbia University and meet Alex Hamilton, little did they know their lives would be intertwined forever... (Very basic, Hamilton College modern AU, told from multiple POVs but centers around John and Alex's relationship)

John Laurens ran away from South Carolina in hope to start a new life at Kings College. He couldn't escape his past no matter what he did, death wasn't a worry in John's mind, he had no clue how to live until someone very special knocked on his door.

Angelica Schuyler is living in modern NYC with a rich father, wonderful sisters, and a hell of a crush. Her father soon whisks them off to London, and Angelica is forced to go to college in New York and pursue a growing romance or stay with her younger sisters in London. Updates are random. Alexander Hamilton was just a normal 18 year old but when he meets Thomas Jefferson everything changes. He had it all, a good boyfriend, a good adoptive family, a good group of friends. The two couldn't be more different and yet, they are so similar. Thomas Jefferson was a 20 year old who was the brother to Lafayette. He thought of Alexander as Annoying but it went from loathing to something more. Alex was a college Freshman while Thomas was a college Junior. They became enemies ever since the first encounter but Thomas can't deny how he really feels. Encounter after encounter, they learn more than they would like until everything comes lose. And getting stuck as Roommates doesn't make it any better.

Alexander Hamilton is starting at Columbia University. He joins knowing very few people but quickly becomes friends with his roommate, John Laurens. Just another fucking cliche lams story except this one has good grammar.
