A girl who doesn't let anyone in. A guy who lives every day for himself. An inexplicable attraction. Hi all! Some of the topics touched on in this story include LGBTQ, loss of loved ones/death, sexual assault, thoughts of self harm/suicide. Some of these are touched on a lot while other are more implied. If any of these topics make you uncomfortable or are triggers for you this may not be the story for you. My intent is not to offend anyone or bring them down by the things written. I simply do my best to stay true to the characters I create. For those of you who are still interested, this story will be a roller coaster of emotions for you. I say that as a fellow reader who loves getting invested in characters and their stories. This is a story about relationships, friends, humor, love, loss, secrets, heartbreak, family, temptation, limits. For years, I've been writing in silence, creating worlds, characters, and stories that lived only in the margins of my notebooks and tucked-away folders on my computer. Writing has always been my escape, something I've done for myself-a way to step out of reality for a moment and breathe through the lives of the people I've imagined. I've written and rewritten countless stories, always hesitant to share them, never quite confident enough to let anyone else peek into the depths of my mind. It's always felt like just a hobby, something personal, something safe. But deep down, I've carried a quiet dream of becoming a writer, even though it felt a little foolish to hope for something so big. Now, after pouring myself into this story for what feels like a lifetime, I've finally done it-I've uploaded all my chapters to ��������, sharing this piece of me with the world. I know I still have so much to learn, and I'm always striving to get better, but I would truly appreciate any feedback-good, constructive criticism that can help me grow. This is just the beginning, but it feels like a huge step forward. Thank you for taking a chance on this book. Personally, I never saw myself as an optimistic person. I never really had any friends, I didn't share feelings for people, I never really had any social life whatsoever. My life was always boring. Especially when I was younger. My parents were sucked up alcoholics, we never had the money to do anything due to my mom quitting her job and my dad being a selfish prick. Though, I'm now an adult; 18 years old. No longer in school. I have job at Walmart as a nightshift stocker; my mother's friend gave me the job. It's summer, so I'm not working as much. I have a small friend group, containing people of 4. Me including, Nathan, Carly, and Dalton. We've known each other since early middle school. I, Kyle, have known Carly and Dalton since grade school. It is rolling up to be Summer. Us 4, have decided to make this Summer year the best of our lives. Join me and the others in our journey, exploring our emotions and different places. Getting into tight scenarios. Explore it through our different pov's.
