It's been eight months since Dean Winchester was killed by rogue Angels. Order has been restored in Heaven and on Earth, but Dean's family is still dealing with their loss. But when Cas and Sam investigate an unusual case, they make an unsettling discovery: Somebody is looking for Dean Winchester, and they don't care what- or who- they go through to find him. Is Dean Alive? And if he is... can his family remind him of who he is?

He was dead but now he is back. His task? To take care of a reckless young hunter named Katherine Mackenzie. She's different and Gabriel sees it...but she doesn't realize that she is making the same mistakes. Now, it is up to him to protect her and keep his brother from stealing her again.

Dean Winchester opens his eyes and he's a demon. Taking place after the season finale, Dean Winchester sees the world in a darker view. Things seem to get better when he allies with Crowley and uses his new powers to his advantage. Castiel seems to accept him. Dean has a rude awakening when he has to prove to a Hunter that he's still himself. When his family sees things take a turn for the worst, he has to become human. When their attempts fail, Dean must hold onto his emotions. The only way to do so, he learns, is to use the love for his family and maybe even someone truly remarkable that was right in front of him. That is if Sam and Cas find him before someone causes Dean to lose it.

It's Christmas at the bunker, and Sam and Gabriel are growing tired of the romance between Dean and Cas that neither of them will acknowledge. Soon they hatch a plan to get them together in the most christmassy way that Gabe can think of. But are Dean and Cas the only lovebirds in the bunker this Christmas?
