Soon his world changes and he ventures into the vampire world. Lord Fallacy (Error), the King or ruler of all Vampires takes him in after a "accident" happens. The Ex-royal Artist and The King of all Vampires soon start to fall in love, their love starting with a few days before the "accident". Till they are faced with multiple problems, that test their love for each other, including a war that lasts for months. Encre was a struggling artist in a small village, plagued by the creatures of the night that claimed the nearby forest as their territory. But the young man was not deterred by the tales of horror and murder. He sought out inspiration from the dark trees and beautiful night sky. And then he met the most beautiful man he'd ever seen.

Everything was perfectly fine. Encre met with Fallacy every night at their favorite place in the forest, and they talked about their lives... That was until one night, after Encre had gotten home and Fallacy had returned to his castle, he had been attacked by hunters. He knew it was no longer safe to stay there, for him and his family. But taking Jasper with him, risked him a lot more than most of the Vampire children, so he left Jasper in front of Encre's door.
