We all know and love the beautifully written novel by Suzanne Collins, The Hunger Games. This dystopian series had quite a time to jump in the epilogue. Katniss and Peeta are in the meadow with their two children, but what happened before that? Read to see how I think their story would play out.

This story is based on the characters, Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark. They both are from the hunger games trilogy, which is a beautifully written series by Suzzane Collins. In the aftermath of the rebellion, Katniss and Peeta come home and begin to rekindle their love. Many obstacles lie in their path but as long as they have each other, nothing can bring them down. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, so they say.

Katniss and Peeta are now back in district 12 after the 74th Hunger games. They are trying to deal with their relationship and the problems they are facing. only President Snow is dying and the capitol has voted for their new president. This game is forever known as The Hunger Games. Peeta Mellark, District Twelve's Baker's son, has been, madly in love with his companion, Katniss Everdeen, since the small age of five. Ever since tragedy gave him enough courage to ask for her hand, the unspeakable happens. Katniss's little sister, Primrose, is reaped for the death sentence. Peeta watches helplessly as his lover volunteers to take her place in the Games. Soon after, Peeta is reaped himself. He knows that only one will come out alive: someone smart, determined, and strong enough. And it would be his love. It had to be. Katniss Everdeen has a tough life for a 17 year old. Her father died 2 years ago and her mother supposedly committed suicide because she was devastated. She was left with her 14 year old sister to take care of and with hardly any money and a small house. She has to juggle school, bullying, depression, taking care of Prim and having an abusive boyfriend. Follow her life and her trying to hold on strong. I don't own any of these characters!!!
