Rowan Wayne never expected her life to turn out this way. When she was sixteen, and Jason was seventeen they began dating. When he was twenty one and her twenty, he went after the Joker, alone. He didn't come home. She scoured the city to find him, but for six months, they heard nothing. Until Bruce was sent a video tape. Rowan was devastated that Jason had been murdered. For five years she tried to recover, and suddenly, Scarecrow begins a complete take over of Gotham City with a mysterious stranger, only called "The Arkham Knight", who seems to know everything about Bruce. And about her. What will she find out as the night progresses? Set around S4E11 of 'Gotham' Oswald becomes Jerome's... whatever while sat in Arkham, waiting to plan his escape so he can safely get at Sofia and save Martin. He comes to terms with the arrangement quicker than expected. It's not awful, and Jerome's influence in the asylum helps make his stay more tolerable than it was the first time. It's not a huge price to pay. He's working hard to move past Edward and he's pretty proud of himself for it. But his eyes catch the shine of those idiotic glasses that frame his nose so well, and Oswald almost falls out of Jerome's lap when he realizes that Edward has been arrested and is here at Arkham with him... again. Because the last time they were locked up together had turned out so well.

Chance was a runaway and Jerome is the one who found who found her in one of the trailers and soon he befriends the small quiet girl. What would happen if the Joker turned a four year old girl into a loyal and merciless killer? Joker meets a little girl on the street and she asks if he will be her daddy. He quickly dreams up a scheme to cause chaos with the little ragamuffin. However, despite his attempts to make the girl the perfect murderer, she is too sweet and giggly to focus on anything he tells her and ends up sidetracking him and making him laugh. He finds that he is using the plot as an excuse to have the girl around. But what happens when his girl is threatened by other villains? Will he defend her? Or what if she fails in his evil plot?
