A zombie virus is released on the world, adults and children are torn apart indiscriminately as entire countries fall in chaos. A group of teenage students are at school when everything goes down and must fight for survival against all odds, surviving off nothing but hope and each other.

First, the video came. Just 2 months after is was taken off. The next day MeToob shut down. The day after that the internet stopped working. Then the power left. Then, came the virus. It infected everyone that came in bodily contact with it. Some of the ones who get it simply die off, but if you're unlucky enough to hold the infection... you become a heartless beast that will eat any flesh it comes into contact with. They will eat anything... even humans. Join Jack Smith, and his friends, as they try to escape the horrors of Union City, New Jersey and try to make it to the on Union Island before the last evacuation flight takes off. But as you may find that people become different in a crisis... And that could mean the difference between life and death.

The year is 2010. Everything started on the night of the 4th of July, American Independence day. Five friends just started Universty, Friday nights were movie night. Halfway through the movie, everything was switched off, the horrid screams that alarmed us from nearby. It was like flicking a switch. Loud music from next door came to a sudden stop, the ear-piercing screech of a swerving car. We all stood up racing outside to become face to face with what is now known to be; The Undead. It's 2015, Five years have passed. And we've become familiar with whats surrounding us but shits about to get a lot shitty.

A group of teenages battle it out with a rare disease that causes phenomenal changes to a human body that cuts off their senses and their mind. Will they make it out alive or will they get caught by this disease?

What happens when humanity's hope rests on the shoulder of a teenager? Caleb didn't come out of the zombie uprising unscathed. He's been scarred-both mentally and physically. The rest of humanity is trying to rebuild, to make the world normal again. Caleb is trying to return to a normal life also, but after all he's seen, after the loss of his family and friends, the transition is difficult. The darkness that led him down a path of self-doubt and self-harm has never left his mind. Things only become worse when he discovers he's immune to whatever makes a zombie a zombie. Fighting zombies was predictable. He knew what to expect. Fighting humans is volatile. They are malicious and treacherous. The lives of seven teens virtually go to hell when nuclear warfare manages to start the apocalypse by spreading a strain of a new virus that causes people to turn into zombies upon death. With no training, no guidance and no idea what they're doing, Ivy, Amythist, Rie, Cora, Taylor, Reese, and Quinn attempt to survive the apocalypse, find refuge and find their families. With only what was stocked in their school's emergency shelter and what they've seen on TV, will they be able to survive? Probably not.
