I ran into this gigantic dragon who was mean and nasty, he was nothing like Terriuma (my mother). I fought valiantly and gave him everything I got, but he spoke to me. He told me that if I wanted to see my mother again that I won't fight back. I didn't know that to think, I tarnished my title of being a dragon slayer

I'd Like to think I was a good person, before it all began. I didn't cheat on tests, or steal. But throughout my entire life, I was treated if I were a monster. Book one of the Kaze series Hi! My name is Kaze. I'm fifteen years old, but not exactly. I'm immortal. For some reason, life just refuses to give me a break. I love humans, but can't get any closer to them than I already am because I'm the Guardian of the Wind. I protect the wind and specialize in wind magic. And by my last words reach your eyes, I've come a long way, and have grown to see potential in myself. I'm sharing this with you because I want to make a difference. I know now that I'm not the only one in the world that feels alone. I've been there, done that, and there's more loneliness to come, but for now, I feel more prepared for it. I know how it feels to sit by yourself at lunch every day and how it feels to watch others go to prom with dates and feel like shit because you don't think you'd even have any friends to go with. Please ready my diary. I am much older now, and much more wiser, and I can't wait for you to realize the potential in yourself, too.
