He best be, as he ran an entire kingdom of misery and suffering just out of reach from the universe's nosey "Saviors." Cross had a difficult time deciphering his master's intentions. One may argue that he had no choice in being the ravenous king he is now, but that life had forced him down the path long ago for the sake of feeding. That's what this is all for after all. The pain and suffering. It was to feed the king. Cross couldn't despise him for such a basic necessity, no matter how foreign the concept and how often hunger turned the king's attention his way.

! Updated Desc ! Dream finds Ink suspicious due to his strange behavior. He investigates it and raged with anger through his soul after finding out he cares about other sanses than them, the Star Sanses. Which leads him to confronting him, but also hurting him. Ink changed his identity after the argument, which led him to "accidentally" join the Bad Sanses and take revenge. He is no longer Ink, but Dark. Error and Cross found about this and started to interfere. They both wanted their cheerful and loving Ink back, even if he was annoying. Nightmare on the other hand, is finally successful at having Ink on his evil hands and also can't help but fall in-love with him. But what will happen next? Will Error or Nightmare receive the love of Ink? Will Ink be saved, or be captured once again? Will I finish this god damn story for once without being lazy? (kidding xd) Cover is made by me. So, I'm uploading this from my Ao3 account to my �������� account! So yeah! This is MY version of the Sans Au Multiverse. The X-event never happened, and Ink and Cross became close (like brothers, along with Reaper due to Ink being soulless, and the weird nature of Cross's). There are three 'new' Au's in this, those are my Au's, but they have never told their full backstory to anyone else. Not even to each other. But this isn't about them, yet, so lemme finish explaining this. So, Ink actually does care about the people in the Au's knowing that the creators can remake the Au, but not the people. Or his friends, so he protects them from the creators and the rewrites (or as he calls them resets). He fights for them and not the creators, while he and Error did have a truce, Ink couldn't save Error from the creators until recently. Most people knew that Ink didn't have a soul since he didn't hide it, but Error, Nightmare, and Killer (yes I ship the four of them) held out until he did (Ink has a soul now) to tell him how he feels, and Ink accepted and returned the feelings. And as this AU of the Multiverse I, as a/the creator, also play a role in this as well. Everything has worked out, meaning there isn't any fighting. They're all friends now. HOWEVER, I DO NOT OWN ANY OF THE CHARACTERS OTHER THAN GREEN, LEO, AND SAGE! OH YEAH, NIGHTMARE IS PASSIVE IN THIS MULTIVERSE. THEY FOUND A WAY TO CHANGE HIM BACK.

One day, Fresh decided that he needed something new in his life, so he decided to go to the only place in the multiverse that he has never gone before, the Anti-void. By complete chance he ends up in the exact same place as Error and their worlds suddenly collide. When Ink is exploring the au's, he stumbles upon a new au where he meets a new friend named Nightmare. The both of them create a close bond, and Nightmare explains how the villagers mistreats him and how they treasure Dream. Ink knew Dream for awhile, but Dream never mentions Nightmare. One day Nightmare had enough of the villagers and ate the apple of negativity and leaves Dreamtale empty. When Ink comes to visit Nightmare, he sees that everyone is disappeared, and so did Nightmare. Not mention Dreams new and unusual behaviour towards Ink. Nightmare had been alone in his head for the longest time. For 500 years he was able to gain more power, a castle, a gang, and a reputation of one of the most dangerous beings in the multiverse. But when Dream had broken out of stone, someone else made themselves known, someone who should have been dead. OR Corrupted Nightmare is a parasite and Passive Nightmare refuses to die.
