Evan works at the Orchard during the summer. Connor recently survived a failed suicide attempt, so the Murphy's go to the Orchard in an attempt to sort their family out. After a fight with Larry, Connor walks away from their picnic and crosses paths with Evan Hansen. Can the two broken boys save each other? Or are they too far gone?

A story in which Evan falls and Connor offers to go with him. (I found this picture on google, and I have no idea whose it is. I take no credit for it whatsoever.) (I own none of the characters, just the plot.) Trigger warning: anxiety, suicide, suicidal thoughts, depression, self harm. It isn't always rainbows and sunshine up in here. But there's lots of fluff and cuteness, like pancakes and pillow forts. Just you wait I have plans :)

Connor Murphy lives in in hell after his past life. He doesn't remember anything about it. Until he is willing to change and goes to heaven. Then he finds Evan Hansen. His whole future is about to change.

A different death. A different letter mishap. A different relationship. A different reason. But the story is still there. What if Evan had talked to Zoe outside of Jazz Band?What if they started dating? What if Zoe had died? What if secrets get let out? What if someone gets hurt because of it? What if's build up, as does pressure, for both the abandoned and the grieving. They need support, and comfort. But to find it when the world is beginning to turn against them will be difficult. !! These are the trigger warnings: Suicide, self-harm, heck ton of cursing, a few slurs, jokes about death (probably), panic attacks, a lot of sobbing I'll alternate POVs whenever I feel like it. Connor is dealing with a self harm and drug addiction while also having suicidal thoughts. The world is dark, pitch black even, but maybe they could find a small glow of light in each other.
