Lance deals with the overbearing past that stopped him from ever wanting to sing again. However, he always missed the days in his musical career when he could express himself with his heart. One day he meets one of his old chorus mates in the street, Keith, singing just as angelic as back in high school. Keith offers to help Lance find his voice once again. Lance begins work and a local grocery store and bumps into Keith- who happens to live in the same apartment building. They begin as rivals, become friends, and- after more than a little assistance from Pidge, Hunk, and Shiro- end up as lovers. Welp, I made my first book on this site. In this book Pidge is non-binary because I like the headcannon. I do not own Voltron, I am simply making a fanfiction with the characters from it. Cover art is done by Ikimaru. Your average klance story. I got bored so here you go! KLANCE BAND After Keith's music producer dropped him so they could focus on different performers, he decided to pursue his other dream and become a dance teacher. His brother Shiro invites one of his good friends to do a dance class with a few other guests. What Keith didn't know was that these "other guests" were actually the band who is the reason he no longer sings. Keith is informed that the band are looking for a new band member but never imagines that he'd be offered a spot in the band (and tricked into joining the band too). On the path if fame, Keith learns more about his new friends and himself. He discovers new emotions and feelings and he may even form a bond closer than friendship with none other than the bands most popular, and in Keith's eyes, the worlds most obnoxious human; Lance McClain. But everyone has their secrets. Everyone had their insecurities. But will Keith and Lance be able to over come their doubts together? These are honestly gonna be focused on Lance. I wrote these when I was like 12/13, so there will most likely be quite a few mistakes lol This book was really just a venting place for me since Lance was (and still to this day) a huge comfort character for me, but, of course, I can't speak for everyone's experiences with all the subjects I wrote about! Earth is saved from the Galra, and the Paladins of Voltron are the heroes of the Galaxy Garrison, well all except for Keith. He'd been kicked out before the war, and they didn't want him back. He's alone again. Lance, Pidge, and Hunk are employed by the Garrison, Shiro leads missions off world, Allura and Coran are establishing a new world for the Alteans who'd survived, and the Blade don't need him. Keith works in a coffee shop and gets by the best he can, on the little money he earns. This story is loosely based on the paladins of Voltron. I have not watched all the seasons and have changed the backstory of some characters. I do not own any of the characters in this story, and I do not own any of the artwork. There is smut, swearing, talk of rape, and self-harm in the story. I will not be putting disclaimers at the beginning of the chapters, so if you don't want to read it, move on to another story.
