Tokyo Metro PD's Commissioner Maria Sato, takes advantage of the misfits in ST FAT in collaboration with Metro PD and Public Safety to form an Interdepartmental Watch over the proceedings. To add more fire into the pot, she chooses Jyunko Nao, a Transgender woman, to go undercover as a contest for the highly conservative Pageantry which has never yet had a transgender enter in the competition.

After Alaina Ono and Riki Yanase, leader of The Black Foxes, a world renowned group of thieves, break-up, she moves back to America.
