"I don't care what Hunk said," Keith interrupted, his voice sharper this time. "You don't owe anyone an explanation. If you want to be with Allura, go for it. But make sure it's because you want to, not because you think you should. If Allura asks you out, just say yes or no. You don't owe anyone anything when it comes to your feelings." Lance looked up at Keith, his blue eyes searching for something in his face. Keith's heart gave an unexpected jolt, but he didn't let it show. Instead, he slowly rested his head against Lance's, both of them turning their attention to the sunset as it deepened in color. Keith couldn't hold Lance's gaze for too long. "Okay," Lance murmured, shifting to get more comfortable against Keith. Lance stared out at the horizon. "Everything's so beautiful out here." "It is," Keith agreed, his voice quieter now. (What if Lance had frozen and couldn't ask Allura out on a date in Season 8, Episode 1? Instead, Lance realizes his feelings for Keith and asks him out on a date. This is my take on fixing Voltron and writing what I believe should have happened.)

KLANCE BAND After Keith's music producer dropped him so they could focus on different performers, he decided to pursue his other dream and become a dance teacher. His brother Shiro invites one of his good friends to do a dance class with a few other guests. What Keith didn't know was that these "other guests" were actually the band who is the reason he no longer sings. Keith is informed that the band are looking for a new band member but never imagines that he'd be offered a spot in the band (and tricked into joining the band too). On the path if fame, Keith learns more about his new friends and himself. He discovers new emotions and feelings and he may even form a bond closer than friendship with none other than the bands most popular, and in Keith's eyes, the worlds most obnoxious human; Lance McClain. But everyone has their secrets. Everyone had their insecurities. But will Keith and Lance be able to over come their doubts together? Basically season 8 never happened but a LOT of Klance happened. Bonus: Allura never died. Matt still has long hair. Adam was found. Hunay, Veracxa, Romelurra and Adashi happened. Shiro is a teacher at the Garrison. Hunk owns a restaurant. Coran telling weird stories to children. Kosmo still best boy. Keith meeting Lance's family. Adashi wedding. AND EVERYONE IS HAPPY!!! But being the most sensible of the group, Hunk decides to keep Lance and Keith far away as possible. Of course coran and hunk are nice to him. Not even shiro is like a brother to him anymore. Allura beats him. Lance verbally abused him and Pidge is forced into the torture but she tried to resist but always joins in. Hunk and coran usually try and stop it but to no prevail. Keith get captured by the galra prince. He soon gains his trust and starts to feel safe with him. They are his new family.
