Imagine Undertale, but Chara never showed up. Chara wasn't the first human in the Underground. What if a glitch occurred, and you fell down instead? You fell into the Underground, but you cant remember your previous life. Now, you are surrounded by strange monsters, who have also never seen a human before. Will they let you live? [written 2017]

In a startling post-apocalyptic world, society is divided into two orderly classes. The human race stands on top, untouched by nuclear war in the city of Chicago. Monsters are at the bottom of the food chain, confined to live in run-down apartments, minimum wages hard to come by, the backbone of the work force in Chicago. They often find themselves the victims of senseless violence, dropping by the dozens each day. Tensions rise and anger grows between the two groups, a civil war seems all too likely. And with humans and monsters so scarce after a nuclear war that ravaged the planet, they cannot afford anymore losses. All at once, at the wrong place at the wrong time, a human finds themselves thrown into the midst, and the fate of the planet may rest in their hands.

A week after the death of Asriel and Chara, you fell. You become the new hope of the Underground, but problems complicate things. You have to leave the Underground. When you return, will things still be the same? Is there still hope?

We follow YOU, the Player, on this epic Undertale story. You get sucked into the game on your computer and have no idea what to expect. Will you be able to get back home, or will you be stuck forever, never returning to your world, glitching out inside the game? You will meet all your favorite characters hoping that they will spare you and help guide you on your journey back home. You have been warned.'~ ((Unedited)) After Chara fell into the Underground, they met Asriel a monster inhabitant of the Underground. Soon after that, Chara joins a new family, but their ambition to keep everyone happy goes a little overboard and Chara is flung into a reality of destruction and hopeless wonder. Then many long years later they meet the beloved Frisk, who fell into the Underground, similar to themselves. Eventually everything Chara thought they knew correctly is turned upside down and they as a person are changed forever. ~'The game Undertale belongs to Toby Fox and some of the dialogue is ripped straight from the game itself, too.'~

The one that made it the furthest in the underground, perseverance. Perseverance had beaten almost all of the monsters in the underground from papyrus to sans and undyne but ultimately couldn't finish the task of beating asgore and so his soul was took from him. However, years went by and his soul was left in the underground along with the other six after Frisk had broke the barrier but this changed when gaster had finally been freed from his hell

Happy endings don't always come easy. Monsters in the Underground know that better than most. Especially when it comes to humans: their history, their fate, and how they Act. But if there's anything that monsters have to learn, it's that the actions of one human do not define the Mercy of another... Takes place after Undertale's in-game Genocide Route

Having escaped their cruel imprisonment within Mount Ebott, monsters have settled on the surface for six years now. Their human savior, Frisk, now struggles with the busy life of being an ambassador. Soon, tragedy strikes, and with a civil war brewing back home and every timeline now at stake, will the prophesied angel manage to keep their happy ending?
