The detective and his blogger start drifting away after the marriage of Dr. Watson. When an unfortunate accident happens, it brings them closer than ever. No matter how platonic Watson and Holmes think their relationship is in the beginning; no one can deny the unmistakable spark between them. A spark on the verge of being blown into a dangerous flame. Sherlock and John are stuck in Baker Street, neither of them wanting to leave each other. As John spends more and more time with his flat-mate, he realizes that he desperately needs Sherlock to get over the death of his wife. More so, John starts to slowly understand that it's not just the crushing grief that is binding him so tightly to Sherlock, but something much stronger. After all, every Watson needs their Holmes.

While moral danger stalks John and Mary Watson's wedding reception, Sherlock Holmes faces his biggest challenge of all: delivering a best man's speech! With Anita O'Malley and Sherlock Holmes at their side, the Watson's have nothing to worry about on their big day. There will be more then one shocking thing revealed at (or after) this wedding but that's the fun part!...Right? After one too many incidents, Sherlock ends up in the hospital and John makes him swear to leave Rosie alone, thinking that she gets her deductive skills from him. He struggles to rebuild his relationship with his daughter and discovers how much Sherlock means to her. Meanwhile, Sherlock is alone on the streets again and realizing just how deep his love for them ran. This is intended to be a novel-length work. John-Sherlock interactions will be platonic or emotionally intimate, as both Sherlock and I are asexual and I don't wanna write that kind of thing. I'm co-writing with my best friend!

However, there is something much deeper and much more difficult to understand brewing in the flat. Love. You took a liking to Sherlock, despite his arrogance and sociopathic tendencies, and you slowly begin to see his feelings that he hides underneath his shell. When he sees how clever you are, Sherlock also takes a liking to you, but tries his hardest to hide it. He knows that sentiment is a chemical defect found on the losing side. Now you, Sherlock and John Watson are solving cases together, but what happens when the person you fear most shows up and starts to torment John and Sherlock.
