Kacchan thinks that izuku is useless. Many probably think so too. Deku doesn't have a quirk but his mother paid the doctors not to write him down as quirkless. If you are quirkless, you will not only be treated very badly, but in some cases also hunted. Because of the blood. People with quirks have problems getting a blood donation. Someone with an animal quirk cannot donate or get any blood from another animal quirk that is not the same species or another quirk . A person with a fire quirk can only get or give blood from someone with a fire quirk. Blood loss is very dangerous only a quirkless person can donate blood to everyone and become blood from everyone. So Izuku has officially a quirk. His quirk makes him smarter and stronger than the rest of the average. Stronger? What an obvious lie.

Both of them are villains and have killed many people and are trying to convince deku to do the same. The remaining 20% of the population remain quirk less and are shunned in this Hero vs Villain society. Izuku Midoriya, a 15-year-old boy was also quirkless and suffered the same fate as the others. His Idol recommended against becoming a hero and unknowingly put him to despair and he jumped. But this time he will not face this fate, he will survive and take down beings more powerful than himself as a human. But first, he needs help and what better help than... Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugou were playing at the playground like always when a young girl their age came into their lives. It was nice at first, until both Bakugou and Gina developed a quirk of their own. As for Izuku, he unfortunately never gained a quirk, and to make matters worse he was bullied badly by his childhood friend Bakugou while his other friend Gina mysteriously disappears without saying goodbye.
