Before he took the jump though he saw a very colorful shooting star going threw the night sky and decided to make a wish before jumping. When he woke up he found out he have a quirk that he shouldn't have and a desire to make himself a happy life even if its building it from nothing. So I'm bad with description so I'll go with this. In this story izuku midoriya was born quirkless until the league of villains capture him and then turn izuku into a nomu, giving him multi quirks.
