It's 1927 when Tina receives a letter from Newt informing her that he will be returning to New York. During his stay, the two learn how to identify their developing feelings for each other, and, more importantly, how to communicate them. As Newt and Tina navigate through a maze of events and hardships together, they begin to glimpse each other's true selves and fall in love. Tina wakes up in a hospital in 1925 after a difficult mission. Her head aches terribly and is wrapped tightly with a clean, white bandage. At first glance, everything seems normal. Only, it's not 1925. It's 1928 and things have changed. For one thing, Queenie is no longer living in New York, having moved to London to marry a No-Maj. Also, the situation with Grindelwald is a lot worse than it had been three years before. However, the strangest thing is the tall British man who was standing by her bed when she woke up and seems to be staying in her apartment. This takes place after Crimes of Grindelwald so everything that happened in that movie happened before this. Except that I'm saving Queenie and Leta. Queenie because I need her and Leta because I really like her. The Fantastic Beasts movies do not belong to me. The entire Harry Potter universe belongs to J. K. Rowling.

This book has been written after CoG, so there are SPOILERS. After Grindelwald's attack, Newt and Tina have been thrown into emotional turmoil and neither one knows what to do. There will be a lot of Newtina fluff. And don't let this description deter you from reading if you're interested, I'm horrible at writing descriptions. I do not use curse words and I do not write smut, so if you aren't comfortable with that (I personally am not) this is ok for you. There will be some minor-ish kissing details. Nothing super graphic.
