Dauntless has created an image for Eric after an incident during his initiation and no one knows the real him nor do they want to know the real him. When it is time for new initiates, he has to overlook their training as part of his leader training. When an Amity transfer gets a little too close to Eric, she wants to know who he really is, NOT the ruthless leader image he projects to be. Eric doesn't know how to react because no one has ever tried to get close to him before so how should he react? Will he react in a good or bad way? Does she despise the real Eric or will she help him let go of the past and love the real him? All rights/ credits go to Veronica Roth. (This story takes place after INSURGENT, if they never left the fence and ALLEGIANT never happened. There are no ALLEGIANT spoilers in the beginning. Divergent fan fic. WARNING, this is my first thing I have written on �������� so it probably isn't that good idk. This is one of those Divergent no War type things but I do include a couple of chapters from the amazing Veronica Roth's book Divergent in here. I put my own spin on some of her chapters though, and after that it is all my own ideas.
