Amy Rose has grown tired of chasing Sonic and decides to stop pursuing him. She never notices that Sonic had been in love with her the entire time, and she also didn't notice the other hedgehog who had been noticing her for months... These are not my characters. Shadow struggles with his feelings for Amy knowing well she doesn't reciprocate. Her love for Sonic was indestructible. However one mission at Eggmans base changed all of their lives forever. Has TRAGIC events... that may or may not be solved don't want to spoil! I originally made the story as a short story which was the first chapter of this story however I soon decided to make it have its own book as it is hard to make this into only 2 parts! May have multiple endings. Mainly Shadamy but has SonAmy too. (I want to clarify I wrote this story and I had inspo from a comic I read in high school back then. So full credits to them for inspiring me. However I did this story entirely on my own with my writing style. I came up with the plots and characters' development. No hate or you will be blocked/muted.)

Amy is back from a year long trip to grow, figured out what she truly wants in life, and decides to throw herself a "Welcome Home" party, inviting all her friends, including someone she has recently been having feelings for; Shadow. But how will she handle it when Sonic starts coming on to her, or when Shadow leaves G.U.N.? Read to find out. (I promise the story is written better than this summary.)

After a year away, Amy Rose, Mobius's once bright and hopeful pink hedgehog returns home, seeking comfort in old memories. She reclaims her abandoned house and dares to visit Sonic, longing for the warmth of a long-lost connection. But instead of a welcome, she's met with coldness. This is a remake of a story I made in 2017. None of the art in this is mine. Sonic and Amy end up dating, and a week into the relationship, Sonic cheats on Amy. Also, with the rise of attacks from Metal Sonic, Amy and Sonic might learn how to get through their problems. While a certain black hedgehog has feelings for the pink hedgehog and might wish to steal her heart. Will Sonic and Amy stay together? Will Metal Sonic win? Will another guy steal Amy's heart?

Sequel of "First Impressions" I strongly recommend to read the first part before reading this. It's been one year since Sonic disappeared. During this year, Shadow began to wonder if the feelings he had for Amy were real or even worth fighting for. Amy is sure that Shadow does not love her as she knows that the black and red hedgehog has no memory of their past together. Then, an opportunity rises within the boom team to get their Sonic back, will this new mission help recover the broken ties between the hedgehogs? Or will this cause the total downfall of Amy and Shadow's relationship?

Six months after Sonic's death, Amy was captured by Eggman and Infinite, who order Amy to give them the Chaos Emeralds in which were in The Resistance possessions. If she dared denied their request, they will annihilate the whole resistance and top it all, if she fails her mission, she would be instantly killed by just pressing a button...Shadow who is working under Eggman for "his own purposes" was designed the mission to join the resistance and watch over her. Amy Rose and Sonic the Hedgehog have been dating for quite some time now. Amy can hardly believe that the man who has saved her life multiple times throughout her life is her boyfriend. The blue hero of Mobius with a regular girl who lives far out on the city's outskirts. Amy believed that when Sonic finally accepted her, he would begin to warm up and match her affection for him. However, it seems her daredevil hedgehog boyfriend hasn't changed much since the days of her chasing him around. He's distant, rarely comes to visit her, and barely ever mentions his relationship with her outside of dates Amy plans for them. Shadow the Hedgehog is widely seen as a loner hedgehog that no one outside a few people can interact with successfully. The Ultimate Lifeform is still haunted by his past visions of Maria, his best friend, and granddaughter of Gerald Robotnik. He doesn't enjoy being around people, particularly Sonic due to his annoyingly enthusiastic personality contrasting to his own serious, focused one. No one has ever been able to make Shadow feel the way Maria has. No one has been able to make him hope again. On the night of Princess Sally's Birthday Ball, a truth is revealed to Amy about Sonic.
