This is the sequel to my "Luigi's Mansion: "Please, Luigi?" (fanfiction)" book that I made. If you haven't read it yet, read that before this. Spoiler alert (For those who haven't read the first book)!!! Ever since Luigi's death, King Boo and Mario has been having a really hard time with letting him go. But King Boo has been feeling like he's been being watched, but couldn't tell who it was. Mario has also been feeling like he's being watched as well. Could they ever let Luigi's death to be the past and move on? And who's watching them? Read on to find out.

When Brad mysteriously wins a mansion in a contest he didn't even enter, he goes over there to meet up with his siblings and friends, only to discover that they're all missing! Now, armed with a vacuum, his luck, and some level of courage, Brad must reclaim all the ghosts running amok, face his fears, and save his friends and family before they (and he) suffer a fate worse than death... (Yes, this story is clearly based on Luigi's Mansion. I hope you enjoy it anyway.)

After a past incident, Luigi starts having nightmares and flashbacks about it. He starts to feel alone and scared as he keeps imagining the scenario over and over again in his mind. He starts feeling hopeless and worthless, knowing that no one will ever listen to his problems or care. Does it really matter, though? He's only a shadow anyways, right? However, one night, Mario wakes up to Luigi having another nightmare. Tommy and his best friend Tubbo are stoked to learn that there's a place they can 'hide away' all summer. An old house from some part of Tommy's family that one of his aunts agreed to let them stay in. Problem is, there's a sort of 'local legend' going around, that say the house is haunted by the ghosts of the old residents, that died of somewhat questionable circumstances. A house fire, that no one seems to know how it was caused. Tommy and Tubbo aren't at all worried though. Because, ghosts aren't real!...right?

Luigi discovers that he and Mario won a mansion in a contest that they didn't enter. With Mario missing, Luigi goes to this mansion that they supposedly won. But his fears come true when the mansion is filled with ghosts. Can Luigi and his new group of friends save Mario and uncover the source of the ghosts? Also features crossovers with other characters.

Gadd, has been studying the ghosts for some time - and passes on a useful weapon to help Luigi in his quest. The Poltergust 3000 is no ordinary vacuum: it's a wearable tool capable of capturing specters! Luigi isn't exactly known for his bravery, but he sets out into the dark house to discover the truth. Can he overcome his obstacles - including himself - and find Mario before it's too late?
